My experience at Murphy Motor Co in Youngsville was phenomenal! The people were very personable and honest. They were fully transparent during the whole process which I appreciate greatly. The car was exactly as advertised (and then some) and was in wonderful condition. I have no complaints and I strongly recommend looking into this dealership for your next used car purchase. If you need a car, go to Murphy Motor Co of Youngsville NC. They are amazing. They have a lot of cars and trucks to suit any budget and preference. The Vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and a Great Value. The service is outstanding. They treated us like family and made us feel comfortable. They are honest, trustworthy, and respectful. The transaction was fast and easy! They go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase too. I can t thank them enough for their wonderful service.

It is a bit of a story; however, bear with me because if you are looking for an excellent vehicle at a reasonable price with honest and friendly folks, this will be your place. Now, be aware of the McDonald's dress code frenzy, which I did not see Clay wearing. Why?I was not on the market for a vehicle; my wife was, but not me. We live in Florida but were in North Carolina on a business trip. The night we arrived in North Carolina, our friend told me about a Gladiator that Murphy Motor of Youngsville had in their lot. Therefore, I grew curious about it since I always wanted a Jeep but did not want the annoyance of a car salesman harassing me. My friends had already purchased from them and advised me of how nice and friendly they are, so I said, "Why not?; let's see it."Saturday morning, we stopped to look at it, and as curious as I am, I pulled on the driver's side handle to open the door and look inside; however, all I accomplished was trigger the alarm. That's when we met Mr. Clay. He came to where the Gladiator was parked. He immediately recognized my friends from their vehicle purchase, introduced himself, gave us the key to the Gladiator, and allowed us to look at the vehicle without pressure. He stated that the rest of the team was helping other customers. We later discovered Mr. Clay was the finance guru; therefore, Mr. Harrold (who almost died of a heart attack when my wife was test-driving the Porsche) took care of us as our sales rep. At this moment, I realized this dealership has the right attitude about the process. As I mentioned before, it irritates the heck out of me when I feel pressure from outsiders. However, once I finished looking at the jeep, we asked a few questions, and they were so pleasant, relaxed, and helpful that my wife grew interested in buying from them as well. We did not purchase that Saturday, and they did not pressure us with getting information from us or anything they could use to harass us; however, we closed the deal on the Gladiator and a Porsche the following Wednesday. We drove both vehicles to Florida without a problem. BTW: I did a national internet search for 2020 to 2023 Gladiators, also comparing Gladiators and Wranglers with similar features as the one at Murphy Motor of Youngsville, and NOT ONE dealership came close to their price vs. package deal; not even one. Give them an opportunity. You won't regret it. I know where to look the next time I'm in the market for a used vehicle.

I went to Youngsville motors to initially buy a Chevy equinox that they had advertised online, but the gentlemen there took the time to show me similar vehicles and even though my credit wasn t quite strong they were able to help me find a Traverse the suv that I really wanted.

This was an experience that s over a year old but really stands out to me. I was looking at a SUV and I needed it to have the tow package. The VIN number for the SUV said it had a tow package. They verified that yes it did have the tow package with its So they pre approved me with their loan with a certain company. They told me that they had to add the extended warranty to the loan for them to approve it. I drove four hours to see it, and when we got there the sales man was just speaking down to me, very belittling. Even my friend noticed and commented on their treatment. The SUV did not have an actual tow package and they tried to hide that fact then he suggested that I pay to have it added, a mear $2k in addition. He advises me I could tow a travel trailer easily without the tow package. Without the tow package the max towing is 2000lb and with its 5000lb . That an extremely dangerous suggestion to encourage someone to tow something without a tow package and without the ability to do so. That s dangerous.Then the SUV smelled like dog, and water.Seems like it had been flooded at one point.I did not buy the SUV, as it wasn t as I was told.I called the finance company and asked them about the loan they approved me for.I was told that they don t ever require somone to have an extended warranty on a loan. Also the loan term was extended an extra six months past what they offer.Shady5thrn they actually kept texting me to sell me the SUV as it sat for a long time.Their outright lies and disrespect to my personhood is something that I ll never forget. Terrible experience and please DO NOT believe a word they say.I d never trust them to buy from.

While I don t like dealership fees being charged across the state of North Carolina, the transparency and accountability of Murphy dealership team is unmatched in car buying business. I've bought many vehicles in my lifetime and I must say my experience with Murphy Motors was exceptional. Larry was very knowledgeable about each of the automobiles I considered. He was respectful, kind and funny! Trent was terrific with financing and really took care of me. I had many questions and these guys answered every one with patience and kindness. I love love love the car I bought and I think one reason is because of the whole experience of buying from Murphy Motors.

Today I went to Murphy Motor s company of Youngsville and had an amazing experience with Mr. Harold. He was absolutely amazing and extremely patient as we spent most of the day getting everything situated with the vehicle. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and extremely down to earth. He is extremely passionate, and cares about taking care of his clients. His genuine spirit was like no other and I have never had an experience quite like this one. His service was incredible and we will surely recommend anyone to do business with him.

I purchased a 2013 Buick Enclave back in July from Murphy Motor Co. Now, I must mention, I ve had a number of cars in my day but, this was one of my favorites. Unfortunately, six months later I totaled it. After a few more months of depending solely on public transportation, and the frustrations that accompanied it. I thought about the impeccable service I received from Deny and decided to reach out to him regarding a replacement. To my surprise, he advised Murphy Motors had a 2015 Enclave and several days later I m now the proud owner of it!! Despite a few obstacles, Deny and the staff at Murphy Motor Co., remained patient and truly dedicated themselves to satisfying my needs. I am forever grateful!

Most people who work at a dealership give very scummy vibes, but Harold and Clay gave dad vibes in the best of ways. I am 21-year-old woman with anxiety. I purchased my first car with my mom, and they just made it a less stressful experience for me.

My wife and I were greeted by Larry, from the time he said hello to the time we purchased, he was absolutely wonderful! The entire purchase process was easy and great! Larry and Clay made things easy and fast with my purchase. Larry even checked on the status of a uhaul trailer and made the arrangements for me to pick it up for vehicle transport. Also, I was lacking the pin for my trailer hitch and they gave me one free of charge. It was the best experience ever on purchasing a vehicle. I will definitely consider them for future vehicle purchases.
