Speedy, reasonable price. Got my car back in a day, 2 times.They fixed a mistake they *possibly* made for free, and I really appreciate that. A fast, knowledgeable mechanic who won't screw you over. What more could you want?

Took my VW in to get a camshaft position sensor done and they gladly made time that day to get it done (Every other shop basically called me crazy for trying to get it done in a day). They were very honest about the price of the part and even called me to double check before ordering it. They called me before it was done so I could be there as soon as it was finished to get on the road again. Very nice people and if I ever have problems with my car around here this will be the first place I go.

I just purchased a used vehicle they ran a diagnostic for me and told me when to expect to do basic maintenance and servicing. I've been using Auto Express for 5 years now and have always been respected. They even passed on savings when they found a part I needed for my old vehicle, cheaper than anticipated. These are my go to guys!

Brought my Ford Focus in because it broke down near by with spark plug and ignition coil issues. They replaced my spark plugs and ignition coil, howeverwhen driving home, drove for two hours the same issues came back. Brought it in to my local ford dealership where they ran diagnostics and found that the spark plugs put in were incorrect. Took out the spark plugs this shop replaced and they were bent. The dealership ACTUALLY fixed it. called and told them that they did not fix my car. When asked for a refund of some sort, they denied that they didn t do the job right and they called me a liar. They also lied about someone telling them to put lock tight on my spark plugs. Did not give me a refund for anything. I m not a demanding person, but I m a poor college student and had to drop A LOT of money because they couldn t do the job correctly. Go elsewhere if you have a choice

Brought my pickup in with a transfer case issue. They got me in the very next day, and were timely with results of the diagnosis. They were honest about the diagnosis and gave me options, and were willing to save me money. They had the part replaced and tested surprisingly fast. Very pleased with you guys I would recommend to anyone.

Took my Silverado in with a horid Wheel Bearing problem, they got me in immediately, replaced the bearing, got me fresh tires and wheel alignment. My stereo wasn't turning on and after I left, and I still had a grinding. Took it back, they fixed that no charge (backing plate was rubbing against rotor is what they said) and they got my stereo to turn on.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

This place is seriously a rip off...the mechanics are very nice and they get the work done quickly but they will charge you for every tiny little thing they can think of. All I did was have my vehicle hoisted up to see what was wrong with it and it cost me almost 90 bucks. On top of that they couldn't tell what was wrong with it and said it would take another 30 minutes and 40 more dollars to keep looking. Ridiculous!!!!! And this isn't the first time. But it will be the last.

I took my truck to these guy to get a oil change, due to the dealership given me a date that was about a month out. Next oil change i took my truck to the dealership like i usually does, I was told by the dealership that there was power steering fluid in my coolant. I call Auto Express and was refer to the most ignorant person in the world. Very rude and unprofessional. I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT TAKING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP, THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING AND YOU WILL ENDING UP PAYING. YOUR WARN. I don't like to write review, but in a situation like this i do believe other people out there need to know about these guy horrible service.

What a life saver this garage and it's crew are! Great communication, friendly owner and employees and beyond phenomenal customer service.Driving last week from Chicago to Seattle via I 94. Midway across ND the car dies with an obvious electrical issue. On a Sunday... at 4:30ish in the afternoon. This is not good.A frantic search of garages with their own tow trucks leads us to Auto Express, who answers their phone. We end up talking with Randy, the owner and the world is (eventually) put to rights!First off the tow/drive to garage. We had two options, a straight tow or a "jump pack" which acts as a second battery source in electrical issues. Since we had 3 people and 3 dogs we opted for the considerably less expensive jump pack. We weren't speeding down the highway, by any means but we made it back to the garage.Where a frantic internet search had begun. I drive an Isuzu Rodeo and Isuzu hasn't been an American car seller for almost a decade so parts were hard to find. We thought we had a part available but it wouldn't be until the next day (Monday). Those of us in my car hadn't planned for an extended overnight anywhere so we were prepared to sleep in the car. Randy was kind enough to help us get other options.Of course, the part (an alternator) wasn't avail until Tuesday. Randy kept in touch the whole time and as soon as the part arrived the garage was prompt and fast with the repair. Our courtesy ride to and from the hotel was great.The pricing was excellent and Randy worked with us so we could afford the repair and still get down the road to our destination.I can't sing their praises loud enough! Great job guys and THANK YOU SO MUCH! Sorry I couldn't leave the puppy with you!

Technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful. He showed integrity in his efforts to repair my vehicle and get me on my way. I felt as if I were treated as family. I can't praise this technician enough

Tow truck called thru AAA, mechanic Ken responded promptly within 15minutes and efficiently picked up and delivered car to the shop. Great tow service!

Went in for a diagnosis. I figured it was my distributor . Next day say its 275. 3 hours later couldnt found part next it was 307 to 370. Didnt want it fixed after the price jump. Then instead of 80 for the diagnostic he says 120 cause they had it taken apart. I paid him 80. But now my radiator is leaking. Never does before. And start sounds weird never going again

This if for my 2000 BMW 328i by the way. I already had the parts so this is straight labor price. They charged me $240 to replace a belt! They claim half of that was for reattaching a radiator hose that I took off when I tried replacing the belt myself. I'm sorry but I don't believe it takes an hour and a half labor cost of $120 to reattach a hose! I was totally ripped off to have to pay $240 just to put on a belt!!!!!

I went in to get new light bulbs for my truck. I bought 2 bulbs and went to install them, one fit and one didn't. No big deal so i went back to exchange the wrong one for a new one. They claimed that there was a finger print on the one i wanted to return so they couldnt take it back but they were happy to sell me the correct one for 6 dollars more. I grew up in a shop and i would never put my fingers on a halogen bulb so not only did they sell me the wrong bulb, they sold me one with a fingerprint on it. Save your money and take your business elsewhere

These people have thieves for employees who have their boyfriends drive and do their jobs.Not a reliable company. They won t replace your things they steal.

i took my truck in the have a transmission put in and the quoted a price of 1100.00 and charge me 1380.00 .. when i ask about this they blow me off ... i then reported them to the BBB and they called me and said they will look at the truck and refund 240.00 after they look at the truck the mechanic said the transmission was not working right ... a week later they told they are going to do nothing about it ... at that time i was homeless with a 7 year old and it took all the money i saved to get are house back .... i feel sorry for these people that hurt you when your down... i would never that anything to this place again ....

I was charged 2x what was quoted and they replaced a part I said I would do myself. then was told the owner was not in and when called would not speak with me. I then did some digging and talked to previous owner and found out that the people I spoke to were the owner and manager and lied the whole time and this happened numerous times in the past. DO NOT GO THERE
