Amazing service I ever had in my intire life. I think Tim dedicated himself to die as a happy man. He does all he can to educate you anything that may be a concern to your vehicle health and has fair labor prices than anywhere in country, I would deeply recommend my intire family and friends there.

I live out of state and needed a pre purchase inspection done before buying a used Ford truck from a local dealer. Tim went and picked up the truck, test drove it, did a thorough inspection, and took a bunch of great pictures for me. He also talked through everything that he had seen with me. An excellent job at a very fair price. Highly recommend!

Tim (owner) is extremely knowledgeable and easily has the best prices in town. Runs a really tight ship and has never left me hanging. I don't post reviews but I feel it needs to be heard. Been going to him for a year now and I don't have a single complaint yet. Had a exhaust leak. Tim got me in and found broken bolts in the exhaust manifolds on both sides. Got me fixed and fixed right. Good shop and a honest man. Will definitely go back for any repairs. Thanks again Tim.

Great shop. Tim is a very honest guy, willing to go above and beyond to ensure your vehicle is done exactly how you want while informing you of any other issues he may find. He kept me up to date with any further action he thought neccessary and kept pricing amazing. Highly recommended

Far and away the best shop in the Bismarck-Mandan area. Tim is an excellent mechanic. Trustworthy and highly dependable. My wife and I have been using only him for years now (for issues I can t do myself). If you use a dealership or are looking for the most trusted shop in town, we HIGHLY recommend using Tim at Autotherapy just once. His work is better and he saves you money. You ll never use a dealership again. We take all of our vehicles here. Foreign (two minis), domestic (Lincoln), older and newer.

Strongly recommend against using this mechanic. He was 18% higher ($200) than every other place I checked, and scammed my mother-in-law into paying over $100 for a "diagnostic fee" after we decided to take our service elsewhere. Will be taking to small claims court. Do not recommend for any work.

I dealt with Mr. Tim online he took what i needed done serious I messaged him to ask him when he would be starting? 1hr after he was letting me know he was done than he went thru it very detailed with me after i realized he took his time to do all that i 100% trust him from one mechanic to another & im in Louisiana thank u sir stay blessed with great customersService: Electrical

Tim, the owner, is a very knowledgeable person. He will explain what is needed on your vehicle until you comprehend what he is attempting to explain to you. He even recorded the difference in my old compared with my new wheel bearings. He is a very straightforward and honest business man.

The guys at Auto Therapy are one of the fews eager to explain what went wrong with the car, what are the steps to fix, why it should be fixed that way.Not only that, but in our case - an estimate of more than $2000 (given to us by a shop in Dickinson) transformed into a $375 invoice at Auto Therapy.Knowledgable, honest, respecting their promises.Thank you,Auto Therapy.
