I gave one star only because I received my core charge for battery. I came in Drew tested my battery according to machine my battery needed replacing. I asked Drew can he help with switching out my battery he said it depends on how long it will take, if it's over 45 mins he can't. When he took my purchase the computer gave him approximately 105 minutes to change out a Hyundai Azera battery. I said as you can see it will not take you that long. He said they have to go by what the system says. So I was like man I don't have anyone to help me this is why I came here. A customer standing in line heard the conversation and volunteered to help meMy watch said 1253 when he started the man was finished at 100. It took this man 7 minutes to switch out my battery. So I go back in the store to speak with the manager Fernando. I explained how I needed assistance with my battery and I get what the system said but the fact it only took 7 minutes. The system is not always right. You could clearly see my situation was not long. . Fernando response is we have to go by the computer. Then the crazy thing there was a customer before me having the same service done the associate switched his out but it took him longer to do that guys then it took for the kind man to do mines. But anyways very disappointing as a Female to get no help from the store staff. They appeared to not even cared to assist. But I was good enough to purchase very disappointing and disturbing to have received such lack of service. I was from out of town to. Therefore don't know anyone. Why offer service to public and don't try to help.. Other customers in line was displeased as well. I hope you don't treat all women like that.

Actually, I called Auto-Zone on Gannon Ave in Zebulon ,NC The young lady that I spoke with was most helpful and even though, the Zebulon store did not have my part ,she gave me info as to the Auto Zone Located at 38 S.W. Flowers in Clayton, NC and she gave me the phone # also. I would rate her cust service an 8 if I could. Then I Called the Clayton Store and Spoke with a gentleman named James and he was top notch. Me and my son was working on the rear brakes of his van, and needed to get a wheel cylinder and a brake line, this store did not have the brake line but Jason located a store nearby that did have it.. so he allowed us to pay for the parts there and we drove over to another store and they had the parts waiting for us.. we go back to install the brake line and it had the wrong flaired end on it, so we ran back to the store to buy a fitting, but Jason was very knowledgeable about this stuff and he suggested that we cut the wrong end off and put the right fitting on, after Jason found the right part he even cut the line and installed the new fitting and flaired it perfectly for us..we cannot thank Jason enough for being so helpful and knowledgeable about his job,, Thx Jason.

So I'm still upgrading my old riding mower. I do alot of you tube tutorial. I stop by the auto zone to ask questions and find out what course of action to take. The associates are so understanding and compliant that I'm at ease when speaking and making my purchases.

I had an awesome experience at this AutoZone. My niece was at the Food Lion about a mile away and her car would not start. Not sure what was wrong with it, I went to AutoZone to buy a batter jumper. I had the pleasure of working with Macon and Jacob whom were super nice. Macon provided the batter starter and Jacob followed me to the store to see if he could jump start the car. The car started and we drove to AutoZone where Macon put in a new battery. There was no charge for their services. That's AMAZING customer service!

AutoZone in Zebulon usually has everything I need and the staff is typically helpful.If they don't have an item it can usually be ordered and available for pickup the next day.

Today October 2021 I have a very bad costumer service with the personal on the night( 8pm to close ) shift.I was trying to return something the I didn't need .Well they won't take the time there was only two peaple one of them was estress and the other lady didn't have the enough training to do a guaranty on a brake pads when finally the other guy help her she give me the wrong ones I ask her to give the right ones and she told me the i was switching the boxes then they both ask me to leave the store ....Not even give me my old brake pads I need help

Bought a battery. Seemed expensive compared to other business options but I was not able to shop around. Service person was not able to secure the battery appropriately and I had to have someone else do it.

Service too slow. Would be better if at least one person worked the cash register only. Bought a net for the trunk of my car which took less than a minute, but I had to stand in line 10 minutes to pay for it. Love the net by the way and it was reasonably priced.

I didn t except help, went to the back to grab my oil & while I looked confused out popped a very nice & helpful ma am who got me exactly what I needed up front, just ask for help it s easier & faster

Today I called to ask for a battery, the person who answered me only listened to me for 3 seconds and hung up the phone, I called again and they cut me off .. I tried again and the same person mocking me He said "wait" .. and left me there like a fool. Today is Wednesday August 11, 2021, please check my calls at 2:30 pm Also your cameras and judge if that employee is doing what they are paid for. AND IF I AM WRONG, I WILL APOLOGIZE. Thank God there are more options. But how bad that one is treated like that.

Usually very helpful, eager to please but not today. Looks like a new or different staff. Acted like they couldn't be bothered, reluctant to answer questions, not very helpful. Trying to decide between 2 different products not knowing much about either it was left pretty much up to luck of the draw as to which one was going to meet my needs. A $100 guess. I doubt I'll be buying anything in there again unless I recognize some of the staff from my previous visits. I hope they didn't go to work for Advanced down the street.

Called to get prices on a battery. Information obtained from a male. Son went in to get the battery and a female provided the wrong information and said they did not have the battery. Finally saw her error and sold the battery. Went back in for the core refund and she again didn't know what to do. Seems like a car lot when the sales guy/girl doesn't know about the cars being sold but is there to sell what's on the lot. Smh

Worker was very rude telling me I need to move out of the way while I am in the middle of putting in my pin number on the key pad to pay my transaction. She wouldn't even wait for the cashier to complete my transaction to roll her cart past me behind counter before saying to me - you are going to have to move out the way. There were other customers standing there who saw this. I will not ever buy anything from there again.

I came in not knowing what exactly I was looking for, and as soon as I opened the door a nice lady greeted me and asked me if she could help. I told her what I needed and she helped me pick it out ... Exactly what I need and she looked out for my pockets at the same time .... Shout out to her I also heard she was recently married CONGRATULATIONS AND THANKS !!!! I got that stain out

Mr. Ramirez was amazing and friendly. He helped me figure out why my Volkswagen Tiguan was misfiring and helped me find the correct spark plugs. I'll definitely come back here for any other parts or services that I need.

Had to buy a battery for a 2012 GMC acadia and it cost me $250.00. Very pricey, however I took the battery back and got my money back.

After speaking with Fernando the store manager I was extremely disappointed. I came inside to purchase a battery and was refused he told me that he had to do other duties before 10pm now remind you it was 8pm when I ask for help he told me he couldn't go outside because he was slammed I was the only person inside..meanwhile he had his employer outside changing trash I offered to change the trash bc i was stuck i have 2 Young daughters and no one cared thankfully I called Jamie the DM and in a matter of seconds I received the best coustomer service and I am forever greatful if i had to refer this place i would think twice but because Jamie the district manager was so helpful in would consider it. Store 4880 left me in tears but with prayer it will be ok..do unto others as you would have them do unto u....thanks Jamie after purchasing the battery he made us wait 15 minutes before installing every one have bad days I understand but coustomer is important

Great place to get auto parts. Affordable and usially have what I need..Fernando is knowledgeable and always on point. Good at helping other employees if they have issues too.
