I've been coming here a long time. Now the prices are crazy. When you try to talk to the owner about the prices. He gets very upset and becomes rude. You go somewhere else is what he told me. No loyalty to customers. 70$ for worn out 17 inch tire is crazy!!

It s a tire shop, not a mechanic shop so if you expect to get an alignment you re at the wrong place! BUT if you re in dire need to get back on the road for a blown tire, nail in tire etc then they will take care of you! Price is fair considering the work being performed. Highly recommend this family owned tire shop!

Cannot recommend them enough! I ve been going here for years. Today i got a flat tire and drove there and didn t make it before they closed, they were kind enough to fix it anyway! I gave them a tip and they brought back out the extra money to make sure i didn t accidentally give them extra! Great honest people!!

Don't do it!Went there to sell some tires since I got a nail in one that couldn't be fixed. I asked how much he would give me for my Firestone Destinations 255 -75-17's and he asked how much I wanted. After some haggling, we agreed on $25.00 each since I only had three. He said he could do more if all four were good. Took them back a week later and now I was told very quickly by another guy that I must have misunderstood. The $25 for each tire was how much they charge to remove and mount other tires. Then as I'm leaving, the owner comes out and says he'll give me $50 for the three. I'll throw them away since It's worth $50 not to do business with liars and game players...

Had a hole in my tire took it to another tire store. They said they cannot patch It. Went here and he said no problem fast and friendly service. Highly recommend this place.

had a puncture which was done once before, was suggested to us to take the tire off and repair it from the inside it would not happen again extremely impressed with their mannerism. and I add they were the only ones we could find on Saturday afternoon which was opened

Fast and friendly, but beware, they are USED tires. I bought 2 for $100 and one had a hole in it. The tires are in good shape, so good used tires, just be cautious and make sure they check the tires for holes BEFORE purchasing. There are no returns on used tires.

Very kind, very hard worker, and straight forward!Used tires put on your car very inexpensive! But if you need your tires balanced or an alignment you still need to get that done somewhere else...keep that in mind.

I recommend Baez Tires to everyone in NC!they are the best in the tire industry! They know exactly what to do and what you need done! They are amazing!words can't express how happy I was when I rolled off the lot with such an awesome experience and great tires!!!!!

Have been to him twice once after getting a flat on the side of the road. Got used tires they are fast efficient and usually last me a good while. Have never had a bad experience. If you are skeptical about the previous review just ask to look at the tire before he puts it on and if u don't like it ask to see another! I have had that happen before somewhere else and they let me get another BC I was still within their 30 day warranty not sure if he give a warranty on his tires tho. Quick and good service I still go to them now.

Went to this guy for a used tire about a year ago..."22" tire and it burned out on me in a day!!...it started smelling of burnt rubber when I drove it shortly after the purchase and within a day I was close to having a blowout with normal driving..the tire was terrible from the beginning.. take it back and the owner played dumb like he didn't know what happened...he put My spare on ..

This place is great for anyone needing tires on a budget. I went there today for (2) 235/70/16 tires and got a pair of Michelins with great tread on them for $100 installed. Quick and courteous service from a family based company! The owner and his wife and son run the shop and are super nice and eager to help! I was in and out in under 30 minutes! Support local! You will not be dissapointed!

Great prices for okay or better quality. It is great to find a full set of used tires that all match. They are almost always willing to help you out with little issues with your suspension, steering components, or anything else that might be troubling your vehicle.

I stopped by today to get a tire replaced and was greeted by a man with a ponytail and gauges in his ears. He was very nice. I give this a 2 star review due to the fact that it was smoke and mirrors. So he shows me the tire with about 60 percent tread on it and says 50 bucks. I was hesitant because there are 2 spots I know where I can get used tires for 25-30 each but I didn't have the time to run out there. So as he is putting on the tire I see a sign saying 40 dollars for a tire. Seeing this I ask the man why it's 50 if that says 40 and he tells me "it's 40 dollars and up on the sign" I looked at the sign and no where on it does it say up it said 40 per tire. He then tells me "I probably should take that sign down if it says that and I can't do less than 50 on this tire" I then rolled my eyes and told him whatever and to put the tire on. They get 2 stars because it was quick but I was clearly up charged for no reason. This is clearly false advertisement and I wouldn't be surprised if he pocketed the extra 10 dollars.

Needed my flat tire patched in a hurry. Showed up on a Saturday morning and was in and out in 20 minutes for a fair price. These guys rock!

I have dealt with this tire shop several times tire quality is very good for used tires. The service is also speedy I went there today on a Saturday there were 5 people including me waiting and only one guy working but he managed to get us all out quickly!

Don t go here they changed my tires caused my pad to squeak. Don t knoyhow but no noise before I got here now it s squealing

I took my wife's car 2105 KIA Forte to him yesterday 4/30/16 and he put what looked to be close to a brand new tire on the front driver side. ($40.00) This was about 3:30 in the afternoon by 7:00 am today 5/1/16 the tire was flat. he is closed on Sundays so there was nothing I could do about it but go to Just tires and buy a new one.($100.00) So for just under 1/2 price of a new tire he sold me one that did not last over night sitting in my driveway DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY. or if you do good luck to you. I will never go back and will tel everyone I know DON'T GO TO BAEZ TIRES. I give him one star because you can't give zero stars.

I am done with these guys. I have been going to them loyaly for about 7 years. I watched the young man grow up. The last 2 years its been a study decrease. Today i call sunday at 1230. He says he has my size i say see you in 20 mins...shop is locked up. The second time its happened..

This is a good tire shop but the owner has a attitude problem upon getting my tires installed he tried to snatch money out of my hand because I asked him to explain a different price that I was quoted and went to then try and snatch my installed tires off ripping my hubcap.The employees are great could be even greater if they wasn't working for a disrespectful owner.....I hope someone comes and tries to snatch his money so he can see how it feels....
