My insurance company used them when I was a victim of a hit and run. They did an amazing job. Got us in within about 5 weeks of the accident, texted updates throughout letting me know progress/status, and waited for us to come in after they were closed. (We live in Hazen and couldn t make it by closing, but they kept the lights on for us.) We arrived in typical North Dakota weather snow/slush and cold but they had our car running and warmed up when we arrived. Nice touches start to finish. The car was sparkling clean when we picked it up but drove home 80 miles in bad weather so the fixed picture doesn t do proper justice to their awesome work.

The folks here were the Best! I am a military guy who was traveling cross-country, and ended up with my son getting into an accident. Despite the fact that they were SUPER busy; the folks took an hour to get my doors working SAFELY so we could continue our travels, and did it with the greatest of care to make sure the car was safe to drive. I Love these Guys

My son who is in the military got rear-ended a couple of months ago. He is very young and inexperienced, but I knew that he needed to get his vehicle repaired. The insurance company for the other driver recommended Centennial Collision & Paint in Bismarck North Dakota. I contacted them so that I can try and help my son out and spoke to someone named Tara. I have spoken to her quite often on and off over the past month or so so I can try to get my son s vehicle in there. She has been so nice, she has been so patient and so understanding of the situation that we are in considering I am 1000 miles away in Arizona trying to help my son repair his car in North Dakota. She is literally one of the nicest people I have spoken to when it comes to Customer Service. she assured me that she would take care of my son, and that she would help him anyway that she can because she understands the situation that we are in. If I could give more than five stars I would, but unfortunately I can only give five. If anyone is reading this, and they need to get their vehicle repaired, I encourage you to go here and speak to Tara, ask for her and she ll help you out. Trust me.

Highly recommend this body shop. They made a stressful event much easier by being very informative, helpful, and friendly. They got our vehicle done 4 days ahead of schedule. They gave us updates on the progress of the vehicle and had great prices. Our vehicle looks brand new.

My daughter damaged the rear of my van just before I was scheduled to trade it in on a new vehicle. Tim and Jason were extremely accommodating and got me in and taken care of and I was still able to make my deadline. The work was impeccable and I highly recommend them to everyone! These guys went above and beyond to help me out in a really bad situation, especially dealing with the insurance people we were dealing with. The entire staff along with the owner were super awesome professional, and Wanted nothing more than for me to be happy and satisfied with their work. I took my vehicle to Jason when I hit a deer and they went out of their way to repair my vehicle before I went on vacation. That is why I returned to them when I hit another deer. Jason made the whole process painless and affordable. Again, they went out of their way from dealing with my insurance company to getting my truck done 2 weeks early. Quality of work was fine. I was told twice prior to dropping vehicle off and on the day of drop off that repairs would only take one day. Vehicle was not ready for pickup when promised. It was ready seven days later.

Everyone at the facility was nice and knowledgeable.When the insurance company dropped the ball on a rental, the receptionist went Above & Beyond and helped me call Enterprise to put my name on the list for a rental vehicle.They were able to complete the work on my vehicle very quickly and addressed any concerns I had.I highly recommend!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot sing enough praises for this business. I took my vehicle directly to them after getting into an accident. Tim was very thorough and kind in explaining the process of repairs and a timeframe. Both ladies in the front office were also extremely nice and patient with my questions. My car came away without being able to tell it was in an accident. I highly recommend this business.

My daughter brought her car to be repaired at Centennial Collision Repair due to a car accident. The service and repair was top notch and their attention to detail is unmatched. We were kept up-to-date every step of the way through the repair process, very professional. Very helpful and friendly with questions or concerns you may have. My daughter's vehicle looked beautiful and looked like it was brand new, never been driven. She and we are very pleased. I was pleasantly surprised when i picked up my suv. We had used another bodyshop previously, and Centennial Collison & Paint has fixed the previous repair. My suv looks new again! CCP was great to work with from the beginning. They were responsive to my questions and professional and personable to talk with. And to top it all off, when my mom's car was available and we had trouble coordinating with my sister to pick the car up, they drove and dropped off the car personally to my mom! I had work done on my car after an accident over the summer. There was an issue with the bumper that came up in February. They were true to their word and warranty. They were so kind, and quick and did great work. They even touched up an area that was not related to the bumper. Look no further, best customer service in years! They were able to get my vehicle in really than planned and ordered the parts because I was getting errors on my vehicle. Their texting system for updates was great to keep me informed. They even gave me a coffee mug!
