I have had work done here a few times before getting my motor replaced this time with BHC. Glen, the owner, is very nice and easy to work with. Their prices are also lower than a lot of shops these days. Highly recommend BHC for repairs.

Good hometown mechanic shop. My 4 wheel drive 1998 F150 work truck needed brake work and the 4x4 had stopped. He evaluated and gave me a price on both. To fix the 4x4 could cost over $2,000. The brake price was very reasonable so I know he was not gouging. Very honest ! I highly recommend! By the way I am now driving a 2 wheel drive F150 truck.

I have been trying for months to get the Check Engine light diagnosed and serviced in order to pass inspection on my GMC Envoy (which was wayyyy overdue at this point). After visiting multiple auto shops I kept receiving such entirely different explanations for what was triggering the particular diagnostic codes and huge variations in what services would need to be done in order to fix the issues, that I almost gave up.As a young woman, I am well-versed in the stigma of dealing with employees in male-dominated service industries. Most women would rather go to the dentist than to a repair shop with the anxiety of possibly dealing with rude, snarky, dishonest employees. Not only did it not make sense that I was getting such different information from the service shops, but the manner in which I was treated was downright degrading. My family and friends told me to bring along my boyfriend in order to get up front and honest information. I explained that people can end up overpaying for services if they don t understand what s wrong with their car or the repair. This to me is unacceptable - I should not have to have a male standing beside me to be listened to, let alone actually HEARD.I did one more search and found BHC AUTOMOTIVE (which was only 6 minutes from me), and thought, well, ill give this one more try . After replacing the Secondary Air Injection Valve as well as the Fuel Pump Assembly (NOT EASY WORK!) I am happy to report I am now driving a legal, safety-inspected vehicle after months of headache! And for a VERY affordable price (almost half the cost of what others had quoted).Glen and his crew are bottom line - AMAZING. They are honest, genuine, trustworthy, reliable I could go on and on. They are also HILARIOUS! I could have spent all day just chatting and I had never met these people. The fact that they made me feel so comfortable speaks volumes to me.BHC Automotive will have my customer loyalty for every car service needed no matter how small from here on out.TO BHC - YALL ARE: AWESOME - AMAZING - THANK YOU - THANK YOU !!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

The mechanics are great guys. The job gets done in a timely manner and without having to go back because it wasn't corrected the first time. Not to mention the price is reasonable. All around great staff.

Glenn Bunn is my go to man when we need something done that we cannot do ourselves.He is honest, knowledgeable and extremely fair priced for his work. He is often very busy and at times we have had to wait a day or so before bringing the car. But if it was an emergency, it might be another story. He is always willing to offer advice and never fails to go the extra mile. You cannot go wrong with BHC.

I've been going to BHC for a long time now. I started going here when they were located downtown Zebulon. They have always been reliable, trustworthy and dependable. They always treat me nice there. Glen is a great, honest mechanic and Ron is very professional and helpful also.

Took my car to have my low beam bulbs replaced on my Acura. They came right on out and began checking over the issue. Was told they normally dont do HID bulbs( not many places do) and kindly was explained how I was given the wrong info when I called.We all make mistakes it's understandable , thankfully they finished it and sooner than I was told.Great communication very laid back and honest place. I would recommend them as well take my cars back. Major plus, They didnt try to up sell me unneeded repairs etc..I wish I knew the name of the guy who fixed my bulbs, the whole place is kind and prices are reasonable and i had no problems! Thank y'all again for doing the job, most places would've stopped and sent me on my way but they finished what they started was done by 5 and I was pleased. THANKS

I recently relocated and came here based off several recommendations. I should have been driving out here from Raleigh this entire time!Super friendly, super fast, and super affordable. Great shop to take your vehicle to! Small place, and very reliable. I've been going here for 11+ years. I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of for every little item,or "thing" that it could be. Thank you, for keeping our vehicles maintained, quickly & reasonable.

A few years ago my mechanic closed their shop. I searched for a new one and BHC had some good reviews. I went there and I'm glad I did.BHC does excellent work. They fix what needs to be fixed and they do not try to get you to fix what doesn't need fixed. They also go the extra mile to help you if you have any problems.

Honest, quick but precise cate for my vehicle and absolut fair and lower than usual prices. My cat find excellent even months later. Definitly excellent job and customer service! Highly recommend it.
