I needed the arm for my awning replaced so I contacted Roughrider RV. They ordered the correct part and had the awning arm replaced in 1 day. Friendly and local service at it's best. Thanks Rod for all your help and prompt service. Go Local.

Stopped to have them look at a vent cover that had blown off and they did repair to Iraq with no charge Excellent service

We stopped by for a vent. It was right after the big storm. We arrived to find the business closed. As we were leaving, the owner knocked on our truck window, and let us in the store. He had exactly what we needed at a fair price. Super nice gentleman. Will definitely be back!

Just want to Thank RJ,Tyler and the service Crew at Dickinson Roughriders RV. Had an issue with my slide out on my camper. They took me in and did a fantastic job of fixing the problem better then new. Only on my second camper with Roughrider but be guaranteed their will be third! Thanks again RJ and Roughrider

I have bought my last 2 Bighorn by Heartland (used) from Roughrider RV of Beulah - our experience is that they will work with you so the unit is 'ready for the road ' - should I need service or parts help, they are personable and helpful - these folks camp themselves and understand that the sale is not complete just because a unit is sold - both of the used units I purchased were sold new from these folks so consequently are also repeat customers
