Alex in the body shop was amazing to work with! He went above and beyond to help me through the process of securing parts as well as filing supplemental insurance claims to make sure everything was covered for my 20 year old Ford Thunderbird. I could not have asked for better service or better results. Thanks, Alex, for getting my baby back on the road. Highly recommend Braddy's!Service: Auto body & trim repair

I got turned down from a few places because my paint was too hard to match. Braddy s was ready and willing to take on the challenge, and they did a phenomenal job. They repaired the damage and matched the paint perfectly. They took their time, which I preferred instead of rushing the job. They were super easy to work with through some complications and were really professional. Even gave me a little bottle of touch-up paint to go. 10/10 service, I recommend them to anybody with a nicer car that they want to be taken care of.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I can't thank Linny and his team at Braddy's enough for the excellent customer service I received for the repair of my vintage Jaguar XJ8! From the first contact, they were the utmost professionals who listened to my various issues and offered sound, knowledgeable advice, never over selling unnecessary services.Linny, the owner, personally assisted me directly and thoroughly explained the work needed as well as took extra care that my car was in tip top shape before leaving the shop. The repairs, which included substantial body work, were completed in lighting fast speed. I'm happy to say the old Jag is running even better than before in every way.These folks are truly the experts and best shop to take a British auto to.

The service Braddy's performed for me is not listed: it was expert counsel and advice regarding my '78 MGB. I've been having significant cooling problems, had recently lost my prior mechanic, and was searching for someone to advise me about what to do next. From the moment I first contacted them, Isaiah was the first, they were organized, professional, and extremely helpful. Upon meeting I was then introduced to Vince, the mechanic primarily responsible for cars like mine. Vince spent nearly a 1/2 hour counselling me as to my issue, always patient and very informative. Along the way, another mechanic, Spider, confirmed what Vince was saying and was both friendly and helpful. Lastly, I met with Linny, the owner, who was gracious enough to show me around the shop and explain how they worked with customers.All in all, they gave freely of their time to someone they'd never met and who wasn't, at the time at least, paying for service. The entire team at Braddy's could not have been more helpful and I WILL be going back in the future. I highly recommend.Thank you Linny, Vince, Spider, and Isaiah for a terrific experience.

Excellent shop to have maintenance performed on your land rover. Very knowledgeable but most of all honest pricing. Lenny (owner) goes above and beyond to make sure you leave a satisfied customer. Can't recommend Braddy's British enough.

FIVE STAR REVIEW!Calling all Land Rover and Range Rover Owners!Braddy's is unlike other mechanics!They have repaired my car several times and helped me on numerous occasions over the phone and in person and I always felt like they were my partner in every situation helping me problem solve along the way. Including a time when my car was stolen and the problems were not completely clear and I was working with an insurance company.When I tell people about my most recent experience they don't even believe me, so to not give them an excellent review or tell anyone I can would just be wrong. My suspension broke on my 2010 range rover and when they ordered a part needed and put it in my SUV it was evident within 24 hours something was very wrong! My car couldn't be driven... Braddy's paid for my SUV to be towed back to their shop 45 minutes away and after looking at it they very quickly told me that they received a damaged part and when it was put in my car it damaged several other engine parts in my car. They tried to get Land Rover to pay for the damage and the part but after no avail, they decided to almost completely rebuild my engine for free! Over $6000 in parts and labor! When I asked why they just went ahead and did this I was told because they were an upstanding people and an upstanding company and that is the truth! I may have gotten all of this done with another place but I am sure most places would have fought me on it or made me feel bad, guilty or angry. I never even had to ask them to do the RIGHT thing! They just did it! I can not speak highly enough about Lenny and the team at Braddy's. I will forever be loyal and if you have a land rover or a range rover they do good fast service and for much less than a dealership!I can not say enough! The SMART thing to do is to got to Braddy's!Kelly Shatat

Very fast and professional work. The entire staff was very helpful and accommodating. If you have Land Rover or plan on purchasing one that's not fully under factory warranty this has to be part of your service plan.

Used these folks for years, for service, tune-ups, and other mechanic repairs on a couple of Jaguars I owned, and also on a couple of Land Rovers. Excellent honest service and are accommodating.Highly recommend to anyone with these brand s.

Few service organizations have the knowledge and integrity of this one I dropped a transmission replacement on them and they overdelivered and likely undercharged. I've gotten two follow up cars to ensure the work that was done was satisfactory, in spite of living 300 miles from their shop. This was a remarkable experience and I'm grateful I lost that transmission where I did! 100% Full Recommendation for Linny and his team! Any Land Rover in the Carolinas or beyond should have their GPS set to Youngsville, NC and Braddy's British Motor Works.

Great alternative to high priced dealerships!These guys are experts when it comes to British cars! I've been to dealerships where they just want to throw new and expensive parts and labor at my car. Braddy's has always dug a bit deeper with the intentions of only replacing what's necessary. These guys are smart, work hard, use common sense, and have saved me many thousands of $ over the years!With limited technicians on staff and high demand for their service, expect to be without your car for longer than the typical dealership turnaround, but worth the wait.

We trust Braddy's with all things Land Rover! The guys are very respectful and take time to answer the toughest questions. Our Discovery II is in good hands and it gives me peace of mind knowing Braddy's can be relied on for all repairs.

I had a TPMS faulty warning on my Jag XF. Tire sensors had been changed at a tire store but the warning light was still was on. I talked with Braddy's and they said bring it in and they will fit it in. We arranged Wednesday which happened to be two days before hurricane Florence hit. They we busy preparing for the hurricane but still was able to fit me in. They found the fault and fixed the issue that day.Very good at what they do and more importantly honest. I will be a returning customer.

I've been taking my Land Rovers to Linny for about 18 years and have referred a number of friends and family to him. He is an excellent mechanic and just a great guy to know.

I'm definitely biased because I know Linny Braddy. What I also know is that this guy is absolutely a "McGiver" on British vehicles. I've had him assess dozens of vehicles for me. He's accurate. I've had him look for work-arounds on difficult problems. He's creative. I've given him projects where predicting the end costs is challenging. He's honest.

This place is good for basic things like break changes, oil changes, simple maintanence. Past that, any problems you have you should probably find somewhere else. He becomes a business man before a mechanic and he will try to take as many pennies as you have.

Very friendly place. I have no reservations taking my Discovery II here. Accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable. If you own a British car... this is the place.
