The team at Abra is awesome. They replaced my windshield the same day as scheduled. The work done was awesome and great quality. The people at the front desk I interacted with were nothing but the best.

Not impressed! Vehicle seems to be fixed just fine but the whole process was shady. Original estimate was approx $1900. Final bill after I paid the deductible was approx $4900 and then the bill sent to my insurance after my deductible was paid was approx $5800

Mike and the team did an excellent job on my repair. He moved things along well to get the repair done in a timely manner. They matched up the paint perfectly and can't even tell its been repaired. Our vehicle was spotless inside and out when we dropped it off for windshield replacement. When we picked it up it had dirt on both front floor mats and muddy water runs on the hood and front sides of the vehicle around the windshield. Would have been nice if they would have cleaned up after install.

I drove from Moorhead, MN to Bismarck, ND because this is a certified repair shop for my vehicle. From the beginning, Tommy communicated with me at every stage of the process. In addition to sending regular text updates, he would call to advise me when parts were delayed and made sure I was always informed as to what was happening. My car was with them for almost a month and when I went to pick it up, there were still issues that needed to be resolved. In most situations, I would be extremely angry but again, Tommy stepped up and acknowledged the issues and provided me with a solution before I had an opportunity to get upset.ABRA understands that their reputation is important and they know how to treat customers. They messed up on my car and I had to drive home and back again -- which might sound like a reason not to go there; I think the fact that they messed up and fixed the issue to my satisfaction WITHOUT me having to ask for anything is why you SHOULD go here. Based on my personal experience, I can almost guarantee they will get the job done correctly. Tommy was amazing to work with and I'd drive from Moorhead to Bismarck again, without hesitation, if I need body work done in the future!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

ABRA s customer service is top notch! Tiffany at the front desk would always greet me with a smile and do her best to answer my questions or find someone who could. Dealing with a car accident is not fun. At least Abra made it easy. The vehicle was towed to their lot. They let me go through the car and grab all of my stuff. In the end, the car wasn't repairable, but I've had other work done by Abra and have been pleased.

I had some body work done on my vehicle here after a hit and run accident. They finished within their estimated time and their work was perfect. It looks like a brand new car. However, I had to call and confirm my own appointment a few days prior as I had a rental car that I wanted to cancel if I wasn t actually on Abra s schedule or something. I don t feel customers should be the one to call and confirm their own appointment. The communication of progress on my vehicle while it was being worked on was excellent though.Service: Body & Trim

Everything was executed perfectly, communication was clear regarding extra charges prior to completing the work, no underhanded sneakiness which is common to other businesses. Highly satisfied and definitely will recommend and return if ever the need arises. The detailing of the inside of the car was a phenomenal personal touch and much appreciated. Had a school bus crash into my car. Had it taken to Abra and they fixed her up like it was nothing. She looks better now than before! Had texts from techs whole time stating what and when repairs were being made and everyone that I personally talked with were amazing. Special shout out to Tommy! Nicest guy ever! I was rear ended and needed a big dent repaired. The other person s insurance paid for the damages, so I went to their preferred auto body shop which I had never been to. I am so happy with the work they did! Definitely went above and beyond to make sure it looks nice and they washed and cleaned the inside and outside of my vehicle! 10/10Services: Painting, Body & Trim
