Affordable car Care is a top quality service. This organization is very in tune with the customer they know how to fix what your problem is and they work with you to get it done in a timely manner. I'm very satisfied with a tire rotation the alignment and the state inspection a day a week ago. They also gave me a very thorough estimate on some other work I'm going to have done in the near future. An organization like this is not always available to us as consumers with auto repair and I highly recommend them.

wow 1st class service they are a great group to work with getting your car worked. on been coming here a long time Lynn and company know their cars inside and out. very fair and reasonable pricing especially for the service u get. they can do almost anything there

There's a reason these guys have a near perfect score. Although you can't please everyone these days, you can try to please most and they do. They are honest, straightforward from the owner on down. A company built by good people who employ good people and they will do the right thing before the greedy thing. How many businesses can say that? This is a place I'd trust any of my friends' or family vehicles to!

Honest folk upfront about what work needs to be done, and kept me updated every step of the way. They could have upsold me on my AC issues (which was just car troubleshooting and didn't need any repairs), but they were honest and told me that everything was functional. Thanks to Affordable Car Care, my Odyssey is in prime shape and drives spectacularly. They did quality work on my engine belts and general maintenance. Will definitely be going back for any future repairs needed.

Honesty, Communication, Pride - These are the three words I'd use to describe Affordable Car Care. I was referred to ACC after having a myriad of bad experiences with multiple WF/Youngsville auto-repair shops. From the first call to picking up my truck, they demonstrated clear communication in both listening to my concerns to explaining their work and suggested future maintenance. Through the entire experience, it is clear that honesty is at the heart of all they do. I never felt upsold or pushed into unnecessary work. Looking at the work they did on my truck, it was evident that ACC takes Pride in their work and treats every job as if it was for their very own family. Will definitely be back, thanks y'all!

I have been in Wake Forest for 2 years and finally feel like I ve found a car shop I can trust. We ve had tires replaced, oil changes, and other jobs done and they ve been generous in charging more than fair prices. Totally recommend!

Honesty is very important to me. And this is exactly the case here. They won't tell you about problems with your car that don't exist. Everything is to the point. Very pleased with the service.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Affordable Car Care and I must say, my experience was exceptional. It's not often that you find an honest and reputable car mechanic shop these days, but this place exceeded all my expectations.Upon arriving at the shop, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who took the time to listen to my car concerns. After a thorough inspection, they identified the issues with my vehicle and provided me with a detailed explanation of the necessary repairs. To my surprise, they recommended that some of the services could be covered under my recall at the dealership, which saved me a considerable amount of money.I was impressed by their honesty and transparency, as many other mechanics might have tried to push unnecessary repairs for their own profit. Instead, they prioritized my best interests and went out of their way to ensure I didn't spend a dime more than necessary.Moreover, even though they weren't able to perform the free services themselves since they are not a dealership, they didn't charge me for the inspection or consultation, which further demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction.

The most honest best automobile repair shop out there. The owners are the nicest human beings and will always be fair. He just did a full maintenance on my 2011 Hyundai and did a thorough awesome job. Couldn't be more pleased!

They do decent work but charge you dealership prices for Autozone parts, the business name is genuinely misleading, expect to pay book price for repairs even simple ones. To be more specific I got a poor post purchase inspection, car still had clogged air filter packed with dirt, severe brake pull to the right, torn and loose ball joints possible bad wheel bearing, warped rotors, bad bearings and tension on serpentine belt tensioner, which should have been replaced during the overpriced timing belt job, $1300 for a 2jz belt and water pump when a diy can knock it out in 4-5 hours and $200 for the whole kit is beyond expensive, then $375 for $120 worth of radiator parts and 4 hours roughly to swap it when I can do it in 2 and half the parts to replace it were out for the timing belt, the shop rate may be lower but they will get you with extra labor hours and overpriced parts. Most car owners don t turn a wrench or realize this. Bottom line is it s hard to find a mechanic you can trust and going over this shops work afterwards I will be trying another shop to hopefully find someone that isn t gonna overcharge.

