I can't say enough good things about these folks, we had some major issues with our Yukon.Short of it is, they got it in quickly, communication was incredible and Jarred who worked on our Yukon is very honest and good at what he does.James, Hunter and Destiny are also wonderful people to work with. Given the circumstances they could have taken advantage of the situation , but they kept it honest.

I own a 2016 Toyota Corolla and yesterday while driving I realized that my car was jerking and stalling. After that the check engine light came on. I was referred to County Line Auto and Exhaust from O'Reilly Auto Parts. When I arrive at County Line Auto and Exhaust Destiny greeted me and they were able to look at my car right away to diagnose the problem. Jarred, the mechanic explained to me that the problem was the spark plugs and he gave me a reasonable price for the parts and the labor. I would definitely recommend anyone to take their vehicle to County Line Auto and Exhaust!! They did a great job!! Angela Brigman

Where do I start? Hunter and the team did an amazing job fixing an engine misfire! He was very communicative throughout the entire diagnosis and repair process and provided me quotes on several options. He also suggested various add ons to me but he didnt try to force it or say I needed it when I didnt, making the experience that much better! I felt very taken care of and I know I can trust him & his team for any future repairs. I will definitely be back & I very much so recommend taking your vehicle here if it needs any type of service.

Wife took car in for oil change and tire rotation. Also, wanted air in back tires. We have a Kia Sportage. The bill was around $160. That's a lot of money and they didn't even check air in tires. I had my F-150 oil change today and rotation of tires at Affordable Car Care in Youngsville for $90. They took advantage of a woman here. Never again will I take my cars to them. I don't recommend their services.

Good service this morning for state inspection. A little slow due to employee getting stuck in traffic. Nice waiting room. Friendly attendant. They have good web site that allows you to make appointments.

UPDATE: 23 December 2021 - Still great service at a fantastic price. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to County Line Auto Service. It's a locally owned business - you know they'll test you fairly.One of the things that really impresses me is the new siren they have where they'll take pictures of your vehicle while they're doing service and email the pictures to you. You can see what they're talking about and make an informed decision about whether you want/need the service. This is an excellent benefit!!-------------------------------------Great customer service. They get the work done quickly and at a great price. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need.

I am new to the area and this business was recommended by my neighbors. Excellent customer service. Had my vehicles inspected. Easy to make an appointment online, great communication to confirm. After my mechanic closed down, I searched for another Locally owned Mechanic to support and build a relationship with. I am very happy I found this place. They take great care of my car, they give you a Health Report with any service, and they're incredibly efficient. I have only been here twice so far, but I plan on becoming a regular.Service: Oil change

Horrible experience I have been taking my company/personal vehicles here lately I will be taking my fleet elsewhere no communication they told me 4 different times my truck would be ready finally next day was told truck will be ready at 9a.m drove an hr to be there to be told we didn t get part yesterday now why couldn t they make a phone call to tell me this I explained I lost money because of this tried to get some kind of discount lady would even listen to me just talking over me with excuses

Rought my truck in on Monday morning with a possible fried alternator. They were pretty busy and got to my truck on Thursday and confirmed it was the alternator that had gone bad. They got it repaired by that afternoon. They did a good job and I will use them again. Adam and the guys are good people as far as I am concerned. Y'all, when I tell you they have the best of the best customer service, I am not kidding. Ed goes out of his way to keep you informed. I have been here multiple times and I will continue to return. Very good service. Nice environment, Pleasant people. The work was done quickly and done correctly. I received pictures of my car being worked on even the specialist that worked on my car. I highly recommend this place, good down to earth people ,that mom and pop type feeling and when it comes to business that is what you want. Thank you County Line Auto.

I got my tires rotated and balanced again and i asked if Ed and his team would look at a leak coming from a boot under the car.I was told that it was a leak in the power steering pump and it needed replacing.The estimate was over 1300dol! based on where the leak was I needed a second opinion.I sent a pic to my brother and also had another mechanic look at it.turns out it was the rack and pinion that needed to be replaced.I'm not sure how they got this diagnosis wrong but it almost cost me a lot of unnecessary spending.I also looked up my power steeering pump and it was not leaking!Even the reservoir was full. I don't understand this at all.Service: Tire rotations

