Called for an oil change, and no appointment was required. They were very nice and efficient. They even cleaned my windows and vacuumed my car! I will be going back again.

waterlocked my engine and one of the employes came over (as I was nearby) and offered to see if there is an opening that day to have it looked at. me being not the smartest said sure. So I had the tow truck bring it up the road to them so they can look at it.Main thing they did was replace my engine, I paid for it and my insurance covered it all well and good, however post changing the engine all i have had was problem after problem, im now on the 3rd time of dropping the car off to them. My car ran smooth and just fine before I waterlocked it that day, but after the engine change ive had slipping gears, shifting hard, starting hard and even failing to start at times. They have the gaull to tell me that it isn't water/ waterlocked related which just is throwing me for a loop. Today I also found out that the starter issue is apparently my starter is overdrawing now? That makes 0 sense to me as the starter/car itself was functoning just fine before the water damage obviously. so how it goes from working to not, and tell me not related just doesn't make sense, it makes me feel like the mechanics are trying to just nickel and dime me at this rate which just feels sketchy and shady as heck. So yeh they have garnered a 1 star review from me, they haven't felt trustworthy after the first supposed "fix"

The absolute worst in town.The owners only care about one thing and it's not you or your car. I originally took my vehicle in for tune up and radiator flush. After I paid I started my vehicle and the low coolant light came on so they had to add coolant the following week my vehicle overheated on me and I had it towed back to them and then replaced the thermostat $200 repair. They had it for almost a week and as I got in my vehicle again low coolant light came on and they had to add antifreeze. In less than a year I had 3 thermostats put in however the last time they claimed I needed an oil sending unit and temp sensor almost $400 repair only to get in my vehicle go back inside and wait an hour while they replaced the thermostat which was the problem to begin with so when i finally got home my car overheated they forgot to put radiator cap on... I now have a 4th thermostat in by someone qualified because I refuse to let them ever touch my vehicle again. Refused to work with me or acknowledge their incompetence..STAY AWAY GO SOMEWHeRE ElSE!!!

so far so good with the support. Jon did some great research me my project. I wish shop hours scaled a bit with job size but that goes for any shop. they will get my business.

This place is by far the best place in Bismarck for all your car service needs. Moving here from a place where my uncle's shop always took care of me, finding this place feels right at home!! They are extremely affordable and fair. I definitely don't feel taken advantage of like at most repair shops when they see a women walk in. If you are looking for a place that will take good care of your vehicle and treat you right THIS IS THE PLACE!!!! I always speak with John who is extremely helpful and knowledgeable..

BEST AUTO REPAIR SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!!!!!! It feels like a family owned business and the girl working in the front was SUPER NICE. I did not have an appointment and they took me right in. My daughter had an issue with her heater in her car. We called hoping they could look at it in a few days. They got her in right away since it's been so cold, found the issue right away and squeezed her in 3 days later for the actual repair. They went above and beyond to get her heater fixed and their work and customer service was impeccable. Would highly recommend Capital Heights Auto Clinic!!

My mum and I had a few lights come on as we came into Bismarck on our road trip. We called Capital Heights and they fit us into their schedule immediately. They took wonderful care of us and got us back out on the road - we really appreciated them and the service was excellent! Highly recommend!

Went there to get a leaky brake fluid line fixed on my car. They had the parts on hand to fix it, and managed to get it repaired in the same day, with the car ready in the afternoon after I'd dropped it off earlier that day. They did good work, the total repair cost was reasonable, and the customer service was very good as well. I recommend this shop highly!

We re a touring band and got some bad work done in Fargo the day before. So grateful that Capital Heights Auto got us in, fixed up, and back on the road same day. Nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommended.

Unprofessional as could be. Misquoted the cost by a significant amount and charged "fees" for doing absolutely nothing. Take your car someplace else and avoid the stress.

Asked for an estimate on repairs another shop said I had to have. They were straight forward about what they found and were under the price of the other shop.

Locally owned business that I can always rely on to be honest and reliable with their services. Even when traveling from out of town, they always prioritize helping any way they can. Highly recommend!

These guys are always great! It had become difficult to find anyplace open after five (Walmart messed some stuff up when I went there), I finally realized that Capital Heights, which is right by my work, is open until 6:00 AND they have courtesy rides. I ve been coming here about four years now, the guys are always courteous, helpful, honest, and totally go the extra mile. Prices are good, the work is good. And my bf s friend used to work here, he works somewhere else now, but even though Capital Heights is now the competition , he speaks very highly of them and said I m taking my vehicle to the right place. It s good to have two auto shops, now, that I trust...Capital Heights and Northland Performance.It s a nice bonus that they have courtesy phone chargers, as well.

Had my car for 2 months for a leaky oil seal. Dealership had to be subcontracted to finish the job. Service manager John was nice about the whole thing and as frustrated as I was.

My vehicle is still being worked on at Capital Heights Auto Clinic so i cant yet speak for the end result, however I have been very pleased with the interaction thus far. The quote for replacing my engine with a used motor came in below my expectations and considerably lower with Capital heights than three other places in which i had inquired. A very good friend of mine is related to one of the owners who has taken the time to not only work with me directly, but has made surprising efforts to ensure that i am not left with a vehicle that is fixed and doing me no good due to the fact that i couldnt pay to get it back...the situation has been a nightmare but the service has made a terrible situation bearable to work through leaving me one happy customer...Many thanks to Capital Heights and all they do to ensure a positive customer experience.

I caught them in several lies to me. The noise the Vehicle was making when I took in and they said the transmission hose had a leak. So first they order the wrong hose and it took 2 weeks to get my car back and $750 later. The car is still making the grinding sound. I will never so back to these people and never recommend them to anyone.

I took it in for a radiator flush. It got done. But they did the job half assed by not reconnecting it the hose properly. I take my car in for one thing and coincidently another thing happens to be off right after. If you want to over pay and get mediocre service go here.

Excellent facility to get your car repaired. They have good mechanics at reasonable rates. They are honest and don't take advantage of customers like some mechanics shops do.

Been going here for years. Fast oil changes and a true A to Z auto shop with multiple mechanics on staff. From oil change to motor replacement, they do it all, and do it well.
