Your website is a joke and gives you the run around for simply trying to reboot the modem. It never use to be that difficult. It s frustrating, almost as if you don t want us to help ourselves. Your app sucks as well. Please make things user friendly again. It shouldn t have to be this hard to get help!

My services worked fine until a scheduled Midco maintenance last week in the wee hours. Now, I have limited access via my heretofore efficient wifi. I can watch Disney+, but not Netflix or Prime on my TV, before servicing, no problem. Same as my home security, no go since maintenance. Seriously considering a dish based network.

I can not give more than a 1 star review as of today. The customer service is extremely friendly, and do what they can to assist, unfortunately "what they can" is very little. If you are having issues at your home that are not related tonyour equipment, and are the faukt of Midco, don't e pect them to be resolved, as they will just send a tech multiple times to look at the same things over again at you residence.I am an IT professional, and understand how networks function. I have a high end, high performance router, and run ethernet to all of my devices that support it in my home. I enjoy gaming. However, for the last 7 months, gaming has not been an enjoyable, or even possible experience. The latency variation, packet loss and response time spikes have created an extremely unstable network for all users in my area.A tech has come twice and even ran overnight tests for me, only to give me the "average" results of the tests and state that everything is within acceptable ranges. The problem is that the "average" performance isn't the issue, the sporadic unpredictable variations in quality are the issue, the highs and lows if you will.As mentioned, I am an IT professional, and recently at my job a midco rep showed up to do some work at the business. While helping show him around i engaged in conversation about my home network issues in hopes of gaining some insight. And I hained a lot. He showed me a map of the area of town I live in that was riddled with red dots (all of these dots were homes connected back to a single node). He said there were over 50 modems on a single node, which is a great way of having congestion during peak usage hours. He said there were plans to split the node, but there was no timeline on this work being done.I pay for the best plan offered for my area, south Bismarck east of Washington, and south of Reno. Unfortunately, I have been paying for a servuce that I have not been receiving. I pay for STABLE, high speed internet. And although I do get fast download speeds, my network stability is non-existent.I will be canceling my services with Midco indefinitely and switching to verizon internet. As I would rather have a slow, stable connection than a fast and unstable one.

Forget Midco, their auto pay is terrible and God help you if you move I didn't have service for nearly a month. Also my auto pay wouldn't work so I went in and paid for service manually and got charged an extra month and a late fee for their own incompetence.

I have been with Midco for about 8 years since I move to Bismarck. The service has been great. Am I the only one being suspended every other month for auto payment problems ? I had my auto payment set up numerous of times for some reason it'll work for a month or two next thing I'm being suspended. I am fraustrated with customer service, this seems to be happening way too often! I am sick of the inconvenience and happened to be paying for late fees all the time. For the past two years now. Is it just me or other people are having the same problem? I started writing down the dates now and it keeps happening and customer service can't seem to explain why this keep happening to my account. I am sick of this nonsense !

When Midco has a 'Scheduled Maintenance'...Expect it to be longer than expected! Our family has a lot of App's. Why should a person pay for wi-fi, a ton of app's, not being able to use them? So, paying for Midco, Netflix, Discovery +, Disney, also AMC, Not being able to use those apps that we are paying for....of course I want money back! Horrible service calling the "Hotline". Some guy named Valentine.

I've been using Midco for almost 3 years and the internet has been pretty decent. The website needs work but it was incredibly easy to set up my internet, change speeds, and pay bills. They are quick with calls and customer service does a great job

Great customer service. I just wish I didn t have to call them so often! TiVo stinks! We got the new mini boxes and we were constantly having freezing problems. We had them bring back the bigger dvr. Still having syncing problems with our sound bar. The service guy said the minis have come a long way, yet we are still reluctant to go back to them.

Great Place! I had no issues signing up and returning my equipment. Both times they were friendly and my installer guy was okay too. I believe he drove in from Montana.

The WORST internet service I have ever had, yet the largest provider in our region. Writing this review using cellular data because here we are, another day with my internet being down. Wouldn t even consider recommending to my worst enemy because I m just not that cruel. Do better midco or hand it off to someone who can!

Can't speak to the employee's in Bismarck, but their customer service team I spoke with on the phone is the worst I have ever dealt with. Have waited over 15 days to get a refund of over $300 from them. Been hung up on, had to call and verify the check had been sent multiple times, only to find out there was yet another mistake on their end that prevented the check in a timely manner. Once I did get the check in the mail, it was $300 short and was told a second check had been sent for the correct amount that will arrive in the next couple days. All this after I have already waited 3 weeks.. Its unfortunate they have monopolized the area as the only internet provider otherwise I would go elsewhere.

