I'm very pleased with there product and the staff was great to deal with. I plan on doing more business with them in the future and have been recommending them to others in my area. I would gladly make the 10 hour round trip again for the good price and service.

They were able to get my pickup in and guaranty the day that it would actually be in and diagnosed. I received a phone with the results and an estimated repair cost. It was done by the next day. I will be back when this pickup needs a repair again.Jim

After seeing an ad of theirs and reading the reveiws I decided to try them out. I was impressed. Customer Service was great. . They seem to be knowledgeable in what they are doing and explained everything that's wrong. I recommend them and will return. . No high pressure sale to do anything you don't want done.They kept me updated what they found wrong.

The guys in the front Mike, Matt, Darren and Michael always greet you at the front door with a smile on their face. A great place to get your vehicles worked on. I suggest them to everyone I can!

We were driving home to Montana from Maine when our check engine light came on in the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van. Advanced Fleet Services worked us in immediately. They didn't have the ERG part that was causing the problem (at home we were told nobody can get this part), but they cleaned our's so thoroughly that the van is now still working perfectly several months later. They were very busy and could have charged me thousands of dollars for an emergency and for all the work they did, but they charged me $150 and we made it home in time for a dinner date with friends!!!!!

Amazing service, managed to squeeze my car into their schedule last minute and fixed the problem very quickly!Also lil side note they are very good at playing charades :)

Dedication to customer service, quality and getting the job done right! We brought both truck and stock trailer in to the crew at Advanced Fleet Services and it was not and easy fix by any stretch. They made sure the job was done right and took care of us each step of the way. Here is the bonus everyone needs to know...They will do everything they can to get your equipment and/or vehicle in to the ship immediately! Accommodating is an understatement! Advanced Fleet Services has our business from here on out! Well Done

What I had asked from them was never completed, chalk it up as miscommunication or whatever but they seem like genuine and caring people. I will return when im looking for a shop to work on a truck

If you are traveling in Bismarck this is the place to go for your RV needs. The staff are all exceptional. I took my RV in just to have it gone over to make sure everything was in great working order before going into the Badlands and these guys were awesome. They checked everything on my RV, motor, fluids, transmission, fluids, tires, brakes, generator, axles, everything and found her to be in great shape. They also have me some places to visit on my way westward. I told the I like quirky stuff so they had lots of quirky places for me to see. They are very busy but well worth the wait to get in. Thanks to all the wonderful people at Advanced Fleet Services in Bismarck, ND. You guys are the best.

We had a bad fuel issues and they got us up and running. Thanks to Darren (PRIMO ) Stave. And Brandon Sornes. We got back on the road. I enjoyed talking with all the guys. Very accommodating and easy to work with. I appreciated the checkup they did listing any issues they found. I also appreciated that they did not try to push any repairs but simply explained to me what they found and gave me the option to make any repairs as I wanted. I have been working with Advanced Fleet for almost 12 years for my personal car and my many work trucks. They have always been courteous to myself and my staff. Repairs have been quick and reasonably priced. We have used Advanced Fleet Services for our large commercial truck repairs for several years. They are very good at what they do and very fairly priced. You will get your vehicle back when promised unless parts are unavailable. These folks are great. Always greeted right away at the door, and they always answer the phone. They always get me scheduled within a couple days and they're ready to work when I get there. I usually wait on site but shuttle service is a great benefit when needed. Price, service, quality, and speed are all better than dealership. I hit a snag once on what should have been an easy driveway repair and they bailed me out with some immediate help.

Amazing experience my first time with Advance Fleet Services! I got a coupon on Bismarck Deals for an oil change and was surprised to find out that they pick up and deliver! Really nice guys came to my work and picked up my car and then delivered back to me. Great Price, Wonderful people and I got a free key chain too! Highly recommend!

I have work with AFS for years with great service and workmanship. For the past couple of years I have been working mostly with Adam who is always very helpful and keeps me updated on any of my repairs. Excellent truck service and mechanics, Always fair and honest prices. I've been dealing with Advanced Fleet Services For a few years now. Adam the truck service manager always takes care of me and always makes sure the job is done right and to my liking. Overhauls, transmissions to oil changes and door lock tumblers. Always done right and always back their work. Hard to find friendly and professional people like this anywhere.

professional servicing and repairs. negative point would be fees on final invoice that werent discussed. example: vehicle was brought in to have front brakes and headlight replaced but charged over $100 for diagnostics even though i asked for this specific service and it wasnt for an estimate. also the "shop fees" which was another charge werent discussed prior to completion.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes
