This place was hands down the best experience I ve had buying a car. Karen was to the point and fast with getting me approved for the car I was interested in. She was incredible to work with and very friendly. There was a slight issue with the key for the car and they did their absolute best to fix it for me. I d definitely recommend this place!

As someone who works in the auto sales industry I had a great experience at CAC with Ben in sales and Karen in finance. Very easy to work with and small, family dealership. Purchased my current project car in March (photo on left is the day I bought it and photo on right is from a few days ago!) and would do business again in the future. Thank you!

I m very disappointed I owe $2300 on my current car paid over $26,000 or more ..I ve bought from them almost 3 years ago called to see about purchasing another one they currently have I really like low miles etc I called several times left messages for Karen she doesn t get back to you !!!! They have excuses!!!!!!! I don t buy it .. Finally today they tell me no.. after calling back a 3rd time I m sorry but if you want to sell cars CALL CUSTOMERS BACK !! I will go somewhere else !!! CarMax here I come ..All they had to do was tell me I had to pay the $2300 first but to ignore me !! NOT OK

We had an amazing experience with Carolina Auto credit. We got a great deal on a minivan. No pressure no hassle. Quick easy purchase process. They were able to answer all of our questions and even went out of their way to look it up if they weren't sure. I was very worried I'd be stuck with a car if it broke down right after buying since we paid cash straight out. They eased my mind with a great price on a power train warranty. The best car buying experience I have ever had and I have purchased over 40 vehicles over the years. Car was as advertised. Straight forward no gimmick discussions/negotiations. The wife and I were left alone to examine and drive the 2018 Tesla Model X. It only took about 10 minutes to agree on the purchase price with the staff once we decided. Professional comfortable family atmosphere. Thank you Roger and Karen!!!

This place is the worse place to buy a car from. Got our vehicle from this place and a lugnut was missing from each wheel. They allow a man by the name of Phil McLamb to lease a spot on their lot to conduct his own business as a car dealer as a separate entity. He's shady, verbally assaultive towards women and is a pathological liar. Will say one thing and then try to go back on it when it's time for him to hold his end of the bargain. Told us they'd repair and pay for any mechanical issues that wasn't operating error or neglect, we had a radiator leak due to a crack, paid the mechanic for the diagnosis but Phil tried telling us we had to pay for the repair after it was fixed despite him saying the contrary, tried saying we caused it despite 2 of his mechanics saying otherwise. Do not buy from this place!!!

By far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the initial call to Roger after I found the car on an online site(BMW 335i). I arrived and worked with Ben. Ben proposed an extremely fair deal that I thought would be an insult to counter. I went to the bank and picked up the check. I spent maybe 10 minutes with the finance manager, Karen. She was fantastic and had a plate on my car within minutes. Everyone was just so easy to work with. The service has continued after the sale. Ben owns a similar car and has shared tons of experience and insight of the car and the aftermarket world for it. I rarely take the time to write reviews but this one was needed. Fantastic experience!

I couldn t have asked for a better experience with my first car purchase! Roger gave us a great suggestion for financing and we were able to get a great car for a fantastic price. Ben helped us wrap up all of the details and was very personable. They made what can be a very stressful process easy and pleasant. I will definitely send anyone looking for a car their way!

Your not going to find a better dealership then this one. The sales staff as well as management work well with each other to bring a customer experience unmatched in a over crowded used vehicle industry. The time spent to bring in vehicles that have a history of maintenance and quality is what separates them from the rest. You get technically used vehicles in like new condition.

I recently moved to North Carolina. I needed a car that was reliable, fit my taste and budget. I worked with Karen in Finance and Ben in Sales. I saw the car that I wanted on a Thursday, and by Friday I was shaking hands with one of the most professional Finance people in the world, Karen, and the low pressure sales manager, Ben. If you are seriously looking for a vehicle, your best bet is to visit Ben and Karen. I am 100% satisfied with the ease of my purchase. Thank you again Ben and Karen!!

Ben and the team very over-the-top helpful. All of us were delighted with the outcome of our car shopping experience with CAC. I strongly recommend working with this crew. Great folks that worked hard to find us what we were looking for within our budget. When the time comes, this will be our first stop for another vehicle.I'm passing on Ben's contact information to friends and family. We're very grateful.

I don't buy cars very often and when I do I absolutely hate doing it. Many places assume that I know nothing of the car business or how auto auctions work. Coming here was a very nice experience. I saw what I wanted on the Carfax website. They never tried to upsell me or ask me to increase my down payment. I financed through the dealer ultimately using Coastal Credit Union which also was a pleasant experience. If you need a car and understand how cars are priced I'd recommend this dealer very highly. Karen was great to work with and she even handled not being available by phone. Look around but come here for a simple car buying process.

I spoke with Karen, explaining what I was looking for. She definitely wasn't interested in making a sale, as she told me if we have it, it'll be on our website and to go look at their website. She also acted like they were super special for having a website as if no other dealer had one. I don't tolerate rude, dismissive, condescending behavior like hers. Her NY attitude needs to go back to NY. Her name suits her well.

We came in from out of town to purchase a truck for my daughter. I can't say enough about our experience with our sales associate Ben and finance manager, Karen. They were welcoming, no pressure and professional. The vehicle was exactly as advertised. Online photos didn't do it justice. Will highly recommend their dealership

Just bought a vehicle here and Karen, Ben, and Christian at the sister store were TREMENDOUS! Christian will help you or yours if they're in a bind and in need of a vehicle and Karen with tag-teamer Ben will make sure your process is smooth, covered, smothered, and diced like your Waffle House hashbrowns! Seriously, they got my commercial deal through at a better rate than Capital Ford could. Thank you Karen and team!

This was a great place to buy my car at. Good, fair price made for a great deal on my vehicle. I dealt mostly with Ms. Karen, and she was wonderful. She gave me excellent advice and bore with me through the process because my knowledge of financing was a bit lacking. I'm even switching banks because of her advice! The other folks working at this location that I spoke with all seemed wonderfully friendly as well. Overall, a great experience and definitely recommend coming here to anyone.

This place is fantastic! Ben worked out the deal for me and Karen took care of the rest including on the spot financing. I highly recommend these folks for a new vehicle. They are no hassle and straight forward. They even stayed late on a Saturday to make sure we got the deal done.

Excellent first time experience buying a vehicle with Karen. Professional, Kind, and overall an amazing company to work with. It was also a pleasure working with Roger, as he was very professional, generous and friendly. Brett was very polite and pleasant when answering phone calls and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming. I wish I could rate it 10 stars! If you are looking for a reputable company to purchase a car or finance, in my own experience I would highly recommend this place.

Purchased a Kia Sorento a few days ago. I had an offer on another car at a Henderson dealership but the car sold the day I was supposed to go test drive it so I decided to just stop at the dealerships in this area. This was the third dealership I stopped at and noticed their prices were significantly more competitive. I looked up comparable vehicles in the area and they had by far the lowest price. Karen is amazing and helped me through the financial aspects. Phil is so kind and made the process seamless. I highly recommend them!