I use been happy with Midco Internet for years, and I can tell you that I believe their customer service is the best in the industry. Their prices for internet and other services are extremely reasonable. I ask from time to time if there are any new promos or different ways to lower my bill. Every time that I call I am greeted by a friendly customer service agent. I can't tell you how many times they have lowered my bill plus increased my internet speed at the same time. They have been flexible with my payment schedule and have customer service agents around the clock. I can honestly say that I think Midco has the absolute best customer service of any of the companies and apps that I use. Way to go Midco. Keep up the good work!!!!

Listen to the bad reviews- they aren't wrong. Monopoly companies are scummy. Their website is terrible. No I do not have any questions and would not like any help, I would just like for there to be a different internet provider. The wifi is spotty and always cuts out on sunday nights, not worth the price or headache. Maybe it would be better to live off the grid than work with MIDCO...

Please fix your payment portal on your website! I have never once been able to set up auto-pay or manually pay my bill online because your site always glitches back to the login page. It s such a headache when it comes to paying my bill with Midco every month. I really Hope this issue can be resolved quickly!!!

I have had Midco for 32 years and internet for about 20. Mid,�as taken the time to help me when I call about problems with my Internet, TV or DVR. They are really patient with this 68 year who has no idea about electronics. I have lost my remote twice and they sent another one right I just wish they had TCM on our plan I miss the movies, yes we have lost power, had interference on cable but all I have to do is call the office So yes.I am mostly satisfied with Midco and will not change even though we do have other cable and internet company s available to chose frru7mecb. My set up over the phone took less than 5 minutes and I was able to drive to the storefront to get a unit to set up the same day which was checked by an attended and I was given detailed instructions. Everything worked great and I was able to set up billpay. I would highly recommend their services.

Midco offers pitiful service at a premium price. We have internet and cable tv in Florida for less than half the price with no service issues or problems. Likewise, our lake home west of Garrison,ND offers internet service at a better price than Midco with no service issues or outages. Midco cable constantly goes down and we need to call them to have things rebooted. Midco internet is unreliable and spotty. Why should I have to constantly reboot and reset.Midco service people have been to our home and things seem to work for awhile.I have spent hours on the phone working with Midco techs.I do not know how Midco received or keeps their franchise with Bismarck.I will no longer complain to Midco, but instead speak with government officials and elected officials.Life is too short to waste time with Midco.Minus 9 stars.Disgusting and wasteful of my timeJeff Miller

My household has had Midco TV and internet services for about 18 years. We have been really happy with the service. It's a little expensive but we feel that we are still getting our money's worth. For internet after the modem I have installed our own equipment. We have a modern mesh WiFi system that runs on a gigabit ethernet system. Alot of WiFi devices and some ethernet devices. We experience almost no outages with our TV services. If we start experiencing slow internet it means the rented modem is starting to have issues. If I have to reset it more than 3 times in a short period of time I take it in and get a different one. We did have a new cable drop installed about 10 years ago. That improved our services immensely. Who knows how long that old cable was in the ground. We also have a Tivo from them and enjoy that alot.

Monopoly- need I say more?. Although, I was able to walk in and pay my bill without a hitch. I liked that. Now, if the company would just stop with the price increases without services offered in conjunction. **Dang rates went up ten more bucks!!!?. And I ain't gett'n noth'n more- 'ccept billed-again.. ... **Hey but thanx for the mailer regarding the price increase that was sent out prior to. T'was a might courteous of y'all. **But yeah, no I do appreciate the services y'all do convey for what I pay. Rates up again -for the third time in a year!!?��!!WTH!????!!!What's in it for me that I'm hav'n to pay more??????

Needs more than one staff working to help people in person, at the brick and mortar help center.The actual service is pretty good. I'm changing my opinion on this after having an excellent conversation with a sales rep who was able to answer so many more questions than any of the people in technical support. Not to mention, they're pushing out gigabit service at a good price, and it's finally available here.

For me, their service in the Bismarck/Mandan area is fine, if a little pricey. What really gets me is, if you ever have any changes to make to your account, they direct you to their website which NEVER works. I ve only needed to use it twice, about a year ago to set up autopay, and then just yesterday to change which card I use for autopay. Both times I ve hit a brick wall on their website in one way or another. If you re going to require customers to use the website to make changes to their accounts, at least make sure the website works.Update:Within 2 hours of this review, Midco called me and got everything straightened out. Not sure how things got messed up with the account online, but they were very friendly and professional getting the issues resolved.

I returned my modem and the employee tossed the modem into the bin. I didnt mind, until I read the receipt and it states that I could be charged up to $600 for a modem that is not in good working condition. Please, check into the handling of the equipment to avoid fraudulent charges to the customers.

Customer service was friendly but what should have been only one phone call and a simple install, turned into me running back to the store and calling customer service multiple times to get my equipment set up properly because the last guy messed up. After this services have been running smoothly for the few months I have had Midco.
