I had a great experience with Herring and Son, I decided to try this shop based off of their good reviews and well, here I am leaving one. Travis was communicative and answered my questions regarding insurance since I'd never dealt with getting a vehicle fixed after an accident. I got my car back clean and with everything done that was promised! Friendly staff also! Will be recommending them to others looking for a good body shop.

The Herrings are truly wonderful people. I had a spray on liner installed in my truck bed and a tiny spot of paint was pulled off with the masking. Since I didn't notice it till later that day, the liner company said "you signed a waiver" and would not even try spraying over the tiny area.Herring said stop by anytime for an estimate. Travis looked at it right away. He ordered a can of spray lining, said I would have to pay for the whole can. When it arrived, Herring again said stop by anytime and when I got there Travis took it right in and sprayed a tiny bandaid sized area over the peeling paint. Took all of 5 minutes. When I asked what I owed him he didn't charge for the can or any labor!I will take another car with paint issues to Herring. This one will no doubt cost me but I have no reservations. They are phenomenal!Thank you so much!

My 2001 Honda Civic was leaking on the passenger side at the head lining and in the trunk. I couldn't figure out where it was leaking at. I took her into Herring and Son and they figured out were it was leaking at and fixed it all. The seam was leaking and rusted part of where the windshield is. They put a new windshield in, fixed the rusted parts and good as new. The trunk was also one of the seams and they fixed it too. I waited til it rained again to post this to make sure all was good. These people are caring, nice and do an excellent job. He didn't want to put a new windshield in unless it was absolutely necessary. I am taking everything to them in the future.

The whole team at Herring and Son Collision were Awesome!! We will be using them again and recommend them to everyone. Took my sons car to have a fender replaced and painted and the whole experience was wonderful. They were so helpful, honest, polite, GREAT with communication, and knowledgeable. They ordered the fender got it the next day; son stopped by so Travis could color match it. They got it painted (his paint color is a Tri-coat so takes a little longer). Went back another day to have installed. You cannot even tell what fender got replaced. Excellent work!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting

They did a great job replacing our 2023 Elantra rear bumper - it's back to looking like new! They worked directly with our insurance company and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Highly recommend.

I hit a deer and had damage to the driver side mirror and door. My insurance agent gave me Herring and Son s contact information and told me to get an estimate from them. Charlotte gave me an estimate the same day. I contacted them and sent it over to my insurance company. They started work on my vehicle right away once the estimate was approved by the insurance company. The work was completed quickly and the car looks great! They are extremely professional, polite, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

These folks are so genuine and run an honest business. The clear plastic fell out of my 3rd brake light housing and I took it up there for them to give me an idea of how much it would cost to repair or replace. They were 100% transparent in what it would take to replace it which was out of my budget. They didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary, they just asked if I had a few minutes and resealed it in there free of charge. It only took 10 mins, but the little things matter and I appreciate them so much. I know where I'll be going for autobody repairs from now on.Service: Auto body & trim repair

GREAT experience! My car got hit by a deer and had some minor denting on the outside that prevented the door from opening. Saw a sign for this repair shop and took it there in hopes of just getting it looked at. They had took a look, fixed the dent, and within 5 minutes I was on my way. The two on staff were so friendly! Highly recommend going here for fast service!

Deer hit my daughter's car and was unable to open the passenger door fully. Went to get an estimate and they fixed her door on the spot so she could open it. It's an older car so I didn't want to totally repair the damage. I will definite use them for auto body work in the future. Outstanding customer service!
