Very happy with my new truck! The customer service here is amazing! Charles did everything possible to make sure I was able to get the truck I wanted. He was very helpful with every question I had. I will definitely recommend Gray Point Automotive to everyone.

Saw a couple of different trucks on their site and went to look at 2 they had listed. Ended up seeing a 3rd that was on-site. A 2008 Ford F250 SD 4x4 diesel. It is clean and in good shape for the age. I went underneath and only light surface rust and no leaks. There were 3 small issues that we spotted and Charles addressed them all before we signed on the dotted line. There was no pressure, even after he fixed the items. It has been more than 24 hours and, for the first time, I am not having buyers remorse. I am extremely pleased with the truck and have already put 200 miles on it, just enjoying it. There is plenty of selection for everyone that wants a truck.

Husband bought a truck from here a couple of months ago and we have only driven the truck a handful of times. It s been none stop repairs they sold us a lemon. The financial burden this has caused us is immense. Only down to 1 reliable car (mine) and we have 3 kids. Please be mindful of this if you are looking to purchase a vehicle from here.

Recently purchased a 2020 Silverado from them with the help of Charles. Extremely helpful and kept his word. Truck did have a sensor light on for the tires and informed them that. They told me to take it to the local tire shop where they have an account and they will take care of it. Highly recommend these guys at Gray Point.

I bought a F250 last month. Truck was exactly what I expected. Couldn t have had better service from the two guys up there. Charles helped me most. Straight forward buying experience. Absolutely recommend them to anyone looking a truck

I was searching high and low for the exact truck I wanted. I came across a 2015 GMC Denali 2500 located at Gray Point Automotive. I called on it and spoke to Charles, letting him know when I d be out there to test drive it (it was going to be a few days) and when I got out there Bradley met me outside and we looked the whole truck over and he was telling me the deets on it. I let him know that I was going to take it to the local GMC dealer to get a thorough inspection on it & he welcomed it. The report came back clean and I was absolutely satisfied with moving forward to make a deal. Oh and I forgot to mention to you all who are reading this that I was coming from 4 hours away near Charlotte. The cool thing was that I had to be at a company nearby as a vendor for work the day of the test drive so even though I m four hours away, it s like the stars aligned for this to come together. So back to the deal I returned to Gray Point with the truck and I said I m ready to move forward but can t make it back until Saturday. I said would you like a deposit to hold it, Brad said no, I ll see you Saturday. I actually got to get out there Friday afternoon with my trade in. Charles & Brad worked together as a team with me and treated me very well. The property is clean, fresh & new. All of the vehicles are in top notch condition. If you re looking for a cheap beater vehicle DON T stop here. These guys sell quality vehicles ONLY. I will recommend them to my family and friends and any of you as well. Thank you Brad and Charles for a quality truck and a quality experience that I will absolutely NEVER forget.

Went and looked at the Black 2005 Lifted Ford Excursion 6.0L Powerstroke on Oct 30, 2021 and crawled underneath and the entire back of the engine block and transmission was coated in oil asked the salesman if he knew anything about that and he said no. Also noticed coolant dripping from the manifolds so I asked to take it for a test drive. Before I was able to, the salesperson said he is firm on price won t go any lower so that gave me a red flag. After it got up to operating temperature I noticed coolant leaking down the driverside of the block and then realized the head gasket was blown as coolant was leaking and bubbling out from between the head and block.The body and inside of the truck is in great shape but the motor most likely will need a rebuild as to unsure how long the head gasket has been blown.

I've looked at the vehicles on the lot on numerous occasions. Two things that stand out to me...First, the owner, Bradley, and his main sales person, Charles, are top notch guys. Always friendly, nice guys. Always willing to chat. Just genuine good, southern hospitality. The second thing that is always consistent is their selection of trucks. If you are in the market for a really good looking used truck, I can't think of any place I'd shop first. I'd say 90+% of their inventory is trucks. Maybe a jeep or an SUV, here and there, but by and large, a tremendous selection of trucks. Most have lift kits, have nice trim accessories, are super clean, well-detailed, etc. It's just nice, quality stuff. Location on Firetower Road is convenient too.

