Montana and Christian were very welcoming! I searched the inventory online, completed the application, & and they reached out shortly after. The whole process was quicker than I thought (with the exception of the paperwork). Christian didn t force me into a car that fit my credit , they got me the car I WANTED. Christian was super helpful, answered all my questions, and didn t pressure me to make any decisions. I ll definitely refer ppl to visit AutoMax of Youngsville! I love my new car!

Montana and Stephanie were a lifesavers with my purchase. They were very accomodating with transferring my vehicle to their location which was closer to me. Thankfully I was able to get my Jeep at a reasonable rate and great down payment and the process was quick and easy. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Thank you ladies

I loved them!!! They will help.anybody and will work with you. You cant beat this place. Perfect opportunity to not only get into something reliable, but work on/rebuild your credit as well! 1 year warranty too, free oil changes for a year come on what are you waiting for!!!!! If you see something get there asap they sell quick lol

Man this place is 5/5!!! The customer service, the quality of the cars, the financing program, the warranty everything is great! Perfect for first time buyers, rebuilding & working credit! Any salesperson there will treat you like your family but Chris is the best!

5 stars because my experience here was nothing short of great. The staff were all friendly, laid back, helpful, and most of all they honored the terms of my online application (down payment and other fees) prior to my visit. I filled out an online application after closing hours and they reached out the next morning, once I arrived to get the car in question, I left auto max the same day with that car in 2 hours or less. I appreciate them so much

I greatly appreciated their hospitality and the fact that no one was pressuring me to make any particular choices. I would highly recommend each individual I came into contact with. It also doesn't hurt that I love my new car.

***** UPDATE TO MY REVIEW.Today with Carrie's help and patience our car is totally paid off!!!! Any other Buy Here Pay Here would have repossessed our car but AutoMax and Carrie worked with us to get to the finish line. I have never had a better experience thru a bad situation (our financial situation changed and made our lives very difficult). Carrie really did everything possible to help us thru this and I cannot thank her enough. As I said in my initial post, if you are in a situation where you have to purchase your car from a buy here pay here then you should go to AutoMax of Youngsville. They will work with you and you will be treated better then any other car dealership. Do yourself a favor take the time to go to AutoMax and consider purchasing your next car from the great people there, you will not be sorry.THANKS CARRIE AND ALL THE GREAT PEOPLE AT AUTOMAXIf you are looking for the "BEST BUY HERE PAY HERE EXPERIENCE" then you need to buy your next car at AUTOMAX of Youngsville.Not only do they have great cars at great prices but they also have THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the business. You will he treated with respect and like a valuable customer.The true test of a company is how you are treated when there is a problem. I fell behind in my payments and expected my car to get repo'ed at any minute. When I called them, there was no threats, just a "how can we help you get back on track. I dealt with Lauren who was great and then she had me deal with her supervisor, Carrie W. CARRIE WAS FANTASTIC. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Some days I spoke with her 4 or 5 times. She even returned one of my calls from her cell phone on her off time. Her great personality and "let's work together" attitude was incredible. She really made me feel like we were partners in resolving my problem. Instead of feeling embarrassed that I was behind in my payments, she made me feel like this was just an obstacle to overcome and she could help me do that.Trust me when I tell you that you will never find a better customer service representative for a automobile dealership than Carrie. In about 6 weeks, thanks to Carrie and the other great people at AutoMax Youngville, I am caught up and close to having my vehicle totally paid off. AutoMax should be proud that they have people like Carrie representing them.If you are anywhere in the greater Raleigh area, it is worth your drive to AutoMax Youngsville. You will get a great car, a great price and have an outstanding customer support experience.

My son was in the market of looking for a car, we decided to stop at Automax of Youngsvile NC. Stacey, a very nice lady who displayed excellent customer service assisted us. She was very patient and allowed us to test drive multiple cars. My son drove off the lot and purchase the car that he really wanted, the process was easy and the smile on my son s face was everything to me! We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle, trust me you will definitely thank us later!

My experience in purchasing a car a Automax of Youngsville was an awesome experience. While at the dealership everything was explained throughly and I didn t have to spend all day at the dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Worse car experience EVER they will sweet talk you all the way out the door UNTIL it s an issue with your car and they have to fix it. The customer service is horrible hanging up when calling over and over again . If you can go somewhere else GO THERE

I purchased an 01 Lincoln Town Car with 65k on the odometer (2nd purchase).An older car with that few miles does present some risks, however, I have not had an issue with this vehicle that would have been considered excessive. The buying experience was great. I made the downpayment and was out the door. I paid the vehicle off in January and was in and out in a few minutes. Christian has been very helpful all along the way. If/when I need another vehicle and they have what I want, I'll for sure be back.

I had a wonderful experience with Stacy Wood. Because this was a bit of a drive from me, she was able to help me see what I could qualify for over the phone. When I arrived, she did not make me feel pressured about anything, and when I found a car that I fell in love with, that wound up being cheaper than the first I was looking at, she didn t try to convince me to go with the more expensive one. She was very kind and friendly and helpful and professional. Everything was explained very clearly, even down to every piece of paperwork that I signed which I was thoroughly impressed by. Car buying can suck, especially when you re in a tough spot financially, but this was probably the easiest and most seamless car buying experience I have ever had. Very very pleased and would recommend to anyone.

Love automatics of Youngsville went in there with no vehicle was done in just a few set of 4 hours walked out with a vehicle and a great experience with Christian and there he is fantastic he has a family so he knew exactly where I was coming from when I said I need a family vehicle they are awesome I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times

I went up expecting to purchase the vehicle I had picked out. After I test drive it I told them about the issues I found. They immediately apologized and informed me they could not sell the car since it had to be repaired. I had been to a different dealership and a vehicle I test drove l with them had the same issues and they just said it was I knew what that was and it was not the problem.They gave me a choice of a few other vehicles and I drove away in the vehicle I fell in love with.I really appreciate what they did to help me get into my car!

Payments are a little pricey but it s worth it. They report to your credit on time, the staff is friendly, there s no hassle AT ALL, it s quick and easy. Everything about this dealership is good. The website is easy to read when deciding on a car. I ve gotten two cars from here and I ve have nothing but pleasant experiences. Stacy and Renee are awesome! Just monitor your numbers. They will through hidden fees and there without telling you. Im thinking I got my car almost paid off for there today be a $800 few without them acknowledging it. They re not going to help you with no major issues such as a motor or transmission.

My experience was Absolutely awesome. Everything went so smoothly and quickly. The car was in clean and in amazing condition. The drive home was fantastic. When my family and friends saw it, they were breathless. It looks practically new. It's the best buying I've ever experienced. Thank you so much
