Took my Volvo C70 there on Thursday to get 2 rear shocks installed. Had setup a 9am appointment on Tuesday. Was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours. No problem. Checked car in at 8:45. Came back at 11:45 and they were just putting the car up on the rack. I spoke with the owner (Joe) and was told that they don t take appointments.. that they work on a first in basis. I was not told this at any time. He was very rude and told me if he knew it was my car he wouldn t have taken it in. He brought up another service he did 4 years ago for a 4-wheel brake job when he installed the brake pads in reverse. Volvo cars have inside pads and outside pads. Apparently he never knew checked on that. After taking the car back to him (the expert mechanic) 3 times he still couldn t figure out the problem. I finally took the car to Volvo in Burlington and they immediately recognized the problem. That experience cost me another brake job done at the Volvo dealership . With my experiences at Country Auto Joe was very rude with no customer appreciation at all. Never again will my vehicles go there.

After being refused by by another local repair shop she frequently uses Joe and Cody came to the aid of a stranded 80 Year old woman and took her back to their shop to get her back on the road Didn't have to do this. Just show'what kind of people they are. use them myself, great people and service.

Took my sons truck there expecting a large bill because it didn t sound good. Ended up just an oil change and didn t over charge. He explained why it sounded bad because the exhaust system. Told us exactly what was wrong. He doesn t do exhausts so he suggested another garage. They are honest and reliable!

Fast reliable auto mechanic. Was able to inspect my vehicle when no other inspection station was able to. Friendly and knowledgeable owners and mechanic. Would highly recommend everyone bring their car on by.
