They did a great job on repairing my truck. It took awhile... so my rental car out of pocket was a hit on the budget... but they are awesome with communicating and theirprofessionalismthey do.lol

They told me for 2 weeks they looking for parts to repair my car, letting me believe they could do the repairs. Today I had to call them, now they say they don't have a certified tech that can fix my car. They couldn't figure that out for 2 weeks?

These folks are awesome, they did the repair for the right price in a very timely manner. A deer ran into the side of our car. A guy named Joe took care of the issue and it was very much appreciated. Highly recommend!!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Gerber on Beacon Dr in winterville is WONDERFUL! Everyone there is so kind, helpful, and personable. I came in needing a quote after getting hit by a run away sign on the bypass. It felt rough like the paint was damaged. Jon took it back to buff out and get a better look. To save hassle and time for all involved, he fixed the minor issues and made it look like I never got hit! I don t even have to go after the party involved to file a claim! Though I will tell him he owes Gerber some donuts or something cause they saved him a hassle too! Thank you Jon!
