Professional and Friendly environment. Customer service was good. Uniforms could help differentiate the customer from the employees, however, it was at peak time when I was there and they were taking care of their customers with pride and with passion at heart. Great job overall and I am a satisfied customer. Thank you Napa for Great Customer Service!

The folks at Napa are usually very friendly and helpful in this case walked in told them the number off of a previous Napa filter and it was sitting on the counter in 3 minutes time

I needed hydraulic hose for my tractor. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Unlike there competitors NAPA goes that extra mile to meet your needs. They are closed on Sundays which I am OK with. If I can I wait until Monday just to support NAPA.

Probably the best parts stores in a 50 mile radius. I've never had an issue here and I've had issues at every other car parts stores around this area.

Big fan of NAPA mostly. Expected a bit more help on my last visit. Old car, would take some effort to find but counter guy was more concerned about making the sale then verifying it was the right part. Not in stock according to him. Didnt seem to want to try to match it up either. Explained best I could but they didnt really seem to want to help. Looked it up myself online and was in stock there. Bought from a competitor in Raleigh instead.

This Zebulon Napa store has great quality products with very informative and helpful staff. I recommend you patronize this store if you are in need of auto parts and auto accessories. Great people and great service!!

This is a newly opened and well stocked Auto Parts Store....the staff are very friendly and helpful... Give you a hand installing your newly purchased battery or wipers is a big plus... Hours are expanding as they become better staffed with the right ones.... I highly recommend giving them a try....

Im a black man and Never felt comfortable or welcomed in this store.Been there 4 times in the last 2 weeks never seen a smiling face until this non-black guy comes in .They get 1 star from me and that's bc of MARY ANN.She was GREAT.But NAPA will not get any more of my business

This is my standard review that I leave for anyone that closes so absurdly early. I am unable to leave a review based on my experience shopping here due to the fact that they close before I get off work, forcing me to shop at 2nd rate auto parts stores that are staffed by people who have very limited knowledge of vehicles.

Since they have moved to this location I've been there dozens of times and not one single time have they had the part I needed in stock, very frustrating I suggest just going another mile down the street to Autozone they will have the part you need in stock for the same or better price
