They were able to get me in on a extremelt short notice and budget and replace my def injector on my ram, Don, Jameson and Lorne were all very knowledgeable and courteous. Gave recommended updates and repairs and charged a fair price for the work done. If I'm ever out this way and need work done on a short notice I'll definitely use them again

Really thorough and very helpful! Recommended by my mechanic and I couldn't be more satisfied. Even shuttled me to work. Something stressful like your car not working and yet wasn't the least stressed. Didn't treat me like a dummy and listened with a supportive ear. Super thankful!

Country Auto has been my primary vehicle repair shop for over 20 years because they've earned my respect through professional and speedy service! They work with me to get me in quickly when I have an emergency. I trust their diagnostics because they've shown themselves to be trustworthy. They do excellent work in a timely fashion! I highly recommend this shop!

My vehicle developed major problems during one of the busiest times of the year: Thanksgiving. I called early Monday morning for a diagnostic appointment, figuring I would be able to get in within about a week or two, but Country Auto Clinic was able to get me in THAT DAY. They quickly found my issues and were able to start working on them after explaining what they found and asking what I would like to do. I knew exact cost and when I could expect things to be completed. After two major issues were fixed, I drove my van the very next day! Wonderful service, trustworthy, and extremely fast!

If you live in Bismarck you are so lucky to have Country to service your trucks and cars! I am so envious! We were passing through Bismarck when the check engine light came on. We were so lucky to take it to Country (based somewhat on the reviews here). Despite our just showing up (no appointment) Don gave us an amazingly thorough diagnosis and even did some research on the problem. I m not going to say what he charged us because then everyone will want the same deal! I would not hesitate to recommend Country to anyone for any car or light truck repair. Thanks again Don!

I brought my truck in there because it was misfiring. They ended up replacing 8 spark plugs, rebuilding a few coils, repairing the oil pan gasket, rear diff gasket, and a throttle body cleaning. Total bill seemed a little spendy, but everything added up so I went with it. They were very upfront about what needed to be done and the cost.Got it back and it ran good for a month or so then it started to have a slight misfire again.Misfire got worse. Ended up bringing it to another shop in town and the electrode on a spark plug broke off 2 months after it was replaced. Could have been a bad plug from the factory so I m not blaming the shop 100% for that.Also, the guy running the repair shop is the same guy who either manages or owns an auto part store in town. That seemed greasy and rubbed me the wrong way.

Every time I use this company they always charge a guy for labor but never fix anything... can't say I would ever use them again...This last time I bought my 99 Hyundai elantra in to have them diagnose what was wrong with the radio and to fix my windshield wipers they were not working at all. They diagnosed the radio as not working and my windshield wipers as having a seized motor and a bad switch costing me $780 if I wanted them to fix them. I got my car back without them fixing anything grabbed the windshield wiper when it was turned on and shook it they started working immediately meaning they didn't even examine anything they tried to scam me out of over 800 dollar when I paid for the wipers to be fixed and my Initial diagnosis fees all for the"seized" motor and bad switch to actually both work perfectly fine. This place is a scam the owner wanted some specific info well here you go scam artist p.o.s

Best mechanics I've ever met. They made good time and did a great job. Put me right back on the road after my car broke down. Country Auto clinic is the best in Bismarck. Thank you for helping me and my family get home safe

I Brought my diesel pickup in because to get fixed and they said they knew what was wrong and would be about a week to fix. I got my vehicle back and it had the same problems and wasn t running right and in addition my wire cluster and all of the guages weren t working when I got it back. I drove 3 hours to get it and had to bring it straight back to the shop and they still charged me almost $2,000 for something they didn t fix and they charged me another $500 for diagnostics troubleshooting their first screw up and said they needed an additional few thousand to fix it. This place will screw you if you re not careful. 0 stars.

**If you want to get robbed go to Country Auto Clinic they will screw you over. They will take advantage of you so think twice before going to this place.

The shop charged over $150 to, ultimately, remove and reinstall four bolts and retorque a nut. They didn t even have to drill the bolts out. Much of the charge was for diagnostic work that I didn t ask for and wasn t required for the work I wanted done. What s more, their findings proved to be inaccurate when I insisted they do the work I initially asked for. I was shocked when I received the bill after three hours in the waiting room. The technicians didn t seem like bad guys, but based on my experience, I would emphatically suggest avoiding this shop to anyone who values fairness when dealing with a mechanic.

Overall good service, just wish I wasn't charged $50 to tell me my muffler was rusted out I already knew that just wanted to know if they could fix it, they just inspected it and charged me. But like I said other than that they did pretty good work

I'm a busy individual so doing my own repairs sometimes doesn't fit my schedule. This place always finds a way to fit repairs into my schedule and go above and beyond to make sure the deadline they give you is met, rarely I've had longer wait times but it's usually due to problems with shipping or having hard times finding the correct part. I've bought in my Jeep and other vehicles to get repairs such as new pilot bearings, clutch master cylinder, brakes, power steering lines, ECT. Always satisified after my vehicle is returned. Everything works as it should and have never encountered a return problem after the fact. They offer free rides to take you home and pick you up while the work is completed as well so that definately is a nice touch. Other than that this place is my minor repair shop of choice for sure

These guys are down to earth and timely they tell you whats wrong even if you didn't bring it it in for that reason..I have had very good luck with this shop. Its took them 4 hours for a 2 hour job. They wrecked my radiator cap so I had coolant everywhere. And then i had all the change in my cup holder goes messing about 15$.I will no longer take my car here and if you do dont leave anything you dont want to go missing..... of course no one would admit they stole from a customer. I wouldnt accuse if it wasnt missing. My whole cup holder was flipped upside down which is hard for it to do by itself since it latches in and is inside it's own compartment. It is what is it. You lost a paying customer and I will tell everyone I know who thinks about coming there not to since they might have stuff go missing.

Staff was friendly and willing to work with me when problems weren't fully fixed at first. Not their fault it wasn't, just was a stubborn car and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with no hassle Highly recommended, thanks again!

Got stranded here headed from Minnesota to dickinson and these guys took great care of me. Took me in very fast even know they were busy. Awesome service. Highly recommended.

My dad and I always take our cars and trucks to Country Auto. They tell you how much it will be before-hand and I always trust their mechanics. They are truthfull and the vehicle always is fixed. We have been taking our vehicles there for years and will continue to.Thank you to Country Auto!

They are thorough and their shop is excellent at communicating with customers. I love that they send an email with all the details of your service, including photos! So helpful.
