Great location coming from Highway 83 to grab cheap gas, a snack and of course a ton of items. The samples are fun, the staff has been wonderful to deal with and I was given a $40 gift card online for signing up. Definitely worth the membership.

It has always something you need and certainly don't need... Look i say only a few items... But always leave spending the house, but they are so good.Bulk items have been a great option especially those who live far away.You see many items like vitamins, plethora of that. Then Meats n bread area, dang that's dangerous. So yummy and delicious.This was a true upgrade to the city. I just hope all places benefits from good products at their prices.Pizza was good, not great but very good.

Went in to fix tire but was to old they only fix up 6- 7 year old tires. That was ok, they were very kind. I didn't get charged for the check the check up. John was kind and personable.

I love Costco. The only reason it's getting 4-stars is because of inconsistent service from staff. I've had more than a couple disappointing experiences. More context below:1. They fail to ask whether I need a box or act as if my asking for one is inconvenient- Tiresome explaining I have a truck. Small items are free to move around the bed of my truck.- More than a couple times I didn t say something in time and ended up with no boxes to help manage smaller items. Very frustrating especially when dealing with items in glass containers!2. Aggressive and inconsistent scanning of items by staff at self-checkout.- Evidently, they do this to mitigate splitting orders? A friend was told this. They will randomly pick random items to scan, not just big items but small things like muffins or chicken. I ve caught myself re-scanning items they already pre-scanned which would mean I d be charged twice.I question whether I ve re-scanned without catching myself?! It goes beyond courteous and is clearly contrived assistance . I have the higher tier membership and it s very off putting having them disrupt my shopping experience with this ham-handing mitigation.3. They seem to have backed off this one a little but for a time they were aggressively asking for a picture ID. Again, I pay for the higher tier membership. It s off putting being subjected to the show me your papers bit.4. General rudeness. It s strange but there is a general smug attitude at times from some staff. Like they are doing me a favor letting me shop at their store. A moment that comes to mind is when I had a full paid-for cart and my children and I were getting food at the food court. An employee was standing by the end of one of the tables and I asked whether I could leave my cart beside the table while I ordered. Not really sure what other options there even are?! The gal was indignant and told me I can t leave my cart there. I'd be blocking traffic. I asked where I m supposed to put the cart and she just looked at me with an upset stare that I would even ask. I ended up moving my car back behind a closed down till. It was too far for comfort from our table but I did my best to keep an eye on it.All of this said, I do love the store and there are a lot of courteous staff. That said there are noticeable examples of poorly executed management initiatives and a clear lack of courtesy from some staff that may demonstrate courtesy isn t a high priority for some management.

It is a smaller Costco with a limited selection. But the employees are wonderful. They were helpful each time I had questions and checked to see if they had those items in stock.I went on a weekday and I m sure that had something to do with my experience as well.Great produce selection and got some things on sale. No complaints.

Employees constantly bothering you. At the entrance they chase you down to show your card, then they want you to buy a phone at the phone center, then at checkout they want you to upgrade. Self checkout doesn t have individual scanners like Sam s. And the online app is worthless! Sam s all the way! They don t have anyone bothering you and you can use their app to scan and go!

Nice experience with Costco. Everything is clean. Veggies are fresh. Meats are cut to order. Bakery looks awesome. The associates are very pleasant and very knowledgeable of their products.

I was stopped by Steve the door man the other day due to the cashier not scanning something and he treated me as if I were a criminal. Talk to the cashier if you have a real problem with someone, Steve. This isn t my first negative experience with him. My partner was fresh out of surgery and he was extremely rude and lacked customer service, and empathy for that matter, when asking him about the motorized carts. Most of the time all around unpleasant at Costco with their insane policies but to have employees treat you unwell too, unpleasant.

The ribs aren't cooked long enough, you have to fight for every bite and not much meat for 19$.The flavor isn't that good since they took off the BBQ sauce.Always been a fan, i won't buy it no more

Not an actual customer my uncle owns a member card and takes me shopping some times I like the bulk items I only wish U CARRIED 3X in men's please I'd get a membership if u upgraded the sizes big folk like me would appreciate it

Visiting from California, I haven't been able to find a decent loaf of sourdough bread at any local market. I was in Bismarck today and went to COSTCO. I knew they would have Boudans sourdough bread, my favorite. Thanks COSTCO. Big John

Five star rating primarily because I have always enjoyed my Costco experience and this visit was no different than last visit. Great parking. Inexpensive gas. If you are new to Costco gas lines they move very very fast to the point I have no issues getting in line behind 8 cars. Located on the far North Side of Bismarck they are a little out of the way-unless you are going North out of Bismarck.

I picked up four new tires for our GMC Acadia. They were sold out of the Michelin tires I most wanted but they had some pretty equivalent Bridgestone tires available. (I was also pleased they honored the $150 rebate for this particular tire.) I did my homework on the tires and clearly received a better value here at Costco than I would have received otherwise. The new manager, Josh, is very helpful and well informed.

Always visit Costco when we visit Bismarck. Large, clean, and friendly Costco. The employees are all very helpful. The only negative thing about this Costco is the way you have to drive into it and out. There are only one way entries and exists to this Costco. Unlike the Billings Costco which has multiple entries and exits.Always buy electronics from here

Got a membership again. Found out that there are things there that aren't at the other store... PLUS, we can get a 5% discount on our insurance. I see this as a win-win situation. Looking forward to shopping there again.

Can someone explain to me why I have to show my card when entering when I have to have it when paying for everything anyways?It creates a bottleneck at the front entrance on busy days.

We had a tire appointment, after waiting in the store for an hour the tire center calls and says that their inventory was wrong and they don t have enough tire to do our car. We came from Minot just to get new tires put on so we re out about $40 for gas and a little over 4 hours of our lives for nothing. What s the point in making and appointment if they don t have a clue what they have in stock! Very dissatisfied with Bismarck Costco!!!!

Costco hearing center is worth the membership alone. Staff is friendly and help no matter what area.We utilized the hearing center and purchased hearing aids for my elderly parent. Best experience ever and recommend them.

For xmas time of my visit, quite good. Several great deals
