I ended up at Victory Tire by chance. I only had about an hour and a half to find a place to do an oil on my car. So I walked in and was greeted by John, who is by far one of the happiest most delightful humans I ve ever met. The whole team at Victory Tire was so welcoming, cheerful, helpful, and the customer service there is above par. I would recommend Victory Tire to all of my friends and family looking for an A+++ experience. I even went back a week later and got all brand new tires. They have definitely won my business. There needs to be more places that offer this level of customer service.

Scottie and the team at Victory will be our first choice mechanics from now on! Super responsive, honest, and fairly priced. I highly recommend them.Our family van (ford Transit) was in need of brakes and tires and we had been ignoring a grinding sound for a while. Not only did they do the work we requested but worked with us to take care of the grinding (wheel bearings) and did a full inspection while they were at it. They got the work done quickly so that the family wouldn't be stuck at home for too long. 10/10!

Scottie has helped my family and I for as long as I can remember. Not only has everyone at Victory Tire done great work, they have been extremely honest, professional, and understanding while doing so. I highly recommend.

Great mechanics that are honest, knowledgeable, upfront, and fair! For years we have been bringing both personal and company vehicles to these guys and they never fail to exceed our expectations every time! Everyone that works there is friendly and it's great to say "I trust a mechanic" and know my vehicles are in good hands here. Thanks Scottie, John, Justin & team for the great service always!

Guys were great to talk with but I went to get air pressure checked and they assured me they checked all tires. Next morning, heading out on weekend trip, I get up to the need air tire light back on. Only to take to another place to find my tires were dry rotting and tearing apart. Disappointing.

This place was amazing. We called shortly after they opened for our brakes and Justin was extremely accommodating even though they were already busy for the day. The entire staff was friendly, and fun, but also very professional. We will definitely use their services again soon and recommend them to anyone we know.

These guys are great! We needed tires put on our car ASAP as we had one go nearly flat with a patch hardly holding and another with unknown issues and Victory Tire & Auto Service really came through for us. The shop was completely booked but they were able to squeeze us in! John ordered our tires and they arrived the next day ready to be put on the car. The entire team worked well together and did a great job on the tires and the alignment and I drove away a very happy customer with a WAY better driving vehicle than my arrival. Thank you again Victory Tire & Auto Service!

Scottie, John, and the mechanics are top notch. They really care about their jobs and want to make whatever is wrong right with your vehicle. Everyone has always been friendly here and this is one place I would trust. These days you never know what mechanics can be trusted, but I do not have that worry with Victory Tire. 5 stars all day

Had a tire issue a distance from my home. Had it towed to Victory. They could not have been more accomodating and helpful. Let me use my Tesla remote car operation so I didnt have to drive there to give them my key. Got the tires changed the day after the tow. Were polite, helpful and more than reasonable in price. I wish I lived closer to them. Highly recommend!

I have been using the services from Victory s team for the last 3 years. They are professional and knowledgeable. They have the right equipment and personnel will to perform any mechanical and electronic auto repair service.They are community friendly and honest when it comes to tell you what is really wrong with your vehicle and are not looking to fix things that are not broken to get more money from you.Communicate respectfully and they will make it work for you. Listen to their advise.If the circumstances don t change, I will keep supporting and recommending this family business for the time being.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Victory Tire is fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They are super efficient and looked at our car quickly, figured out what was wrong, and got it fixed. I really appreciated them squeezing us into their schedule. They were fully booked when we had our car towed there and they made time to work on our car anyway. I will definitely be going back here!

I'm not a regular review poster, but these guys are the real deal. Honest, communicative, conservative in their approach to repair vs. replacement and educational in the process. Everything you'd want in a mechanic. They've also been flexible to help us in a few pinches even though they're consistently very busy.

Great place. My first time using a mechanic shop and from the beginning Scottie was a tremendous help. He was able to refer me to a towing company to get my vehicle there and he was quick with his turnaround getting my car ready for me in 2 days.

Absolutely wonderful service! Starting with the phone call and the enthusiastic support from the initial appointment setup, everything was top notch. Very accommodating in helping us getting our vehicle dropped off the night before and keeping it secure. Service was outstanding and the prices were very competitive. Very happy to find a hometown service center that I completely trust knowing I can keep returning without any issues.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Vehicle safety inspection

I came in for a wheel bearing replacement and they got me in and out faster than most place take for an oil change. Great service, friendly staff, and good pricing.

They were able to work me in for a leaky tire and found a piece of junk that had punctured the tire. After it was removed the tire closed in around it. There was no charge even though they used their time to find it. Wow! Unfortunately, it wasn t that piece of junk that was causing the leak, so I went back a couple of days later and they found a screw that had embedded itself at an angle, making it difficult to find. But because it was my second trip in, I was given a discount. Very generous!

We had an excellent experience at Victory! We were leaving for a trip and needed new brakes, and rotors they went out of their way to squeeze us in the same day, and even helped with a tire issue we had been struggling with. I brought my Infiniti into Victory after another shop couldn t figure out what was wrong with my brakes. Scotty was committed to figuring this out and worked diligently to get me driving safely again. John was a pleasure to talk to and always makes stopping by so much fun. I will never trust my vehicles to anyone else! Great service and they were honest and didn t take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. Highly recommend!!!Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

This is the best auto repair place around! The staff is friendly, honest and helpful...John in particular. They treat everyone with respect and go above and beyond every visit. They have squeezed me in for a flat tire, and offered to come to my house when my car was low on oil to fill it up enough for me to get to the shop. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my auto needs!!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Car care with no stress!! Came here for an inspection when my valve cover gasket caused some leaking. Customer service was impeccable! I wish that everywhere i went had this level of friendly and professional service. John treats customers like he would family or friends, and Scotty the owner clearly takes care of his employees. Patrick and Jose were efficient and considerate of customers time. Very impressive group!!!! Will be going back for my tire change in the Fall. Thank you VT!
