A very satisfied customer. We were in town on a family holiday and the cable broke in our slide out. Cody was able to get us in quickly and fix the slide out. Genuine, helpful staff. Highly recommend.

I had an aluminum weld break on my camper wall around my slide out! I was referred to Cody by another camper dealer. I took it over to Cody he looked at it right away in great detail and came up with the best option to repair it. I brought it back the next week and he fixed it right away for me and took great care of me after the repair! It was nice to have such great quick service! Thanks again Cody and team! While driving across country our travel trailer s slide broke and these guys saved our trip. When 4 other RV repair shops turned us away, these guys fit us in - same day! They quickly fixed our slide and got us on our way. We were in the worst predicament...one day away from traveling 5 hours to camp at a relatives, and our fridge and A/C quit working. I called Duane's Camper Repair and after some discussion over the phone and trying a couple options with our electrical (which didn't work), they were able to get us in right away and replaced our main outlet to the camper (which had fried:/) They got us up and running and we were able to go on our very important trip! That kind of service is priceless and we will go here every time we need any work done on our camper! We so appreciate all the help we received from Duane's!! I would recommend them to anyone who wants great service:)

We are full timers living in a 33ft TT. We noticed our trailer was making a funny noise a day before we were heading out to Yellowstone. Duane s got us in that morning and did a full tune up, new brakes and new tires in 6 hours. Pricing was reasonable and the crew was great. Thanks Duane s!

Absolutely the best camper repair shop in ND! I work road construction and had an issue with my converter the week before July 4th! Took it in and fixed it the same day! Every other place tolde me 3-4 weeks! Fair priceing across the board and locally owned! Stand up guys that work there as well, they really know what they are doing! 11/10 would recommend

We travel full time and needed work done. Cody scheduled us a time and replaced our AC and serviced wheel hubs. Really appreciate him and staff for taking care of us so quickly !!

These guy's must have an impeccable reputation. I expierenced top notch service, where do you find that anymore? I guess Bismarck, ND. We were passing through and by passing through, I mean camping in the Cracker Barrel parking lot for the night. I woke early in the morning to discover my RV fridge was not working. I drove over to Duane's and they had me back on the road in less than an hour!!! Unbelievable. I pulled up and a couple of guys diagnosed the problem, they had the part ON SITE, then bing, bang, boom we saved the groceries in the fridge and we're ready to boondock for a week. Wait there's more...he was fair and honest with pricing. What a rare find. Always make it a point to do business with the little guys, we want to keep places like this around.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Fabulous service, traveling cross country and needed a quick strap manufactured to hold up the black water pipe (broke while driving out). They got us in within an hour, fixed the issue on the spot, and charged a fair rate. Cody was great to chat with as well, heading to Fort Lincoln on his recommendation. Before we head out of Bismarck.

While driving from Alaska to Texas, my hood latch mechanism on my motorhome failed and needed to be replaced. Cody and Jared were able to get my coach in when the parts arrived, and very quickly were able to get it back to me. A huge shout out and thank you to the guys at Duane's. We traveled over the weekend from Billings, MT to Minneapolis and found out in Mandan we didn't have any rear camper lights. The guys fixed two separate wiring issues and we were back on the road later that day. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
