Our first experience with this and Nathan explained everything very well it is was fairly fast about 2 hours for everything, installation tech was great inspected everything to make sure it was all good!! Hubs has 1 yr of this and smooth going to start off! Thank you gentlemen very much, had cheap snacks too like penny candy store prices 50 cent water!

I enjoy the people I see once a month. They are like family. Yes that is crazy because but true. I have 3 months left before I have it taken off and not one time have I ever had a bad experience with them the guys. I go to the Winterville office and they make me feel like family. They greet with my name and talk to me. Well after 7 years I have seen a lot of guys come and go but they all treat me me me good . You have some good guys working working for you you in Winterville. Don t loose them. And my name is Talena Eagan

The set up process was simple and easy. The staff was friendly and made sure my first visit and set up in my car was straightforward and they made sure I understood how the system works. I can say so far I am happy with the company and the local installer.

Great service. They made sure I knew what I was doing completely before leaving the building. Easy quick set up. Answered all question and explained everything nicely. Made sure I knew they were just a phone call away if I had anymore questions or needed help with the system. So far, great! Thanks!

The gentlemen @ Smart Start were great! They handle the service & install with professionalism, knowledge & speed. The instructional steps they made clear & easily understandable. Great customer service.

I had to come back and edit my post about this company. I have had nothing but problems with my device. Now out the blue I have to blow even when my car is off. Imagine my surprise coming outside and only having less than a minute to blow and my car wasnt even on. Then when I call nobody answers the local number I call someone else and they say they just found out about it today. Mind you this problem started 3 days ago. Atleast keep your customers aware of changes .. I cant wait until this junk comes off my car
