Folks, I have searched quite a while for the right mechanics to work on my truck. I have a F150 which (next to my wife), I truly adore. Even though I can jazz it up, I depend onTop Notch Trucks for the mechanic work.I indeed found the perfect shop, with the awesome mechanics, and the best customer service. I hit the jackpot! Kyle and his crew are special and you can t be the Customer Service. Truly, a Top Notch Shop!

Kyle was wonderful to work with. I brought my truck in for door sensor issues and his team discovered my ball joints needed to be replaced. I am extremely thankful for their attention and inspection as I had already been to two shops for what I suspected were loose tie rods, and was told my trailer tires must have bald spots and that the truck was perfectly fine. But now my truck is riding smoothly and Truckworks had everything completed and returned to me in less than a day! I will solely be using this shop from here on out.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Battery

After a camping trip, my 2016 F-450 started leaking fuel and smoking from the engine. I had the truck towed to RideSource & TrucksWorks Garage on a Monday where they discovered one of the fuel injector lines went bad. They also went over the rest of the truck and provided a health report with recommended services, which i opted for. Kyle was able to fit me in and get me back on the road by Wednesday morning! I was very happy with their service and grateful for them repairing my truck. Moving forward, this is the shop I'll be bringing my truck to, they know their Fords! Thanks again!

I recently had 2 back-to-back repairs/service experiences with TruckWorks. F150 (EcoBoost) major repair and 450 (Ford Triton V10) service work and battery replacement. Kyle and his crew had both jobs done and had my vehicles ready the same day I took them in. They use a state-of-the-art estimating system and maintained communications throughout the process, which gave me peace of mind and confidence that all was going well. Quality work, friendly and professional service is what you can expect when dealing with TruckWorks. Do yourself a favor and give them a chance to prove to you they are the best in the area!

If I had the power to tell anybody that I knew who had a Ford truck that needed service I would absolutely hands down tell them to go to Kyle and his great team. Not only is he a nice guy but he is a wonderful and great mechanic very professional always courteous and understanding. He always fits me in no matter what he's just a good person in this world that we need people like him. I just wanted to send my very thanks to everyone involved in repairing my vehicle.

I bought a truck from Kyle a couple months ago and it was a super easy transaction. Kyle knows the ins and outs of Ford vehicles and I made me feel great about my new purchase. Shortly after the purchase there was a problem with an ignition coil and Kyle was able to fix it next day for me at no charge. I will definitely be buying more vehicles from ride source!

I can't say enough about Kyle and his team. They are true professionals, experts, and overall great people. We have a fleet of ten F-250s and F-350s and have been taking them to RideSource/TruckWorks for about a year. Highly recommended!

It was great working with Kyle at RideSource, very knowledgeable and thorough. My truck had been having issues on and off for several months. After taking it to other repair shops who couldn't tell me exactly what the problem was, I stumbled along RideSource and took my truck in. Kyle had my truck for a day and a half and had the problem identified. Within a few days my truck was fixed and has been running great ever since. Highly Recommend and I will be using them for all my future repair needs.

Can't recommend Kyle and RideSource services enough! I brought in my 2010 Ford escape for a second opinion after being quoted a huge fee from my local shop for "urgent" repairs. Kyle was able to get me on the schedule quickly, be flexible with my availability, and check out my vehicle quickly and efficiently. He gave me an honest and helpful estimate about what repairs he would recommend and a great idea of which issues were more urgent and which could wait. His estimate saved me a significant amount of money on unnecessary repairs. Definitely the place to go for knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and efficient service!

Had a great experience working with Kyle. So great in fact, I ended up buying two vehicles. We discovered an issue with one vehicle shortly after purchasing it and he and his mechanics went above and and beyond to make sure the issue was fully-resolved before we took possession. I definitely recommend RideSource to anyone looking to purchase a solid older truck at a reasonable price.

Kyle and Team are awesome. They've repaired more than a few difficult items on my 1999 Ford Expedition and worked around my schedule every time. Their used trucks look to be thoroughly looked over prior to being put on the lot so I definitely plan check one out when its time to replace my old Expy. I drove from Mebane NC, about an hour and a half away because of the pricing on a 2008 F-150, and the other reviews. I had been searching for about 2 months until I found this place. Kyle gave me space to check out the vehicle and he explained the previous work that had been done on it. It was a very easy buying process. With a truck over 10 years old, I expected to find a few issues, and a minor one cropped up after I had driven over 500 miles. Kyle and his mechanics fixed it quickly, without hesitation. I m already looking forward to coming back when it's time for me to upgrade in a few years.

Bought two trucks from here. Shopped around for a while and these were by far the best value trucks out there. Kyle is a stand up businessman who took the time to answer all my questions and educate me on the 5.4L 3V engines in the F-150 s we purchased. Trucks have been great, no issues and I wouldn t hesitate from buying here again. I have referred several friends/coworkers that were looking for used trucks to Ridesource. Kyle is a great guy, without a doubt the best used car dealer I have ever worked with! He is very knowledgable and stands behind the vehicles that he sells! This company is owned and run by a really great man. He has helped me so many times with my Ford F-150 I cant even count. I didn t even buy mine from him. I had my friend buy his truck from Kyle when he needed a good f-150. He has the most knowledge Dealing with fords you will find. Buying a truck from him is a good deal because he goes through it with a fine tooth comb. His sense of pride shows through and he won t sell you junk.

Had a problem with my son's F-150, Kyle fixed the problem the day I called him at no cost. He made sure everything was working correctly before we left. Honest businessman and great service. Would recommend Ride Source to anyone looking for a great used truck.

I can t begin to say how happy I am with my experience here. I purchased a truck from them recently and everything was as expected. Simple and quick process. What even impressed me more was when I brought the truck back for a loose door panel and some brake noise. They took the truck in immediately to fix these issues. I also asked them to let me know how much brakes would cost plus asked them to install some items on the truck for me. I offered to pay. The next day when I picked up my truck he handed me the keys, told me they put new high quality pads, plus all the work I asked for no charge. This was the most professional experience with a car dealership I ve ever had.

Great costumer service ..Bought a 07 super crew from Kyle... drove the truck a couple weeks and the transmission started messing up. Contacted Kyle and without question he replaced the transmission... hard to find men like that in our society today. I recommend giving him a chance if you are looking for a used vehicle. Thanks again Kyle!!!!

Hands down this is the best experience I ve EVER had from a mechanic shop ! I can t imagine having anyone touch a brake shoe on my truck as long as RideSource is in business.

I was very nervous about purchasing a used truck for my son, and so I did weeks of research and visited multiple dealers to test drive vehicles. From my first communication, Kyle was responsive and flexible, and when I visited RideSource and test drove the vehicles, I found the quality and condition of the trucks to be significantly higher than those at other dealers. And while the trucks weren't the cheapest that I had looked at, they were priced very well for their condition, based on my research, making them a real value - particularly given their condition.I found a great truck for my son, and as other reviewers have noted, Kyle consistently demonstrated integrity, trustworthiness, knowledge of his vehicles, and a sincere desire for me (and my son) to be happy and to feel confident about our purchase. He explained and addressed the very few minor issues that came up on a pre-purchase inspection, which was particularly reassuring for someone like me, who is not particularly mechanically inclined.In short, my son loves the truck, and I couldn't be happier with the experience we had. I have already recommended Kyle and RideSource by name to several people, and I would certainly return there if I needed another truck. If you're in the market for a pre-owned truck, you owe it to yourself to talk with Kyle and to visit and drive the trucks at RideSource.
