From the time the Deer tried to catching a ride.They are very on with their quotes, and timely.I've had them do other work on my vehicles. And never have had any issues. Very professional at what they do.Highly recommend you trying out Dwayne's body.

Stacy is awesome to work with! He and his crew are so professional and helpful, from the minute you step through the door until they hand you back the keys to your vehicle. They do great work, and the turnaround time is quick. They kept me informed and treated me well. They are trustworthy, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any car repair.

Anytime I ve had an accident or any issues with my car I ve gone here they always take care of it! I also had my son put a sticker on my car I couldn t get off and I called and they had me come in and got it off for me right away! They are always the best!

I would highly recommend Duane s Body & Frame Shop to all of my local family and friends! I worked directly with David, and from start to finish he was incredibly professional and thorough with every detail of handling my claim and the repair process, which I sincerely appreciated as it was my first experience with getting my vehicle fixed. Alexis provided fantastic customer service via communicating on the phone and always being joyful to communicate with! Her professionalism played a huge part of my exceptional customer experience. Duane s exceeded my expectations in every way, including when it came to bringing my vehicle back after it was repaired due to my driver s side window button not working as it should. David immediately reprogrammed it and apologized for it not being reprogrammed before my vehicle was back in my care.

Gave them my tesla for a week to repair and they drained the battery completely, while trying to Jumpstart the 12v battery in the frunk they corrupted the 12v battery and refused to pay for a new one , they said it was a used vehicle and the battery was already going bad, didn't even apologize. Worst management I've experienced in all of bismarck by far.

I was extremely happy with the work and service at Duane s Body Shop. David Weigel and his team are helpful, professional, knowledgeable and they do awesome work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Duane s body and frame. The whole process was very seamless. Everyone that I dealt with was extremely friendly. Along with the great staff, my car came out flawless. You can t tell there was any work done to the car due to how perfect the color match was. The cherry on top is getting into a fully cleaned interior and washed exterior.

I love Duane's auto body there's been people smashed into my car before and I brought it to them twice and they're nice Scott and mark are awesome to talk to.the girls at the front desk are not//// rude and mean they are kind and listen and good people and a very professional.the estimate is free and they will compete with others in town to their best and highest utmost professional Deliverance of the repairs .there is a large staff of people and 2-month waiting lines because they're so good please take good advice call Duane auto body. Don't trust a fool who says they can fix your car for a hundred bucks go to somebody who knows what they're doing and you're ready to pay it's only you're deductableServices: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I recently had hail damage repairs done on my vehicle at Duane s. I am impressed with them because they do a great job, they are helpful and upbeat and they keep their word. When I picked up my car, it was clean and shiny, which was really nice to see!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

So they do good with hail damage but for a body shop they leave a bit to be desired on how they cleanTowels that fall apart from ameripride the inside of my pickup was covered in towel fuzzinessLeft my tool box on my seat instead of the floorTint on back window was messed up and they said they will take it to get it fixed for me so I brought it in when I picked my pickup up in the afternoon they "washed" it to be nice my pickup looks like they just wiped off some dirt with those cheep towels and called that a nice washIf you take a vehicle in make sure you wash it first because this is how my pickup looks and they had no reason to touch the body at all to fix the rear window tintServices: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience with Duane s Body Shop has been outstanding. I ve been so impressed, from the communication from their staff to the work done on my vehicle. My vehicle was in an accident this past December. Casey kept in constant communication during the repair process. While my vehicle was waiting on backordered parts, my vehicle sustained hail damage. Casey and his staff were able to complete the hail damage repairs while finishing up the repairs from the December accident and saved me from having to schedule another appointment. They handled all the communication with my insurance as well. Again, very impressed with the work and customer service of Duane s Body Shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Scott was exceptional!! I got in a car accident and he was the one to work on my car. Not only did he frequently call to give me updates along the way he was so nice. They did such a good job on my vehicle you can t even tell it was in an accident. Definitely recommend this place and Scott! Thank you

This is a family owned business started by the dad, Duane, and now his son Casey runs it. I love the family friendly atmosphere. Stacy worked on my car. Duane's is the best! I've had my vehicles repaired with excellent satisfaction over the last 4 years with NO complaint . Always got me in immediately or according to MY schedule, vehicle was ready when promised, and even my farm truck....fixed AND CLEAN!! Everyone is super courteous, professional, and friendly! I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else! Thank you Duane's!

This is a great body shop to go to. Had a deep scratch in my front bumper and you can t even tell it was refinished! Great work done by Scott! Received my vehicle all cleanes up, inside and out. Great customer service! Highly recommend this place!

Excellent customer service! Quality repairs! Newer vehicle with sizable damage, not only was the body work seamless but they made sure the damaged electronics were fixed properly and functioning like new. Worth the drive, highly recommend.

Wouldn't give an estimate before dropping off vehicle. Dropped vehicle off on Sunday night before leaving town, returning on Friday with a hopefully fixed vehicle. But didn't order parts until later, so vehicle sat in the shop waiting on parts for days with an estimated completion of the following Tuesday or Wednesday. 3 phone calls later initiated by us, the vehicle owners, they can get the vehicle back to us on Friday to use for a few days, while they still wait for a final piece to come in. Not particularly pleased with the customer service. Have taken vehicles there in years past with much better service!
