Brad at C.D. was awesome, within a few emails back and forth and 2 or 3 calls, we put together my large order and got this shipped. Looking forward to receiving and installing the full setup.Nov. 8 updateJust received all my items in the mail, wow less than a week. Outstanding customer service and warranty. The LED's in one of my white probeams started going bad. I called to report the issue, gave some information, sent an email with photos of the faulty light and that's it. Called on Thursday and by Monday (today) I had the replacement light. Outstanding.

The customer service at Custom Dynamics is great on all levels. I called in with a question about a product I purchased and was given a call back from a technical support rep by the name of Jacob within 30 minutes. He was extremely patient and helpful in solving my issue with the tail lights on my bike. 10 out of 10!!

I ordered set of Probeams turn signals for my Ultra Classic. After having them for 2 years I noticed the lenses were cracked around the screws. I contacted CD and they said that even though the lenses weren't covered by the warranty, they would send me replacement lenses at no charge in good faith. I had them within a week. Great customer service.

Don t even waste your time with other companies looking for lighting options aside from having amazing options to choose from, their customer service is the best I ve received from any parts company. I received help from Brad, Paul, Jacob, and engineers to help make my project possible.They patiently spent time trouble shooting over the phone until everything was working perfectly. Custom Dynamics followed up religiously and responded within minutes of my emails. Most of all, THEY LISTENED to the issues I was experiencing with my lighting project.Custom Dynamics made it possible to customize my Scout Bobber. I cannot recommend them enough!

Special thanks to Kyle Phillips @ Custom Dynamics for his support! I purchased a used Harley from the Harley dealership where the previous owner apparently used custom dynamics modules and altered the factory wiring. After doing some research on custom dynamics, reviewing their tutorials on line and speaking with Kyle at customer support I was able to identify and correct the issues the previous owner was unable to resolve or did not want to resolve. Normally I do not change the factory set up and this was the first time using custom dynamics products.With this experience I found Custom Dynamics to be an easy product to work with, quality construction, life time warranty, and overwhelming support on line and via phone. Its a great way to upgrade your lighting if you do it proper. Kyle got my parts in the mail quick. When I got the parts it only took 20 to 30 min to install and resolve all the issues I inherited with this motorcycle purchase. Thanks again Kyle and keep up the great support you provide.

Just received my All in One Vent lights for our 19 and 20 SGS. Shipping was extremely fast EVEN during Covid! Installation was straight forward and within 30 min, they were installed. Coupled with other Custom Dynamic lights, being seen shouldn t be an issue. Better fit and finish than the OEM vent. Highly recommend.

This is an awesome company that sells even better products for a great price. Do not waste your time looking anywhere else, just buy the Custom Dynamics products because you will end up getting it anyway.Their website is nice and easy to use. The shipment was fulfilled, shipped, and received within 4 days all the way to Arizona. Customer support helped me make my final decision and it was well worth it. Installation instructions are easy to read and follow. I was able to swap out both the front and rear turn signals as well as the tail light within 20 minutes with just a Philips head and small flat head screwdriver.

I purchased Custom Dynamics LED halo front turn signals for my 2012 Super Glide Custom from a local HD dealer. After roughly a year, about half of the halo running light on Throttle side didn't work. I had my original packaging which stated lifetime warranty. I called Custom Dynamics. The gentleman I spoke too was professional, super helpful and nice. I had my replacement light in less than a week.Great products. Professional and helpful staff. I highly recommend Custom Dyanmics!

Great experience! I ordered Bullet Ringz #1157 for front and rear of my 2019 FatBob S and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Very nice lights and they make me much more visible to others! Anything that makes my ride safer is a good thing, and they look GREAT!

Very professional and friendly customer service - actually one of the best customer experiences, I've had (and I shop a lot) :-). Brad (the CSR) was extremely knowledgeable, even though I'm from Europe, so I had questions related to HDI/Harley Davidson International models. Highly recommended and I will definitely shop more LED stuff there, once I get the ones I ordered, installed.

