Great customer service, communication, and quality of work. SUV was repaired by the timeline given. Weekly progress updates. A deer hit me and did around $11,000.00 damage. My SUV looks good as new. I would use them again.

I hit Blitzen with my new Highlander. Still had 30-day tags on it and man was I hurt. Caliber Collision got my baby (aka Vader) right and it was before the expected completion date. This was an early Christmas gift from my husband and Alan G. and Caliber made it possible for me to get it back before Christmas. It drives just as good as it did before. Happy Holidays!

Angie was fantastic with assisting me in scheduling and provided me assurance when the insurance company was giving me the run around. It took the insurance company multiple weeks to send the correct paperwork so my car could begin it s repairs. Angie was my calm voice through this storm.Alex kept me updated regarding repairs constantly which helped me greatly because I didn t have to step out of work to find out how long this would take. I was given all the documentation regarding the repairs and Alex let me know as soon as my car was ready for pickup.Overall I m beyond satisfied with the work they did and the attention to detail they displayed. While I hate I was rear-ended, I m so happy that I chose Caliber to complete the repairs!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have taken cars to repair shops but none quite like this . When I brought it in they looked at it and said they would get back to me , within 24 hours they got an estimate and started to work. The work was to repair the back end of the car replace a few things then paint it. All of this was done within less than 3 weeks and matched the paint perfectly even my husband commented about that ( he s a bit OCD on certain things like that. Caliber Collision located in Youngsville NC IS ABOVE THE BEST THEY WERE SUPERB. Thanks Rachel

I'm totally satisfied with caliber collision. They handled my insurance claim, repaired my vehicle in a third of the time estimated. Everyone was courteous and professional. The work was exceptional. Received my car back cleaner than when I took it in. No hiccups and I was informed of any changes or progress of repairs being made. Absolutely! Will recommend this to anyone that needs these services. Y'all are great!

Caliber did a very good job on my Ford escape. It looks like brand new the detailing are perfect. I'm amazed with the service, showed up Monday morning, a rental awaits me there, informed me all the way thru service, and walked thru the end on Friday afternoon of the same week.Definitely a five star service, what a change.This is definitely the smooth running operation, my daily never missed a heart beat. The service Provided was great! Patrick Dooley the service advisor was awesome. He was in constant contact with me during the whole process. Ken the body guy and Doug the painter were also pivotal in making the process Smooth.Angie in the front office was instrumental in coordinating all the people to make this happen..

When I picked up the steering seemed off I had my mechanic drive it to make sure it wasn t just me. I called informed them they said an alignment was preformed and was prefect , then asked my mechanic if he did alignment s I quickly said no my insurance and I paid for the work to be done by you. I also informed that there was a gash in my paint right above where the metal bumper bolts on, I was asked to send pictures I did. When I returned the photo for the alignment was shown to me I said that s fine but it didn t pull before the accident and needed to be resolved he looked at the gash in my paint said he d talk To the manager. I get called today and was told there was a photo of it I asked if it was dated or time stamped she said no. I said so in reality you could have just taken the picture., because yesterday I saw a picture showing the alignment was perfect which it wasn t so why wasn t there a photo of the gash waiting?. Then I was supposed to get a copy but when I showed up I was handed my key I said I d really like to see these pictures And the new alignment photo but this fell on deaf ears. Bottom line the paint issue was brought up pictures sent when I showed up there s photo of the alignment but not of the supposed gash in my paint from the estimate and today there sa photo why wasn t I shown this photo yesterday? Why wasn t I even informed a supposed photo existed of the gash. One would think if there was an issue with the steering plus a complaint about a gash and my file was pulled I would have been shown the photo then like the photo of the alignment that wasn t correct not 24 hours later I m told a photo exists with no date no time stamp that I couldn t see l. That and in this day and age how is there no time stamp on this supposed photo , phones and digital cameras do this automatically.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I can t say enough about this location. They kept me in the loop almost daily with text updates. I never felt like I didn t know what was going on with my car, considering it was the first time I ve ever had an accident. Will use again if the need ever arises!

Can't beat the lifetime warranty. And they actually paint full panels and not blending anything. I used to do body work and I know blending never looks good over time

Unfortunately I hit a deer with my truck. Caliber Collision did the repairs and it looks like a new truck. They took the time to detail it inside and out.Very happy with their work. Alex the service advisor was super. He kept me up to date through the entire process.Take your dents there and you will leave happy !!

Caliber Collision in Youngsville NC is a top notch shop. Everyone was friendly and willing to walk me through the process with the drop off and getting my rental car. My Explorer looks brand new. They even had it ready a week early and it was clean and ready to go. Hope I never have to have body repairs and painting again but if I do I ll go to Caliber Collision without question. Debbie Smith