I work right beside where Affordable Car Care is located and they have top notch service. Whether it s an oil change or an inspection they can always get my vehicle in and out same day. Danny and Lynn are fantastic to work with. Truly a top notch service shop! I would highly recommend.

I cannot stress enough how amazing Affordable Car Care is. From the initial phone call, you know you re taken care of, and that the owners are fantastic. I brought my car in for a suspected bad wheel bearing, and the technicians quickly realized it was bad brake pads. They ran through all my options and presented great recommendations. Never did they tried to sell more than what was needed and I really appreciated that. Needless to say, if you need work done to your car, check these guys out, totally worth it!

I have been going here for over a year now. I wanted to leave them a review because I believe that they have great work ethic. They are wonderful at communicating what they are determining is going on with the vehicle and explaining it in layman terms. They have never run behind. Very clean and inviting environment. I have been using Affordable Car Care for several years now, and I am consistently impressed with the team's knowledge of virtually every issue I have ever raised, their personal care for me as well as my vehicle, and their absolute honesty. I am not a mechanic, but I do have google, so whenever mechanics in the past have tried to sell me on this or that repair, I research both the issue and the cost. ACC has consistently provided honest assessment and fair prices, and what is more, they often find creative (and significantly cheaper) solutions; for example, the latch for the lid to my center console broke, and to repair the issue would require an entire replacement of the console for hundreds of dollars - they offered an elegant solution of gluing weights to the underside of the lid (a thing I had tried, but with lower-quality materials) for a massively reduced cost. They openly state a quality service provided fairly and consistently is infinitely more valuable to them and their business than making some kind of commission. Lynn, Trey, and the whole team at Affordable Car Care go above and beyond to service their customers. They have ALWAYS provided me and my family with the best car care service we have ever had. We actually drive well over an hour to get all of our cars serviced here. Not only do they do a great and thorough job on each repair/service but they have a business quality that I believe is most important in this industry-- HONESTY. Great quality work for great prices and always upfront and honest about work that needs to be done. I cannot express this enough, they put customer service FIRST. The best experience! I had some electrical and brake issues in a Jeep Compass. Several other places tried to price gouge me and trick me. NOT THIS TEAM! Their customer service is top notch. They walked us through the issues on the car and gave us an honest and fair price. They also went above and beyond helping arrange car drop offs and pick ups.I will 100% use this team again! This is the place! I won't take my car anywhere else. Danny knows me by name, make, and model and always takes care of me. It's tough finding a mechanic and business you can truly trust but I have complete trust and confidence in them. I know they're not going to rip me off and the service is always exceptional! Don't bother taking your car anywhere else. Just go here.

Since we were referred here, we won t take our cars anywhere else! We are always seen in a reasonable time frame and repairs are made the same. They re knowledgable, honest, and don t try to over sell while also being affordable. They have a very kid friendly waiting area- my toddler was entertained easily while having my car inspected. I am thrilled with the level of service I received. I made an appointment request online on Sunday and Lynn called me to confirm on Monday morning. I wanted an oil change, tire rotation and a transmission service. Lynn went over my options on the transmission because I wasn't sure what level of service I would need. His honesty and explaining the different options led me to trust him and his mechanics that I would get what I needed. Not once was led to upgrade services like some places. Everyone there is respectful, courteous, honest and all around awesome. I've found my car maintenance/repair shop!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Every time we go to Affordable, they quote us upfront, competitive pricing. If the appointment was going to take longer than 15-20 mins, they gave us their loaner car which saved our day a few times! Very courteous and professional. They informed me in full detail all of the repairs and details. I did not go through with the repairs due to financial issues but when I am ready I will definitely go to them. I would recommend to everyone. My father has used them in the past and he too had a great experience and their quality of work was what made him recommend them to me.Second time going and still super great service. I would no doubt keep coming back.

Affordable Car Care is absolutely amazing. 1, they don t break your bank & 2 they are very honest about what needs to be done to your vehicle & they will not rip you off. I ve been to many shops for my vehicle & this one is the only one that treats their customers as family. Danny and team were very pleasant. I had an oil change and state inspection. In hearing conversations with other customers, I just got the feeling they won't suggest unnecessary repairs. I will return and will recommend them to others.