I've been buying from CD for 5 years now. Their products are of the highest quality and their customer service is outstanding. I had a problem with a 3 year old part once and I had a replacement less than 48 hours later at my door. Every light on my last 3 bikes has been changed to CD LEDs. My 17 Road Glide has their turn signals, windshield trim, Trubeam Headlamp up front. Fender tip LED and rear LED tail lights in the rear. Customer for life!

I ordered the front turn signals for my Road King. I installed them myself and was having flash signal issues as I had the right side plugged in wrong. I called Customer service they had a tech call me back in a very reasonable time. The tech worked through the issue with me while I took it apart and reinserted it correctly and it worked fine. Great product great customer service great price and high visibility. I went back inside and said to my wife guess what the problem was to which she replied, "you had the wires crossed".

Ordered a few pieces from this company. Engine guard lights, a new pro beam headlamp, and LED turn signals. All of the product is absolute top notch. I actually installed the lights myself, I m a mechanical nightmare and it all came together very well. Had to call for tech support and had exceptional experiences with both reps. Todd was helpful and patient. I literally just ordered a vent led for my street glide just now as well. I would easily recommend this company to any rider looking to enhance his bike lighting.

I do not often write reviews but I am impressed with this company. I have 3 custom dynamics products on my Harley, a brake light as well as front and rear turn signals. The products are all easy plug and play and produce much more light than factory and also look better than factor lighting at the same time. The most recent addition of the three products was the rear bullet ringz turn signals. One of the rear turn signals did not light in the center and I thought to myself that it would be a hassle to get this sorted out. I went online and followed the posted instructions for a product issue and to my surprise I promptly got a call from Todd on a holiday weekend no less. After speaking w Todd on the phone and going over some trouble shooting ideas Todd said a new light would be shipped out. The new light came and worked right away. I couldn t believe how easy the process was to get a new light and I am happy with the looks and function of my most recent lighting addition. 5 stars for showing that the dying art of customer service is still possible and also for a company standing behind their product and showing respect to customers. I plan to keep using custom dynamics for my motorcycle lighting needs.

Products are great and work as advertised, but the best thing about Custom Dynamics is their customer support. I first purchased the rear LED red turn signals without understanding I needed the Custom Dynamics triple play for them to function as running lights. I called and got through with no wait and was greeted by Spencer. He patiently listened to my frustration, explained my misunderstanding to me, and agreed to submit a return request on my behalf even though they do not refund open items. I than received an email from Ioana who kindly agreed to allow me to return my items for inspection and provide a refund if all was good order. I chose not to return and just order the part needed. When I received the product, I was worried I would not hook it up correctly, so I called their tech support. This time I was greeted by Kailen. She was very understanding and kind as to my needs. She asked for my number so she could have a tech call and assist me. Again, when I received the call, I was greeted by another awesome representative by the name of Jacob. Jacob walked me through the entire instillation process one step at a time until my lights were working to my liking. 5 stars for him and the others I worked with. This is a company that really cares about their customers not just in word, but in action! Give them your business; you will not be disappointed.

I had a Plasma Rod which had failed on my 13 Streetglide. I spoke to Spencer in customer service about my issue. I sent him pictures of the failing plasma rod. By that afternoon I had tracking information on a replacement! An excellent example of how a company should back their product. This also reinforced that I made the right decision when I purchased the ProBeam turn signals for 16 Streetglide.

I've purchased several products from Custom Dynamics and they've been great. In two cases, I had an issue with some water intrusion in an LED housing and the replacement process could not be easier. I emailed them a picture and within 24 hours, the replacement product was on the way. We all know that sometimes there will be issues and the way these guys stand behind their products is second to none. I've been using their LED upgrades on two of my bikes and they are both functional and great looking! Keep up the good work!

