Absolute PLEASURE working with these guys. Took them a while to actually start on my car but they were upfront about it from the beginning and I still chose them due to how clean there work environment was kept and how transparent they were. Stacy (the guy who runs the place) was an absolute GREAT guy to do business with. I called up there to retrieve something out of my car while they had it and they walked me back into the shop to get it, no questions asked. They went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and left the car SPOTLESS after completion. 10/10 would recommend them or use them again.Service: Body & Trim

I contacted quality collision a few months ago because someone from out of town backed into my driver side door. Quality collision gave me a quick estimate and told me how long they would have my car. They told me about 5 days. When I picked my car up after those few days, my door looked perfect, they also cleaned my car for me. I also have a little dog sitting on my dash board, he was sticking up there with just tape and he kept falling off when I drive. They took the tape and replaced it with something so he doesn t fall anymore. I m 100% happy with how the service turned out. They were super nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend calling quality collision next time you re in a collision.Service: Painting

Quality Collision Repair was recommended by my car insurance company, and I must tell you I just picked my truck up yesterday and it looks amazing!! Staff was really nice each time I went in, and my truck was finished when they said it would be. My truck looks amazing can't tell at all where the damage was. Highly recommended and I am super satisfied with the work they did for me! My pictures my not be that good but they did a great job! Thank you!Service: Body & Trim

This place was fantastic. Very easy to work with. The repair was fantastic and flawless. The people here are wonderful to work with. They work directly with various insurance companies. I would recommend them to anyone needing body work for their vehicle.

So, I am not the best driver and had to call these awesome people a couple of times(2 different vehicles) and they are always going above and beyond for their customers. They tell you a time and they make their mark, they communicate well and do absolutely fantastic work. I got into an accident when I lived in Florida and my lanta, I must say I was spoiled by quality collision and how they handle things. My vehicles will always come here to get fixed because of their quality of work, communication, and awesome staff. Thank y all for being so easy to work with!

We used quality collision on Reedy Branch when someone hit our 2018 Camry. They were outstanding! First, the workmanship- when they were done you could not tell the car had ever been hit. Everyone from the front office was professional and nice. They all were very knowledgeable in their business and extremely helpful. I didn't get to meet any of the repair technicians, but I can say that they did an amazing job on my front end collision repair and paint job. They made it very easy to drop off and pick up my car before and after business hours. I have had nothing but great experiences at Quality Collision, both locations. I hit a bridge a few years back when it was snowing pretty good. I was rear ended, hit a deer and someone hit my car in the Walmart parking lot while I was inside grocery shopping. Their work is impeccable. They are extremely kind and professional. Any work we have to get done will get done at Quality Collision, no matter how long the wait. Plus they are a local business and we will support local before chains any day.Service: Body & Trim

I would definitely recommend this place. My son got his truck yesterday and they went above and beyond the repair needed and cleaned the inside and outside of his truck. My son is very pleased with the work that was done. The office staff was very nice and helpful! This is not the post i made. "I had my car repaired after having damage to the hood, fenders and a headlight. The paint matched perfectly and body work was excellent."I would not recommend this body shop at all. I pointed out a place where the fender and bumper cover had a 5/16" overhang and asked about it and the person I talked to acted as if this was normal so I said "if this is the best you can do" to which he replied "no". He then went back in the building and I left. This was a 1 star review because I figured if they could do better they should have instead of getting mad and running off. I will start watching this to see of someone changes it again.

I have had more than one vehicle repaired by Quality Collision in Winterville. The customer service is polite, friendly and professional. The quality of the work performed has been excellent every time. The attention to care and detail is outstanding.

Outstanding work and staff. Paint matches perfect. My 2012 Armada looks like it came off the showroom floor new. Thank you and your team for all that you did to make my vehicle look like new. I highly recommend This team. I am proud of a business like this, because I live in Winterville and support my local businesses when possible. THEY ARE GREAT and do OUTSTANDING, QUALITY WORK!!!

Quality collision provides excellent service. Friendly/helpful office staff, quick turn around and a hassle free process over all. I had two fairly minor scratches on my new Tesla, for which I paid out of pocket for the repair.Quality Collision repaired the paint for LESS than their estimate (is this a first in automotive repair?) and the vehicle was ready when promised. I could not detect where the scratches had been. One scratch was down into the metal.MOST impressively, when I arrived to pick up the car after hours, I found it sitting there cleaner than the day I purchased it. They had even applied wheel shine. I about fell over. My daughter even noticed the car was immaculate.... the inside was cleaned too!My car has been twice repaired at this establishment, and both times it was an A+ performance.

They did a very nice job as far as the repair I took my truck for (damage was on the fender/bumper area on the passenger side). However they damaged one of my side mirrors (loose mirror on the driver side). After speaking with the shop supervisor he told me there was no way they would ve done it. I know my truck and I'm 100% sure the mirror was not loose. If they would ve told me We will check the cameras or We will investigate that would ve been a different scenario.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Body work and paint work was very good. When I picked my truck up, my hitch receiver was installed and my truck was in 4 wheel drive. (I stored the receiver in the back of the cab when I dropped it off.) I've had my car repaired there 3-4 times, they have always done a AWESOME job. The staff is always very courteous & answer any questions that I have with the vehicle or the Insurance claim. I would highly recommend them for any body repairs on your car!!!!!

Took over 5 weeks to repair! - Just a bumper & related. Invoice came in substantially higher than estimate. I was told actual costs rarely come in at estimated price. I have had my share of insurance claims over the years, and unless there is truly something that was hidden damage, final price is estimated price. Fair work, just don't trust the "estimate". I would definitely not use them again.

Quality Collision has repaired vehicles for my family at both their East and their West locations. We are always pleased with their work. Having an accident is never pleasant but I don't stress knowing that QCR can fix anything.

These guys do excellent repair work, car came back looking like nothing had ever happened. They even did a real nice interior upholstery clean which I never would have expected given that all the repair was external.

Without doubt the best collision repair place I have ever been. The work was high quality, done amazingly quickly and the people could not have been nicer - keeping me in the loop at each stage, answering questions and offering great advice. Don't go anywhere else.
