Went there with transmission.problems a coolant leak and bad fuel mileage after I put new spark plugs in. They could get a used transmission but not rebuild the one I had. I found somebody to rebuild it cheaper than replacement.They fixed the other two items at no charge and dropped it off at the other place for me. Definitely recommend them.Their stand up guys and gals. I will come back for anything else I need in the future. Thank you.

Extremely poor service and terrible communication from the Service department. My car sat in service for 6 months and nothing was done to repair it. My car was running when i dropped it off. They removed the engine and tore it down based on their assessment. Said they ordered parts....kept saying this for 6 months and kept making up excuses as to why it wasn't finished. Finally one day i had to tow home my inoperable car with no engine and transmission. Would not recommend their service department!Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

Very good guys to work with. Picked up a side by side from them these weekend, bought it over the phone, they had all the paper work ready, when picked up it was as described on there page and after talking with them over the phone, will buy from them again in the future!

These guys really know their stuff. My personal experience has been excellent. There is a reason appointments are necessary, they are doing mechanics right. I have had them work on a few of my vehicles from diagnosing and fixing engine problems that I had thrown parts at personally and couldn t fix to complex air conditioning repairs. Great people to deal with. Took my car there to see they would have time before my vacation to fix the air. They solved one mechanical problem with one of my vehicles and two days later I took the other vehicle in and they fixed a problem with that one. With that kind of service I will have to think about buying a car from them. By the way, the repair bills were very reasonable.

Great people great service! My Amazing wife put diesel into our Camry, . Bisman Autoworx had the issue resolved quickly and it did not cost us much as we thought. We highly recommend them so send your vehicles to them. We will return for future needs.

These guys went above and beyond on a New Truck Purchase for me! I was looking for a very specific truck and BisMan Autoworx had it. I spoke to Dalton who sent me several video's and pictures of it via text and e-mail. He went out of his way answering all my questions. I drove 12 hours and picked it up from Tyler and it was EXACTLY as described, if not better! I cannot recommend these guys enough! GREAT WORK! A+++++

Used their website to request details via their own site. No response. Once on phone with contacts listed on website, they are the usual fast talkers. No follow up on their end and won t follow through with what they say. Their repair shop is more of a flip it type shop. Change rims, change tires, put in lift and then sell.

I experienced very poor service? I went in to purchase a Tractor that would not start. The salesman Was going to message his boss about a recent trade deal on another item that I had to trade, for that reason he did not ask for a deposit. He messaged me later saying that the trade was still good and gave me a total that I owed them. He was going to pull the tractor inside so I could get it in the morning. I then purchased parts for the tractor and sent it to my bank which cost me 1300 for loan fees and parts. (1000) restocking fees for a tractor i now dont have. (300) for loan origination fees since my banked rushed the check for the next morning. He message me 5 minutes later and said that he took a deposit from another party instead of me, so I was out the money that I had already put into the tractor that he sold me. This all happened within an hour I just wish I had the same service that the person that came in and apparently bought the tractor out from underneath me (after he pulled it in fore to pick up in the a.m. had a lot of money invested in that 1 hour. I usually like to support small businesses but in this case going to a bigger chain such as RDO or Bobcat would have been better in my interest. Merry christmas.

I hired the mechanic do perform a job that took approximately an hr. The reason I hired this mechanic is because he was honest and and did more for less than North Bismarck Dealership. I did not feel taken advantage of unlike the North dealership try to do time and time again to women. I just needed just one part of a system and I explained that to him over the phone. I also explained I was calling around for quotes. He looked up the part I needed and said he could also install a whole new system for cheaper than the one part I needed. Plus it was cheaper than the the other places I have already called. When my car was fixed it was the same price he quoted me. Plus the new system he installed works like a dream. I advise to aways shop around for quotes but don't settle right away without calling these guys too.

Talk to Bruce about putting in a runner on my 2014 f150 for simple fact I pull a 38 foot 5th wheel.He went above and beyond to help me out.I recommend these guys for all your truck needs and answers .

Was able to acquire information on an automobile that I was interested in immediately as well as info on procedure pertaining to financing Tyler & Dalton very accommodating and friendly honest and open about details/history on vehicle. Seemingly fair pricing. Hopefully can due business-all on my finance company-Credit Acceptance Corp. Com'n Baaybee!

Worked with Dalton on purchasing a 2012 Kia Rio. He went above and beyond by having all the paperwork done amd ready to be signed by the time I arrived. After purchasing I noticed the oil was low amd needed changed. He had no problem covering the cost off a full synthetic oil change, a tire balance, a tire rotate, amd two bulb replacements. AMD this was after our purchase. There was no arguments and my wife and I are super happy with our purchase. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this conpany!!

I had taken my '02 Chevy Silverado to several shops and no one could seem to fix it. I found out about Bisman Autoworx, took it to them and they had it fixed in a day! Highly recommend! Very friendly, knowledgeable and fast!

Bisman Autoworx was able to fit me in right away to look at my Duramax. They knew the problem and fixed my truck and had me back on the road in about an hour. Knowledgeable and understanding. Highly recommend.
