We got there late morning. The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful.The problem was quickly diagnosed, and the repair was started soon after.It was done quickly, and the price was reasonable for the work done.The vehicle drives great, and I plan to use their service again. They get my recommendation for a job well done.

They were able to do an alignment on my lowered Tesla Model 3 and were patient while I set it up for service. If you need your Tesla aligned, I highly recommend Showtime.

Love Johnny and all of his employees. Good people , been taking my autos there for repairs for 4 years. Unfortunately, this most recent time will be the last . For the 3rd time , I have left there with a problem I didn t have when I got there. Having to do with warning lights in the dash that weren t on , and hadn t been on until leaving from there . Once it was resolved , the other two were not. Enough is enough . Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Oil change

Went 9/29/23 around 8 am for wheel alignment John daughter states $89 got a call back maybe around 8:25 am saying oh it will be $189 to adjust your struct on passenger side. Well I'm not new to automotive industry and have yrs of experience with many people and employers that knows my work. I only go to any automotive shop around only for yearly Inspection, maybe tire mount and balance and wheel alignment everything else I done myself because people gets over and don't known what the hell they be doing and you want get over on me. Never returning because things ain't the same since John hasn't been around.went a little ways up the street paid $100 did what I needed. Edwin was good doing work for me but looks like the moral is down around there. But doing alignment adjusting cast and camber should included in the price just simply stupid when the car is not driven hard and rough just highway for work. Over the years I look at the younger people coming in the automotive industry "lost in the sauce". But Mieneke on firetower no better they need James back in there. And Kinston wheel alignment becoming disappointing too. If and only if I didn't have a lucrative career already and work on majority of my vehicles myself besides the 3 things I come to local shops for. I would hurt you guys business tremendously. I set back and listen to what thes le shops tell elderly customers, young females or males that don't know the difference and just shakes my head. But left this shop they must was mad when I said don't touch nothing else then got it back it rode worst than when I brought it there. These shops better chill with someone knowledgeable and has an active ASE certification before the be in small claims court wasting there time and mine. Price gouging at its best really. Adjusting a struct that doesn't needs but is apart of the alignment process really. Check cast and camber , inner and outer tie rode ends, tire pressure all that comes with an alignment. Wasted my morning and got there soon they open. Never again!

Their service is nice, very polite. But the last time I went was to get an inspection. My vehicle passed but I was told there was a tint charge for checking my windows, I m not from here and I m learning as I m going, but the tint is factory, it s the original tint and there is notations proving it, I wish they had been more explanation as to why.

Went for an inspection, brakes and two tires. They're fast and courteous. John even went out of his way to shuttle me home and pick me up when my vehicle was ready. The price was better than the nearby chains too!

Before you use the shop please look at this do not carry your truck there if you want suspension or do you want anything done to your truck they had to borrow one of my tools which they broke carried the truck there once they did exactly the opposite of what I said they do not know what they re doing with suspension and especially expensive automobiles do not take your stuff there unless you re trying to get it just rigged up to go down the road And yes I will provide a picture of what they did now that the truck has been there three times they fixed the problem of the truck finally probably had to do a lot of YouTube figure out what they were doing but here s a picture of what they did didn t when they broke the tool they borrowed they had no care for it Even though it was a $50 tool when I bought it now it s gone down to $30 they still broke it and should ve paid for it so I believe that they re the worst in Greenville for your truck I don t know about car I ve never owned one but it won t go there if you see this Share it with your friends because I don t want nobody treated that wayServices: Tires, Steering & suspension replacement

Horrible place they only care about filling there pockets not the customers. No respect for employees or customers. I don't know what you're getting at but get your facts straight. Just because I left a bad review here must mean I'm using a fake name. Get over yourself.

Customer service is excellent, went In for four wheel alignment and was done and out in just under an hour, that includes wait time. Great place as I see it .They beat everybody else on price by $30!!

They do wonderful work and at a low price were other shops told me that they needed a special tool to do the job come to find out they were full of B.S. they will get all my business so people give them a try they don't B.S.especially if you like your money like I do they don't try to Rob you like other shops do they are truthful with you give them a try you will see what I'm saying
