BTP racer performance in Bismarck. The WORST service I have ever encountered. They ended up replacing a bunch of parts under the hood that were NEW, then my car developed a leak at the rear main engine seal and now it knocks. All of this happened when it was in their care. Then they had the audacity to charge me $2300 for their services . On top of that they conveniently wanted to give me estimates to replace the engine.

Trusted John to build me a car. He liedHe stole my money and we had to go pick the vehicle up with a trailer and have it finished at another shop. It was years of lies and hang tight comments. No discussion or argument here just plain and simply got pushed to bottom of BTP s priority list and fleeced. Then John had the Gaul to tell my attorney I didn t have my bill paid hence his behavior. Unbelievable. Mislead me for years and it s unfortunate. He didn t have to be that way. I trusted him in the beginning. It was the worst experience as a customer in my life. Witnesses to prove it within the industry that couldn t believe how bad this deal turned out.

Brought a torque converter to have them rebuild it and did an awesome job, JJ answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Definitely will be doing more business here
