Wasted my time taking my car here. They tried to over charge me $6,000 for repairs that I took care of myself for $1,400.. I just wish they put all my parts back that they took off, when I told Gary that a part was missing he just said theirs nothing he could do and hung up the phone smh that s bad business!

Very pleased with service! They replaced, painted, and blended my cars front fender and it looks fantastic! Gary also removed some trunk scratches free of charge, and knocked off $100 from the final deductible price. Overall they were very nice, easy to work with, and professional. Brought my car here for bodywork after a minor accident, that I was not at fault. Gary and the crew were absolutely wonderful, kept in contact with me each step of the way, and worked with the insurance company on my behalf. I would recommend them for all your bodywork needs! Amazing experience with this business! We were given an estimate of two - three weeks to get my son's car back and we got it back in less than two weeks. Work was excellent! Owner was extremely honest about the work that he did and work that he thought he would have to do, but didn't. We were kept up to date every step of the way and they even stayed after hours for us to pick the car up. This is definitely a business that focuses on the customer.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

One of the best experiences I have had at an auto shop. Took my car in last week because my bumper had been scrunched / hanging for two years and I was sick of looking at it. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Told me to come in the next day. I dropped off the car and it was done a few hours later. The body on my car looked great, like nothing ever happened. And the best thing is that it was extremely affordable! I highly recommend Leonard s Collision Center!

I had my wrecked car taken here after an accident and I was more than pleased with the service and advice from everyone who works there. They helped me from start to finish with my insurance claim as a courtesy and I can tell you that I will only go here if I ever need anything else done . They are professional and they were in my best interest every step of the way. Top notch outfit, they know what they are doing and in my opinion the best at it. I am definitely a customer for life. .

No, you didn't fix my vehicle. You made it in worse shape than when it went in. Then, he gave me every excuse under the sun to cover yourself. Horrible service and work. That's the most horrible response from the company. Insurance fraud is horrible.

My daughter hit a deer and her car was damaged from the front bumper to the driver s door. She could barely open the door enough to get out of the car. We took it to Leonard s Collision Center in Youngsville and I highly recommend them. Gary was very nice to work with and took great care of us through all the interactions with our insurance company. He was a great advocate for what WE wanted and not just what the insurance company said. He did an excellent job on the repairs and it looks like a brand new car! Gary and Jean are awesome!! Both so knowledgeable and provide good old fashioned customer service! Gary coached me to get the most from my car that was a total loss- I m so thankful, I will definitely come again as needed and highly recommend their services!!!

Fantastic job! They know their business and go above and beyond! Felt like I was getting in a new vehicle after the car accident. They kept me well informed of repairs and did an excellent job. Very trustworthy. It was SO WORTH IT to go the extra few miles and use these guys. So polite, and friendly, too. I highly recommend Leonard s!!

I couldn't be more pleased with the work Gary and team did after a deer ran in front of my car. I'm so happy we took the car there. On top of making it look as good as new outside - it was vacuumed and cleaned inside. They are down to earth and super easy to work with. I couldn t recommend them enough we have taken 2 cars to them and they have done an amazing job on both. We will recommend him to anyone that ever needs a repair if I could give them 10 stars I would. Gary is such an amazing person he was always so friendly and kept me updated on everything I have 2 children and he was always so kind to them as well. He had a little puppy, fish tank, and some birdies so the girl could be entertained. Thank you Gary for such an amazing job.

Gary went above and beyond with all aspects of repair. He reached out to enterprise for me, he dealt with the insurance adjusters, and did an outstanding job with the repair of my car. His prices are reasonable and he has great follow up. Great customer service/care. I highly recommend.

Mr. Leonard did a fantastic job on my vehicle!! It looked totally brand new, and I couldn't have been more pleased!! He was professional and fair. Mr. Leonard also negotiated with my insurance adjuster to ensure all costs were covered, minus my deductible, of course. Leonard Collision is A++ in my book. My wife had an accident where a reckless driver corner-swiped her car resulting in a total loss. Leonard s evaluated the damaged. They also stored our car even though it was determined the car was not worth fixing. They gave me good advice and were a huge help. I got into an accident and it was American Towing (Anthony) that recommended Leonard s to my husband. While being repaired, Leonard fought tooth and nail for us against the insurance company making sure that our car was legitimately repaired back to factory materials rather than with aftermarket/used parts. They made sure to fight for us, the real customer, and not for the insurance company. When picking it up, the inside was cleaner than the day of the accident plus it drives like new!! Top notch service and repairs. 10/10 much recommend!

I've used Leonard's on 3 separate occasions recently and have been extremely satisfied with both the work and the service each time. Gary is a pleasure to deal with - friendly, courteous, responsive and very accommodating - and the work is always done professionally and completed on or ahead of schedule and at a fair price. I will definitely be using them for all future work and would highly recommend them.

Highly recommended! They went beyond my expectations, even fixing a few things that weren't part of the wreck making it look like new with no extra charge to me. Gary also got on the insurance for dragging their feet to get my car done sooner. Even worked with me on my deductible. Will definitely use again if needed.

Having any type of accident is always hard on anyone but Gary was as nice on the phone the first time I called as he was in person.He did a great job on my car and kept me notified on each step. I d definitely recommend Leonard s for any work done.

Needed to get some body work done on our truck, one job covered under insurance and the other out-of-pocket. Gary was very friendly, upfront, and easy to work with. Truck looks great, was done in a timely manner as he predicted, seamless work, and was cleaned and vacuumed when we went to pick up. Leonard s Collision Center is awesome in getting my car fixed exactly the way I wanted :) Gary and his team are highly skilled professionals, they go above & beyond to make their customers happy. Gary has a thorough knowledge of insurance process and take time to educate customers making them aware of their options, which most Collision centers won t do as they tend to please only insurance companies and not customers. Gary was very personable and took his time to talk with us and we felt very comfortable and confident leaving our vehicle there for major body repair and a paint job. He gave us an estimate and we paid half down as agreed. He told us the job would take approx 3 weeks. With no communication at week 5, we made three phone calls before getting a response from him. We were told the part was taking a long time to come in. I didn't mind the fact that the job was challenging, but communication should have been attempted from them. The part came in shortly afterwards and he did call to notify us. He called a few days later asking what time we could pick up the car. We told him we would be there at 1pm. He then stated the car may not be ready by then and would call when it was ready. What was the point of that call then? He called us later in the day to ask what time we could be there to pick up the car. We told him we would be there in 30 minutes. We showed up 25 minutes later and were kept waiting for almost 20 minutes because he was spray painting parts for another job and couldn't leave the job. Very frustrating. When he did come to the waiting room, he was pleasant and went over the invoice and the work done. The final invoice was $1,000 over the estimate... as estimates usually go. However, he never called to ensure that we had the means to pay more than the original estimate. Sticker shock. As he was going over the invoice, another customer walked in and asked him if he could possibly take care of a job for him. Gary got up and left, went outside to assess the customer's damage, and then came back in to finish with us and accept the final payment. However, before getting to the payment, he tried to tell us the story of what happened to the other customer's vehicle. We told him that we didn't care, that he was burning up our time. He said that the other customer was "very important" and was a bit flustered at our remark. We concluded business there and will never use his services again. The work on the car looks great, but customer service and lack of communication was extremely poor.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