Rita was very courteous and extremely polite. I was told before coming here that my brakes and front rotors needed to be replaced. CountyLine was able to repair the rotors and saved me $100. Although, I do think their labor rates are VERY VERY HIGH (almost higher than a dealership!) but my car is running smoothly and I was happy they fixed this and were able to fit me into their schedule quickly.Service: Brakes

I usually try not to give poor reviews and only leave reviews when a service provided was good. I have taken my vehicles here twice now. When I took my wife s the fees seemed high but I have a friend back home that always did my auto work so I just figured it is what it is. Then I brought my truck in for a diagnostic a few months back and they came back with over $4,000 of items that should be repaired. I sent the proposal over to my buddy and he told me that they were trying to rip me off and that their labor prices were decent but their parts prices were astronomical. One line in particular, they told me that I needed new rear brakes. I just took my truck to firestone to get the rear brakes replaced and the technician called me out there to look at my truck and there s absolutely no need to replace my rotors or pads right now he said.Positives: gentlemen at the desk was friendly and the place was clean.This is what everyone is concerned about with shady auto repair shops. Honesty and quality work will get my business and many others.

Recently had a check engine light come on. Took it to CAS to check it out, they found the problem and communicated the fix. Once complete they called to let me know it was ready and come to find out it was under warranty from previous work that was done. They have always treated me fair. I have just bought a German Car and they balanced and rotate my tires. They will continue to do all my service because they have never let me or my family down for 20 years of service. Keep up the good work. Chuck

I initially left this place 5 stars last year, but am changing based on my recent experience. I'm going to mention a few things that were more of an inconvenience than anything, and did not lead to me changing the rating. I will explain at the very end why I made the change. The first issue/inconvenience was with the online scheduling. I initially requested an appointment for a Monday instead of a Tuesday. I went in later and canceled, and rescheduled for a Tuesday with the backup being Wednesday. Even after I received a confirmation of the cancellation, I received an email reminding me of my Monday appointment. I called in and confirmed it was showing Tuesday on their end. Later I received another appointment reminder showing a Wednesday appointment. Once again I called in and confirmed it was Tuesday. Maybe it was a glitch. The second issue/inconvenience was waiting a little over 2 hours to have a safety only inspection, oil change, and a brake pad check. It appears they might have been a little short staffed, which is understandable. I do want to commend Ed as he was always very pleasant to speak with on the phone and in person.The reason why I am changed my score to a 3 is that as soon as I pulled off I heard a loud noise as if a bowling ball had rolled across the back of my suv making me think I had something in the back moving around. I drove a little further and heard it again so I parked at the Sheetz across the street to exam. I got out and noticed that the rear passenger side tire looked like it had extremely negative camber. I then proceeded to push on the tire and discovered the lug nuts were very loose. I called the shop and they sent a mechanic over to fix. The guy tried to blame the air gun, and also mentioned only working on the right side, which means either the left side wasn't check at all or another person was involved in the inspection. I do understand that mistakes happen, but would rather just receive an apology rather than an excuse. Also, companies used to provide customers with an incentive to come back if a mistake was made, and I was offered nothing.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change

Service has usually been reasonable the past. However, this time I had the transmission fluid and filter changed in an 07 Hummer H3. I called to get a quote to see if it was reasonable...if not I was going to do it myself although it can be messy. I was quoted $120-$160. I dropped it off and picked it up later that afternoon. $283.00?? Needless to say I was shocked. I even took the skid plates off before I dropped it off so it would be easy access.Services: Transmission, Air conditioning

I've had a majority of my service done at CLA since moving to Wake forest. But recently was told my car needed brakes a rotors, so I purchased my own off of AutoAnything and hoped they'd install them like the Shop I used in Garner, but Adam said since I bought my own, they won't install them. So,... I'll be looking for a new repair shop to handle all my needs. Very sad about this, but it is what it is. Was also very upset to see Patrick go. They were friendly and changed my oil quickly, and I like the way the work gets done by guys who know more about cars than how to change tires or oil. They also email out coupons as well.I've had them work on other vehicles in the past and they've always done good work. I first went to them because they came highly recommended by several friends at work. They even once told me that it was time to get rid of my car (because it was so old and breaking down), even though they could have gotten many more repairs from me.

Wonderful place, friendly and competent. Excellent, caring workmanship and fair pricing. Under new ownership for the past several months. The place was always a good place to do business, and actually seems to have improved since the new owner, Patrick, stepped in. He's there every day and seems sincerely interested in the customer, and doing whatever he can to establish long-term relationships.