I would highly recommend Gray Point Automotive if you are looking to buy a truck! They had a listing for 1998 Toyota Tacoma, on CarGurus, that was in very good condition with the various aftermarket modifications I was looking for or was planning to do myself down the road.When I was at the lot I was very impressed with the quality and quantity of trucks available. More impressive was Charles knowledge of the vehicles and his hospitality. He was straightforward about any issues the vehicles had and knew the service history of the vehicles.Once it came time to sign the paperwork he was very helpful at finding and providing competitive financing options as well as walking me through the paperwork and the process of purchasing a car in North Carolina.Once I drove the truck off the lot I did have an issue with the engine that required me to tow it back to Gray Point but fortunately for me I ran into Bradley the owner and he said Gary Point would take care of everything when it came to the needed repairs. Charles kept me updated on the status of the repairs and answered any questions I may have had about the change in paperwork due to the set back.When the truck was finally ready, I asked for Charles to test drive the truck to make sure that the issue was completely fixed, he did one better and drove it to my apartment!I am super impressed with the professionalism as well as the time and effort Charles and Bradley at Gray Point exuded and would purchase another truck from them in a heartbeat. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a truck that you use Gray Point Automotive.

Bradley and Charles are top notch. I've been buying my cars from them for years. Actually, I was shocked to learn that they are the brain trust behind Gray Point Automotive. They have wheels for everyone from $3000 on up.

If you are looking for a dependable vehicle, I highly recommend Gray Point Automotive. I was in desperate search of a Superduty truck to tow our Fifth wheel camper due to my old vehicle breaking down. I saw an ideal Superduty on his website and I drove the 100 miles to go see it. It was exactly what I needed and after test driving it, Bradley and I came to an agreeable price. I took possession and took it in to an independent diesel mechanic for an inspection. The inspection showed a couple of minor things that needed to be addressed and Bradley Gray took the truck to his mechanic, which was closer for him, and he took care of all the addressable issues that were found.If you want to deal with a reputable dealer who stands by his product and his word, Gray Point Automotive is the place to go.

One of the most enjoyable car buying experiences I have had. Charles was very professional and knowledgeable. This place is not like the cliche used car dealerships, super laid back and not pushing hard for a sale. They gave the feeling that they are really interested in what the buyer needs and wants, not just what they need to clear off the lot. Would recommend to anyone.

I bought an 08 Ford F250 (diesel) there nearly 2 years ago and other than oil changes, tires and a U joint I have had zero issues with my truck. I have put 48k miles on it hauled nearly everything from beds to a 35 foot camper. I couldnt be more proud to rock my truck still sporting the dealership tag on the front that says Gray Point Automotive. From the minute I walked in until now I felt the drive was worth it and I would drive there again to get that level of quality in their vehicles and their overall attitude to help the customer feel right at home.

The staff at Gray Point were very professional. I was treated with the upmost respect. They had plenty of inventory. The dealership was very clean. The staff was very helpful in answering my questions. If I buy another vehicle they will definitely get first chance to earn my business. Mr. Gray made sure I was taken care of before and followed up promptly to see how I was enjoying my vehicle.

No tactics, no harassment, no pressure. Just the easiest, most pleasant vehicle purchase I've ever made. Bradley is honest, fair and easy to work with. If you have questions he takes the time to answer them. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a used vehicle.

Recently bought 2010 F350 in less than a week found out turbo seal leaking $1500 steering gearbox needs to be replaced $1275. Vehicle was never recently serviced all fluids were out or low, including oil which was super black. Just buyers beware as is so of course I got no help with the repairs! Can we trust anybody to be honest these days?

My husband and I have been searching for a truck for him, we only have 1 car and 2 separate jobs we were in need of something. We came in already with a truck in mind. We were able to take the truck for the weekend and test it out while waiting for a response from our Credit Union. We are happy with getting a truck from them and appreciate their patience
