I had a major issue with my Chevy Cruze and Les and Youngsville Auto Care came highly recommended by my brother in law and it was the BEST recommendation! Les was so kind and explained all the issues and got me back up and running in a couple of hours! I will be going to him from now on and my husband will as well. I can t recommend them enough. Top notch service.

Thank you Les, Mike and Team for the outstanding service. From the time I dropped my Honda off to when I picked it up, the customer service was great. They text and sent pics once they inspected my Pilot to let me know what services were needed with my 100,000 mile check up. They waited for my approval before they continued on, and no hidden costs when I paid. Thank you again for your outstanding customer service.

I don't think my car has run and sounded this smooth since I bought it. Mike and Les had so much patience and explained all the issues and what they did incredibly. I'm genuinely looking forward to getting my car serviced again with this team. Thank you guys.

I called and set up an appointment for a pre purchase inspection for a used car I was interested in. Les was polite and easygoing over the phone. He and his team were fantastic - they delivered a detailed report with photos and Les was happy to discuss/show me everything that was in the report. He saved me from buying a car with several problems, the most concerning one being the stagnant water he found in the spare tire inside the trunk of the car! When I finally do settle on a car, I m glad I ll have an honest, reputable mechanic to take it to.

Les and his team are outstanding! Had an $1800+ quote from another repair shop but Les diagnosed the issue without an expensive part the other place said we needed and did the job in less than a day for half the cost. Can t recommend Youngsville Auto Care enough. Great work and fantastic customer service

Cannot speak more highly of the guys at Youngsville Auto Care. Just in the short time we've been using them, they have patched a tire, completed an oil change, and inspected 2 vehicles we were considering buying. Effective and efficient while offering top-notch customer service. Glad we've found a place in Youngsville that's gonna take care of our vehicles!

Honest, trustworthy and hard working. These guys will not let you down. They took great care of my sons' cars and my Mom's car, too. They're conveniently located right off US-1, but they're also worth the drive if you're a little further out.

I had significant issues with my Infiniti QX 80, it was not drivable, misfiring like crazy, etc. I took it to the dealer and they ran tests and told me it needed a new engine. There is 135K mikes on it. I didn t quite trust them so I was recommended to come to Youngsville Auto Care. To make a long story short, they did a detailed inspection and found my catalytic converters were bad. Fixed those and the car runs like new now!!! Saved me thousands of dollars. Highly recommend!!!

Youngsville Auto Care always takes good care of my vehicles,. I get my regular maintenance on multiple vehicles done here, and they have also helped me several times when I needed an unexpected repair. The service is thorough, fairly priced, and timely. I wouldn't keep coming back for years and years and years if I didn't trust them completely to keep me in good shape on the road.

I was referred to this mechanic by my neighbor who has used them for a number of years. I took my wife s car there and met Mike & Les. These guys are legit professional mechanics. I received a fair estimate that was broken down and explained. The repairs were done in 3 days (this was not a small job. Timing chain and camshaft replacement). When I picked the car up, they brought me out to the shop floor and showed me the old parts and showed me exactly what happened to cause the issue. There s no hack work going on here. They ve been open something like 40 years, over 20 at the current location. That doesn t happen with incompetence or shady business practices. Bottom line: a good honest mechanic is an invaluable resource and not easy to find. These are those guys. This is the place. A+ service

I have a new go to place for my vehicles and mostly because of the detailed explanation and rundown I was provided on the 2 times so far I took my vehicle. My truck is running great and she is pretty old lol.Thanks to Les especially for keeping me informed and being solid!

I m ALWAYS extremely skeptical of auto care places because they seem to take advantage of people.That is NOT who Youngsville Auto Care is! These guys are the real deal. They re honest, up front, and keep you in the know with your vehicle. I hope they ll keep taking care of our cars, cuz we re planning to be customers for life!

Can't thank Les and Mike enough for taking care of my car! I had the opportunity to meet them both and with this being my first car they explained everything in a very simple and easy manner. I loved getting the digital report they texted to me so I can see exactly the problems my car was having.They also prioritized the list of problems so that I knew what I needed to fix right away but also what was on the horizon.In speaking with them both you can tell this is a business with integrity. I definitely will be bringing my car back when it comes time for servicing again.

I always appreciate the care and attention to detail received at Youngsville Auto Care. Mike, Les and the crew provide 1st. class service and perform the work requested with care and quality. They make recommendations based on observations regarding maintenance needs and provide details and proof to help you make your own decisions but never pressure you into anything you did not expect. I have no hesitation recommending this shop to anyone.

They do all our mechanical work on our trucks and my old Honda Element. They are honest, quick, responsible and their work is quality. They have installed a motor, a transmission, new clutch, and done work on my ac system. We are always pleased and they get right on it and don't keep you waiting. Give them a try.

I am glad I found this business! Mike was able to get me in the same day and they fixed my transmission issue. I was afraid that I was about to drop a lot of money but they were able to solve the problem for a minimal price. They actually fixed other issues I wasn t even aware of at no charge. Finally a repair shop I can trust! My entire family will now be taking our vehicles to see Mike and Les. THANK YOU!!
