What more can I say about such a great friendly group of people! I stopped in to ask some questions bout my RV needing repair and not only did they provide answers they referred me to another place to handle the glass work that they aren t able to do! Super friendly knowledge and makes you feel comfortable about trusting them to do your repairs honestly. Highly recommend!!

Great customer service, very kind and honest staff. They helped us navigate a complicated insurance claim that had me literally super anxious and nervous and biting my nails to the nubs. The staff here made us feel relaxed, and handled every aspect of our situation professionally and with grace. For any body work or collision repair, I highly recommend their services.

After a hit and run on my brand new truck, Barnes did a fantastic job repairing all the damage and making it like new again! They were there to help along the way, working with insurance and giving me updates. These are honest people who stand by their work and do a great job. Highly recommend!

Had a problem with The tailgate of my pickup. Stopped by they were extremely helpful and coming up with a affordable solution. Would highly recommend them The staff is excellent. I will be using them anytime I need collision work.

They did an amazing job on the body work of our car after an accident. Looks like it came from the factory and you would never be able to tell that it was in an accident. Alli was very responsive and kept us updated along the way. Highly recommend

They worked us into their busy schedule for a repair on our 2006 Gulfstream Sun Voyager class A motorhome. Their work is very professional. The staff is pleasant and supportive. We highly recommend Barnes Collison.

They really are friendly, conscientious people. I called on a whim to see if they could fix the handle on my truck and she immediately said... come on in and let us look at it. They looked up my part and quoted me a price. They called me in a few hours to let me know when they could get the part and set an appointment around my schedule. Then they repaired it faster than they originally thought... aaannnddd... the price didn't change!!! Hallelujah... business integrity...I love it. They are definitely worth checking out!

We took our RV there and from the initial phone call to the end of the process, we could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Barnes for your great employees who talked with us first (Misty) and to the very nice gentleman who worked on our RV (great job!) and the overall experience. We were truly blessed by y'all today. We will always remember your generosity and love shown to us. Thank you again.

I went in for a t bone and told them to repaint my driver side door and front body panel and they literally painted it gray when it was supposed to be white. I could have spit in it and used a rattle can and 60 grit sandpaper and done a better job. They also charged me to repaint it the correct color even after I gave them the correct paint code the first time.Service: Painting

I was rear ended in my 2017 Volt and called the shop in Raleigh I d used in the past - they said they couldn t work on it because they had had such a hard time getting parts. I called Universal Chevy where we got it, and the service manager told me he took his personal vehicles to Barnes and all dealership cars. I m so glad he did- they were fabulous. Ordered the parts, called when they came in and turned the car around in one day. Looks great, and they washed it AND VACUUMED THE INSIDE! We have a new car!

They took care of everything with the insurance company. I like that they had respect for my time and did not have me bring my car in until they had the part. The most impressive thing is that they told me it would be ready in two days, and it was. Very friendly and will explain everything in detail, even if it is Greek to you.

Barnes Collision is good. I grew up here as a child and they serve really amazing food! service was good, the waiter, ally, was extra sweet, so we tipped her very nicely. David Speight is awesome! head chef Mark Barnes always looks out for the rest of the employees and gives them free pizza and cake. Awesome place to eat!

If you are looking for a great auto or mobile home repair. Look no farther than this. Mark, Nick,Julie and the rest of the crew are a 5 in our book. They repaired our mobile home to like new again and stand behind everything they do and then some. We recommend them HIGHLY and give a 5 star plus.

I needed a leaky fresh water tank either repaired or replaced under manufacturer warranty. Getting quality RV repairs locally is not easy. The bigger dealerships have awful service reputations if you can even get an appointment if you didn't buy from them. I called Barnes Collision and Nick in the RV repair shop said they would certainly work with the manufacturer to get the water tank issue addressed. And they did, checking it out, ordering a new one from the manufacturer, and installing it perfectly when it came in. The manufacturer allowed a certain amount of time for the repair, but never mentioned the additional work it would require to extract the old tank and get the new one in which necessitated removing the bay doors and removing sections of bay wall, then fabricating replacement sections. Nick's repair was excellent. I will go back for all of my service issues.

I've used Barnes Collision multiple times now and they always provide excellent service. I come from Greensboro because their work and service is just THAT GOOD. 5 stars, 2 enthusiastic thumbs up, 10/10 would recommend.

Our car was not kept in a secure area. The paint is full of trash and air bubbles. The clear coat has large drips hanging off of the trunk lid and sharp edges over the doors. We have a large scratch on the front window and chips out of the paint that looks like someone threw rocks at it. High priced and low quality work! Do not recommend!!
