Sheldon and Brianna both were amazing they provided excellent customer service. My vehicle was towed to Automotive Unlimited from another shop because they couldn t determine what was wrong with my van. Sheldon was able to fix my van and was able to provide to me a detailed list of mechanical problems I have so that I could review them and fix those items at my discretion. I am very pleased with the prompt and professional service. We are new customers and will bring our vehicles to them in the future. It is great to know that we have a shop we can depend on! Thank you!

Probably the most pleasant experience I've had with an automotive shop ever. Very knowledgeable and didn't try to over sell any work or parts. Hands down the best shop in town. They did my front suspension for a lot less than other places quoted me, and everything is rock solid.When I brought my vehicle in recently, I had convinced myself something expensive was going out. They did a whole check and instead of blowing smoke, they told me everything checked out and didn't charge for the time. Also they fixed something to where my cruise control works now.

These guys are amazing at their jobs, I broke down and needed a fuel line replaced which was gonna take a while, and while my pickup was apart they found my turbo needed to be replaced, so I wasn t expecting to have my pickup back before Christmas, but these guys didn t leave the shop before Christmas weekend and got my pickup done. They helped me out big time and I m bringing my service there every time I have issues in the surrounding Bismarck area, thank you guys and merry Christmas to you all!

Great service and amazing advice for future problems with solutions! I was stranded in Bismarck driving from Montana to Illinois and they helped me find a tow asap. Couldn t have been driving through a nicer town.

I can't say enough good about this place. Had the injectors replaced. We left, and the engine light came on ( catalytic converter error). Thinking a $1200 catalytic converter. The owner stepped up and inspected it himself and said he didn't think we needed it. Now that's honesty !!!

Transmission was going out in my van. It sat at another shop for 3 weeks and they kept telling me they were waiting on my extended warrenty to get back to them. I only called twice, in the 3 weeks it sat there, to see what the progress was.I finally called my extended warrenty company to find out they received no calls from anyone other than me before I brought it to that shop.I went and picked up my van right away from the other shop and called Automotive Unlimited. They got me in right away and were able to get everything going with my warrenty. Great communication with what was going on with my vehicle every few days. I appreciate their service and I will be bringing all my vehicles here for service and maintenance in the future.

Great service from dedicated guys. Be aware they don't let you bring your own parts/fluids. Tough pill for me to swallow cause I'm picky about that kind of thing but it's well worth it for the quality of service.

I have been using AU for approximately 2-3 months & repairs on 2 vehicles. The professionalism from the office to the automotive technicians has been exceedingly satisfying. If time slots don t align with my schedule they make adjustments to accommodate your time frame. Repairs are explained in detail so you know exactly what the issues are, what the details of the repairs will be & accurate costs to bring your vehicle back to dependable operation. I have now found my honest & trustworthy vehicle repair facility.

This shop is AWESOME! They got me in fast, diagnose & fix my issue. They discussed options and where wonderful! They found and fixed my vehicle fast and did not do any unnecessary repairs, however looked everything over and where so very excellent. I found them to be honest, very reasonable and all around would recommend to anyone! Experts at European cars, So often shops will take advantage of people not knowing about mechanics, this shop was A+, Hands down best place in town.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Took my car in to have the dod deleted and a new performance camshaft installed that Jordan recommended as well as a couple other little things, they had the car running and done within a week, I'm very particular with this car and they had everything back together exactly how it was and everything was clean, very impressed and the car performs like a whole new animal, highly recommend.

Had some immediate issues to be addressed and that was done. In addition, they provided me with a list of items that need to be addressed. It was prioritized so i can take them on as able. Excellent and timely service.

My brakes suddenly started squealing and scraping. II was concerned about the safety of my vehicle. I called automotive unlimited and explain the situation. They were able to get me in that day and replace my brake pads. The technician recommended. I also have my shocks and struts replaced. This service gave me peace of mind. This place is incredible ! I was almost shocked by the honesty they showed me. I don t speak the language of car/engine issues at all & am the kind of person that would likely be taken advantage of in the wallet aspect of walking into a shop. This was NOT the case at all here. I felt so comfortable talking to Sheldon & he explained everything in a way that was as understandable as it could be for someone with little to no knowledge in this department. My questions were answered with respect & understanding. If your anxious about talking with someone about vehicle issues Automotive Unlimited is the place !! I m going to be returning soon to resolve a couple other issues very shortly & I recommend everybody to do the same !Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

We appreciate the dedication of Automotive Unlimited. They go above and beyond the service required to assure that your vehicle is in great running condition. We took our vehicle in for plugged catalytic converter and found that the drive shaft hanger bearing was bad and they also let us know we had a bad wheel bearing hub assembly. The guys at automotive unlimited were extremely professional and nice while dealing with my truck. They were able to diagnose the problem I had with my drive shaft and fix it in a very timely manner.
