I called and said I had a leak in my tire at 10am, they said come at 1pm. I show up at 1pm and I was greeted right away, showed the nice comfy waiting room. Half hour later, I was ready to go. Just a nail in the tire. Was a cheap repair. I would use them again.

Bought all four tires for $725. Now it's time to get them rotated and have been waiting for an appointment. Can't be seen until the end of the month. Hopefully they can get to my vechile. The man on the phone was polite but the last time I stopped by the shop the man upfront wasn't so pleasant. He must be new and doesn't look like he is from around here.

Only giving this a 2 because they have done decent work in the past. Had a nearly flat tire and the guy couldn t jack it up to help me out because my car was too low for the lift. He could have done it but it was a mere inconvenience. I barely made it over to Cain tire which provided me simple and effective service.One rule of life is that you don t discuss things like money, politics or religion with strangers. And especially not with customers.For the past 5 years I have had employees talk to me about elections and make disparaging remarks about certain politicians in conversation with me. They have literally asked me on more than one occasion my opinion on politics and where I stand and i basically just nodded and smiled and gave an indirect answer. A specific example was an employee asking me about the Brett Kavanaugh scandal and my opinion on it.This is absolutely inappropriate and unacceptable behavior. I come to the automotive shop for mechanical issues. Not to talk Democrats and Republicans. By all means have your political beliefs, but don t bring that to work with you. It makes most people uncomfortable they re just too polite to say anything

Alan is always polite and courteous. He always works around my schedule to get tires put on all of my vehicles. Super easy to deal with. Highly recommend

Convienent location which leads to higher prices than the other places in town for an oil change, however they are competitive on tire prices

LIARS!, B- S ARTIST This is not a perception< I caught both the owner and the manager in multiple lies. It took5 days to secure an appointment for a front end alignment. I was on time for the visit, I specified a 2 wheel, front wheel alignment. the manager , in broken english said some kind of mumbo jumbo about may have to have to for this model truck. Well this was not the first alignment for this vehicle and I knew it would not be required( FORD F 150- 2012 2 wheel drive. ONE HOUR TWENTY THREE MINUTES LATER, truck is "ready". I questioned both of them and was given a song and dance about...Quality of work...The very best in the bussiness ( The machine used WAS NOT STATE OF THE ART, ) The "expert" well, I wont go there except to say, no way would I hire him. It goes on and on. .. 3 LIES, Arrogant and condescending . Will file complaint with consumer protection... more later

Rude service, closed early to avoid finishing up a inspection after I corrected what they said was an issue, but had to do it somewhere else because I could not afford to have it done there. So I took my money and service somewhere else and passed flying colors. A two minute finish to check the tire I replaced and pass it but they would not.

My husband and I have been taking an old car we bought recently to have minor repairs done. Cain Tire and Auto has been very honest, prices are fair, and they call frequently with progress updates as the car gets worked on. They ve become our go-to mechanics.

I love these guys! They are honest, trustworthy, polite, and delightful to do business with. I use them for all my automotive needs! Tires, alignment, and even a full front end replacement on my wife's Duramax. Awesome job!

I had to have my car towed here late Thursday night as I experience car trouble driving down 421 on my way home from work. I left them a voicemail (as it was long past regular business hours) detailing what had happened. My call was promptly returned at 7am Friday morning. About 45 minutes later I was called again to let me know they had discovered the issue, what the fix was and how much it would cost. Another 45 minutes later I received a call saying my car was ready to go. Thank you for making what was a worrying situation for me, quick and painless!! I will definitely come back here again!!

I have never had such a positive experience with a repair shop. They were professional, worked quickly, fair and transparent with pricing. I highly recommend anyone utilize this business.

Robbie goes of his way to make our experience getting new tires as easy as possible. My toddler took her nap on my lap during the process, so he brought me my receipt and took my payment without me having to move from the waiting room couch. That's five star service to me!

I initially left a 5 star review. However, after the owner belittled me for asking questions about their hours of operation and for wanting to schedule an appointment (which is standard protocol in most places), I can no longer leave a good review. Update: I have found the Yadkinville Auto Service at the Shell station on 601 to be a great alternative. They are kind, answer any question you have, and schedule appointments ahead of time.

My daughter had a tire start to leak and limped there. They were very courtiand, when they didn't have the tire, they called around and found a place that did. I will be returning.

I bring my vehicles here every time I need some work done. So far they ve done really well with brakes, tire replacements, and our inspections! Thanks guys

I would leave negative stars if I could.....This place is terrible. Do not go here! My wife got charged for a tire rotation and the noticeable "chip" on the passenger side front wheel was still there...No body takes the tires off the rim to rotate, they rotate the wheel and all. If the "nick" is still there that means the tires DID NOT GET ROTATED!!!! Yet she got charged anyway.I would highly not recommend this place. MandM auto in yadkinville is much better.

Came for a appointment, very honest told me exact problem fixed it same day . Reasonable prices my truck haven t ran any better since visiting this shop

I went to the laundry mat just 2 doors down from Cain tire & Automotive. My 15 year old daughter always comes with me on laundry day and gets bored so she walks over to Cain tire and sits in there waiting room to use there Wi Fi to pass the time. I had checked with this establishment to make sure there was no issues with her occupying there waiting room then went back to do my laundry.The following Saturday I went to the laundry mat and my daughter went to Cain tire to wait in there waiting room. a man working at Cain Tire & Automotive approached my Daughter and asked her if she needed some assistance. My Daughter exclaimed, I`m just waiting for my Dad to get done at the laundry mat.The Man said, Okay then and walked away and called the police.When the police arrived he began to interrogate my daughter.Asking for her I.D. Name, birthday,social security number,etc.My Daughter complied and explained that she was just using the internet waiting for me at the laundry mat.The police continued to interrogate my Daughter asking her where my car was. She said it`s at the laundry mat. The officer said show me. My Daughter rushed over to the laundry mat and told me that the police officer would not leave her alone. I turned and seen the officer walk into the laundry mat..He then began to question me and demanded my Drivers liscence. I complied and asked him why the police was called on my Daughter. He said that Cain automotive called because my daughter was sitting in the waiting room. I explained that I have been in there and no one seemed to have an issue with her being there. The officer explained that he was just doing his job.My personal feelings are that there is no bigger form of disrespect that you can do to a person than call the police on there child for absolutely no reason! The people in the laundry mat were watching in dis belief and confusion. This was very degrading and humiliating to both my Daughter and me.I will never give this establishment my buisnes.

I had an appointment here and the old man that I am guessing is the owner, was very unfriendly towards me. He did not help me at all and told me that he would not fix my car and to go somewhere else to get my truck fixed.

do not bother making an appointment. They will just leave you car there for hours before working on it. not efficient at all
