I was unexpectedly in the market for a new SUV and only had one day to get it sorted out. Taylor was amazing!! He helped me not only find a new SUV in a short time frame but worked with me to get one that I always wanted!!! Definitely recommend going and seeing him

I ordered a hard tonneau cover and used my points. The cover arrived in 3 days, the install was scheduled for 9:00am and I happily drove out an hour and a half later. Excellent service!

*UPDATE: I wanted to update my review as Jose and two of his employees were quick to help me out. Jose personally called me to inquire and apologize about my visit. He coordinated with Jeff so that I could bring my vehicle back to have it looked at. Jeff and Bailey showed great customer service and kept me updated while my car was looked at and repaired.I called earlier in the week to schedule an appt to bring our vehicle in. We have a leak so we wanted it looked at and quoted for repair. When I asked over the phone how much they would charge to look at it and give us a quote, I was told there was no charge. It sounded odd to me as most places do charge, so I asked again and received the same answer. Well today I loaded up my toddler and baby during their nap time to take the vehicle in only to be disappointed. Before they even brought the vehicle back, the man told me it would be $375. Obviously confused at the dollar amount, I asked if it was for the repair, to which he responded no. It's pretty frustrating to be told one thing over the phone and then another when you arrive. We will not be returning to this location and will not be recommending it to others.

Great experience with Ashley the service advisor. Called at the last minute and he was able to work me in for an oil change and tire rotation for my Tahoe I purchased from them in 2022. While I was there my salesperson (Taylor) recognized me from my purchase almost 2 years ago (WOW) and we had a great conversation- also recognized Doug Yancey from High School and he is in sales and a long time employee. Awesome experience, real genuine people, fair pricing , all around great experience. I will not purchase another Chevrolet or have my vehicles serviced anywhere else !

Very professional and accommodating. Called and said I was going to be late. NO PROBLEM..!!! Did the oil change and checked my truck in a very reasonable time. I will be using them from now on..!!! Thank MZ Chevrolet Service Department.

Doug was an excellent salesperson. No pressure. He would speak to me every time I serviced my truck, so when it came time to buy a new one, I knew he would take good care of me.

Stopped by MZ to LOOK at trucks and ended up BUYING a truck. Doug sold my Traverse to me back in 2016 and we were lucky enough to have his great service come through again for our truck. Thanks again Doug for all your help.

Bought a truck here almost 2 weeks ago now. I cant speak highly enough of Taylor for the whole process. I for sure added a couple of changeups and he was very patient and professional the whole way. Our recent oil change visit on February 8th 2024 at MZ Chevrolet dealership was on time, went very smooth, friendly staff, and included a clean controvertible customer lounge. The cost was the best part of the experience as it was better than other dealers I have encountered in the last year. Highly recommend MZ Chevrolet for all your vehicle needs.

I brought my Equinox in for its rogular oil change. Jim looked up the car's history and recommended tire rotation. He saw that the dashboard display showed a FOB warning, and added FOB battery replacement to the work order. All work was done in a timely fashion.

Worked with Taylor and Lee. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. We came all the way from Delaware and couldn't have been happier with how we were treated. In and out with a new vehicle in a few minutes. They are one of the best in the business.

Very disappointed with the new leadership and carefree attitude of Service Dept. I dropped my truck off on September 17. Service Dept called on September 18 and said they would look at on Tuesday, September 19. This was fine and I understood because I was an unscheduled appointment. I did not hear anything until I called back on September 22 and was told they found a bent pushrod. I was frustrated nobody had called sooner and I had to arrange transportation for my work the following week. They did not offer a loaner vehicle until I asked and was told no trucks were available. I am an electrical contractor and cannot work from a car. I asked for David Stepp to call me and he never did. I picked up truck on September 27 and no mention of GM extending my warranty on engine or anything. Truck had 12,000 miles and should not have had engine issues. I will not be doing business with MZ as they are obviously not the hometown J&M people who care about their customers.

I had just bought windshield wipers and was going to put them on and they were in the passenger front seat. Took my car in for oil change and they were nice enough to put them on!

We have bought several vehicles at MZ Chevrolet and they are good to deal with. We also get our vehicles serviced here and the service is OK. Never had to have major work done, thankfully but simple things sometimes get overlooked. After having some recall work done that involved removing the headliner, the grab handle fell off because they didn't put the screws in.

I got my vehicle sent to them for programming but didn t do it I recommend you not to take your vehicle to them they had my vehicle almost a year an didn t do nun but make a key an charge me 860

The body shop at MZ Chevrolet did an outstanding job repairing a damaged tailgate for my 2017 Chevy Colorado. I especially appreciate the assistance of Tim Hatcher who walked me through the estimating and repair process. I am very pleased with the result.
