I absolutely love this location. I came in for an oil change. I was in and out very quickly.I also enjoyed the 3 agents up-beat and friendly personalities.If you want fast , quality service plus an up-beat friendly atmosphere while waiting, please visit Meineke, (Winterville location).I'm looking forward to getting my new tires next week!

Charged me a lot to do an alignment and replace 2 camber bolts that can be purchased at Auto Zone for $40 for a set. When I came in my steering wheel was angled to the left and pulled to the left. After their adjustments, the steering wheel is now angled to the right and pulls to the right. These shops see you come in with a Hummer and see dollar bills and try to get as much of your hard earned money as possible. I gave them a chance to correct the alignment. They claimed that my gearbox might need to be replaced because of the size of my rims and tires, I ve been putting big rims on my vehicles for 10-15 years and this has never been an issue. When they were done with the second alignment the steering wheel was more off center than before and the wheels were bowed out. I went to Briley s Tire and Auto and told them what had happened. They immediately began working on it. The camber on the passenger side was lower than the driver side and the toe measurements were way out of range. The mechanic at Briley s would make an adjustment and then do a test drive(Meinekee tech didn t do that). After 3 adjustments and test drives they had the camber adjustments even and the toe was back in range. When I left my steering wheel was vertical, my tires were straight and my steering wheel doesn t pull left or right when I release the steering wheel.

The guys at the shop are great! Always let you know what s wrong before they do any work. And let you decide what you want them to do if you don t think you can afford what they recommend. Never had any problems with any of my vehicles after they ve worked on them. I highly recommend!

Customer service was excellent and the staff was very knowledgeable. They did a great job replacing brakes and rotors on my 21 mazda6 Grand Touring. Will definitely continue to do business with them

Hunter was a great help! He was very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. He sent me pictures and explained things over the phone throughout the process. He answered any questions I had even if was something simple. He even picked me up when my vehicle was ready.I will definitely come back and recommend to others.

The staff there is really polite and helpful. They were upfront about all the costs and issues with ordering parts, and were able to get everything done for my car on a Saturday morning too! Great service, great customer service! I will be going there for my car repair needs from now on!

Went in for a front end alignment after replacing the front struts and outer tierods. The staff was courteous and professional. Although I didn't wait for the alignment to be done, they called me an hour later indicating the car was ready. I would do business with them again.

I had an oil change and tire rotation performed. First of all I was not informed of their mandatory $20 add on fee for an oil additive that improves the quality of the oil. Secondly, I also had to specifically request that they rotate my tires correctly. The biggest gripe was the $20 add on fee that evidently just started this year that I wasn't informed of or that I can't decline. I will go elsewhere or do it myself next time. My wife also needed to make an appointment to have her's changed as well but I changed it myself due to this experience.

Great experience and loved the service! However, I was there for about 5 hours to get my front brake pads, calipers, and rotors changed because I was informed that it wouldn t take long. I didn t slightly mind because my car came back out better than when it went in, I just wish I didn t spend most of my day at the shop.

Alex helped me to get an oil change. Hubby said my truck was shaking and wasn't driveable. Alex gave me a tow companies number to tow my truck in within 5 miles, I lived like 2.7 miles away from Meineke. Hubby was able to take care of it and drove it in. Alex made sure everything was taken care of for hubby. I had eye surgery and couldn't drive it in. So this whole thing was smooth and easy! Thanks Meineke!! I give them 5 stars for customer service going above the regular!

Literally rolled in on a Saturday with a completely dead car. Couldn t even make it into a parking spot. They were able to get us up and running in 20 mins. Turns out, we had lost a belt! We ve been going to these guys ever since. Trustworthy and reliable, highly recommended.

We have been taking our cars to Winterville Meineke for oil changes, maintenance and repairs for at least 10 yrs. We have never been disappointed. We are so thankful for James and everyone that works here! We have never found the same trust and relationship with any other automotive shop. Thank you for all you do! It means a lot!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had an appointment and still waited 2 hours for an oil change. When they finished, my truck wouldn t start and I haven t had any problems with my truck starting before. They claimed it was the battery and when I questioned it they said it was cold outside???There was a man there with a deep voice claiming to be one of the big bosses helping them to run smoothly. The entire time I was there he was complaining about the customers and loudly enough that I heard every conversation. So unprofessional. They don t have to worry about me coming back

Had a great experience with the customer service and actual vehicle service in general. Not sure if management has changed in the last year or so but this visit was a much better time than the last service I had there.

The actual car service of an oil change and tire rotation was fine. However I had an 8:00 am appointment and was told they d get my car back in 15 minutes and then it would take 45 min- 1 hour which is appropriate and to be expected. However I stated I had to leave between 9:45-10:00 in order to make it to Cary by 11:30 for reservations. After asking twice I finally got my car back around 10:20. When checking out I was told I was given a $20 discount due to my inconvenience. No, that was the advertised coupon for anyone getting a full synthetic oil change. I just want honesty from a business. I should have been told it was going to take longer than expected so I could have opted to go elsewhere or come back another day. And don t insult me pretending you are giving me a discount for my wait.

Appointment time set, took the truck back about an hour later. Seemed to have a lot of drop in customers. Overall good experience, got the appropriate work done and a coupon to help with lunch while I waited, much appreciated.

I will NEVER in my life go to this place again to get a simple oil change $112 is outrageous for a simple oil change all they are doing is draining oil out and putting new oil in and a new filter and reset the oil light, but yet they add things that you don t have no idea about until it comes time to pay. But I got there when they opened and waited 4 hours when they told me it was gonna be an hour wait. I only went because my grandfather gave me a gift certificate to get and oil change from there for $46 so I m thinking it was going to be a free oil change but I originally go to Pughs for my oil change. IF ANYONE NEEDS A OIL CHANGE LET THIS PLACE BE YOUR VERY VERY VERY LAST OPTION. I recommend pughs, you get a full synthetic oil change plus free tire rotation for 45 to 50 bucks!!!!!

Worst case of upsell I ve ever experienced. Went in for tires, they wanted $4,000 In repairs just to do an inspection. Will never use Meineke again. Terrible company. Got inspected next day at a locally owned shop, no issues whatsoever.

Visited Meineke on Firetower in Winterville yesterday meet with James. Told him my situation. Got the car up on the lift and went over options. James was knowledgeable, helpful and more importantly honest with me. The work was done in a timely manner. The team of people I met were good people. Will trade with them in the future. Gerald

I recommend this shop! Amazing communication skills from Keegan and James! They helped me out a lot with it being my first time taking my car in for an oil change and alignment. They were very efficient.