I have been buying custom dynamics lights for my Harley ultra limited for a year now and these are the best and the brightest. Customer service is amazing and they respond very quickly. Highly recommend this company for lighting

Found this company while surfing YouTube and thought I would give them a try, WOW am I happy I did. The turn signals and tail light I ordered are Amazing and top quality. I was quoted two week free shipping and it arrived in two days with simple and easy to follow instructions (even a beginner could install these). These completely changed the look of the front/rear of my bike and I will be ordering other products from this world class company! Thanks Custom Dynamics for what you do.

I have used a Custom Dynamics lights on many bikes. The quality of the lights is outstanding. I have never had an issue with fit or performance. The new Pro Beam lights are the generation of led lighting. Customer service has always been top notch! A great company with an exceptional product!

Custom Dynamics is one of few companies today that holds high quality customer service as a key in their daily operations. I had the misfortune of having a turn signal that had one LED that did not function in the array (although these lights are so bright, I had a difficult time discerning the malfunction - it was only by comparing to the other of the pair that I could tell there was a problem). Custom Dynamics response was courteous, thorough and immediate. They told me very clearly how to complete my warranty claim and by the afternoon of the same day of contact, my replacement was on it's way. They've ensured my customer loyalty with such great a great product and customer service.

I cannot began to describe what a great experience it was to deal with Custom Dynamics. It started with my initial call looking for information and costs. Cheryl answered every question I had about the products I was interested in. She knew each product I was interested in and how it would function with my bike. She explained how each unit could operate in different modes depending on my preferences. After I order the parts I wanted I received a call from Cheryl the next day letting me know the engineers had made a change to one of the harnesses and that she would be making a refund to my card and replacing it with a less costly option. In the process of installing the parts I had a question about one wire and just wanted to verify I was doing it correctly so I called Cheryl and she referred me to an engineer named Barry. Barry made sure he understood exactly what my concern was and verified that I was doing it correctly and told me when I was ready to plug everything in if I had any questions to call him and he would walk me through the process. When everything was installed on the bike I called Barry and he pulled up the original order notes that Chery had entered at time of purchase. He was able to see what parts I ordered and how I wanted them to function. Barry walked me through it step by step and then waited while I tested it to make sure it functioned they way I wanted it to. The products look an function in a manner beyond what I expected. I haven't experienced this kind of customer experience from any company anywhere ever! Talking to Cheryl and Barry was like having a conversation with an old friend who just happened to sell a product I wanted, and knew how to install it. I would recommend Custom Dynamics to anyone based on Cheryl and Barry's personality and knowledge alone. I have already recommended them to my son and posted my experience in several motorcycle groups.

I've bought quite a bit of electronics for my 2017 Road Glide from Custom Dynamics. All of the products have been high quality and the sales staff extremely prompt in getting my orders out in a professional and very courteous manner. In addition, the technical staff are amazing. They know their stuff and are helpful in answering questions when my non-electronic brain needs some help making the installs. Although some of the install directions seem daunting, the technical staff will help you out. With their help I've been able to do all my installs myself. Great products and great company.

Hat's off to Custom Dynamics for their awesome customer service! Thanks to their excellent warranty, they replaced my LED taillight board that I purchased in 2010. After I contacted them and followed the warranty procedures, a free replacement board was on its way to me within 24 hours. I think having the original receipt sped up the process. A pleasure doing business with such an outstanding company.

The customer service has to be the best experience I have ever had with an online company....here is why.1. I ordered the parts Sunday night and Monday morning I had email acknowledgement that my order was received and it was going to be shipped.2. By Monday afternoon I had the shipping info and notification that the order was picked up.3. I received the Parts Wednesday and when I opened the box there was a note in stating the names of who handled each step of the order. Something I have never seen with other companies.4. The parts were in working order and with clear installation instructions. I am satisfied with the lights and will definitely recommend them to fellow bikers.I will definitely use Custom Dynamics for any additional lighting upgrades I do on my Harley, thanks again Custom Dynamics Team!!!
