I am so glad that I ended up coming here! I got just what I needed and for a GREAT deal. Brett at the front was very helpful with showing me tire options and gave me the best price on these amazing tires that I ended up purchasing! I couldn t have done it without him. I would highly recommend this establishment for all of your maintenance needs!

On 3/10/24 the manager Jeffrey and his team provided great customer service in making sure I selected the tires that I wanted for my 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe after his recommendations. The wait time was acceptable. Back in January 2024 Quinton assisted me with getting tires for my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder during my lunch break. I look forward to coming back to Firestone for future tire needs.

Jeff was an amazing help. He was extremely patient and took the time to explain everything. He also went out of his way to price match services and get the products from another store same day so I could have my car completed same day. He was very respectful and kind, making this a very easy experience. I would continue to work with them and go back due to this experience.

I had such a pleasant experience at Firestone thanks to Brett. He walked me through everything that my car needed to have done as well as helped me price out getting all new tires and the different options. As a new mom, having a car that makes me feel safe is a major priority. I will absolutely be back to make a purchase with Brett!

Customer Service with Brett he was rude. No greeting. Automatically said when I finish with the customer I will get to you. He acted like he had an attitude. When it was my turn he had Hey he can take you next. Not say Ma'am or Miss. And referring to next Sales Associate to helped me. He had an attitude like he did not want to be there. I booked a next day appointment for 12. Next day he still had a bad attitude. I will not be returning. Quin and other are very nice and helpful

Scheduled appointment for 10:00 am this morning walked in the manager Jeff helped me out quickly as the place was very busy..Got the lifetime alignment on my vehicle & was completed in two hours or less..Jeff called me said car is ready, when I picked up he explained what had been done & corrected & to have a certain part looked at.. Then signed my paper work out the door I went smooth fast & easy thanks Jeff.

My first visit was not great. The person that completed my alignment the first time made it worse. I am happy that I have the lifetime alignment plan because it would have been money wasted and times are hard! I want to thank Jeffery for completing the alignment of my car and taking pride in his work! I hope I am shouting out the right person but thank you so much. That's how I eat and paying for a pricey service just to get your car back worse than it was is ridiculous. I am satisfied with this visit and hope he is there when I take my car back in again.

Very unprofessional staff Brett Cotten specifically. I was an established customer and had no problem in the past with getting price match for services per Management. I called first thing in the morning to confirm my appointment on 01/14/24. I advised Brett about my coupon as a heads up and he assured me he would call me back in 10 minutes. Of course, he never called me back. Once I arrived at the store, he denied my coupon and would not honor the match. He gave a talking point about what type of oils they use and what the competitors use. I have nothing to do with that sir. Price match is that, why pick and choose. He said he was the assistant Manager and attempted to dismiss me when I had follow-up questions. Poor service and incompetent staff. I don't recommend.Update.I called back and spoke with the store Manager Jeffery Locklear on 1/15/24. I explained to him that Brett denied my coupons on the day before and lied about that fact that they do not price match certain coupons. According to Jeffery as long as I had the coupon, Brett could have honored it. I advised Jeffery about my experience with Brett and he being dishonest. Keep in mind I'm a well established customer. Jeffery seemed very casual about my experience, no real solution, no apology.I thought by sharing honest feedback with the Store Manager given my long history as a customer would had made a difference in my experience from the day before. Meanwhile, talking with Jeffery felt like I was talking to Brett all over again. The only difference was he clarified the price match piece but didn't seem to care about my inconvenience or having my business.I'm not interested in supporting businesses that does not treat me with courtesy and respect.

Brett at the counter was more than helpful with offering multiple tire quotes for my vehicles and showing me all the ways I can save money. Checked my tires on my vehicle and filled them up with air. Will be back for more service.

Took recently purchased from Carvana truck in as they are authorized warranty provider for Carvana s warranty provider. Took in for check engine light. Codes came up as VVT solenoid bank 1&2. Called and reported issue and that nothing was wrong with the VVT solenoids, cleaned them (new ones $35 each (4)and Advance Auto is next door) and checked oil and was fine. Test drove and all was good. Picked truck up, light was off. Truck was not test driven - 74426 on drop off, 74426 on pick up, AND light came back on at 44 miles. Called warranty provider, Firestone never even called in a claim. They simply reset the light and put it back in parking space. Now have to take back in Monday(will not be here). Notified warranty provider of the poor service (how I learned they never attempted a claim). They are forwarding issue to vendor team to address the poor performance-I will never go here again.

Had a great experience at this Firestone store. Had to get all 4 tires replaced due to a nail in one tire, and received excellent and prompt customer service from Brett. Tires aren t cheap, but he gave me a competitive price, including a warranty - which I was grateful for, as I got another nail in my brand new tires a month later Would recommend going to this store for all your car maintenance needs!

If I could give it no stars I would. My husband company has a contract for service on his vehicle. He has regularly used Firestone locations, they are always slow. This was the WORST by far. He had an appointment scheduled for Saturday at 5, for an oil change & headlight, he dropped his vehicle off at 3, he called around 6 to check if it was ready, it was not. He told them to just keep it overnight & he'd get it Sunday morning. Sunday morning no call, he called them at 2:45 & they told him it would be ready by 3:40, he said "no, how about now. You have had it 24 hours. They said "ok". I dropped him off at 3. Truck was on the lift, not a human in sight. He waited until 5!!! Drove off to realize they never did the headlight. He went back, explained it, was told his company rejected it, which they did not bc it's a safety issue. They looked in the computer & said "oh yeah, we will do it now". He left around 5:30. 24.5 hours passed his scheduled appointment. He's calling his company today, to tell them he refuses to use Firestone anymore. Valvoline has you in & out in 15 minutes tops, you don't need to exit the vehicle. Firestone needs to take notice.

When I say I m satisfied I m satisfied!! I got my tires put on after Thanksgiving. These guys made me feel welcome. I called first thing that morning to make sure they had my size tires in the Tech told me they didn t have them in that store, but he can check at the Sister store he checked and they had them.He ordered them for me and told me to be there by 4pm. I got there and they got my car in less than 15 minutes upon check in. Checking out was a breeze Quinten Kavaliaukas made sure I got ALL my Discount I was VERY HAPPY!!!! It s a 10 for Me.

I chose to bring my car in for an oil change and tire rotation instead of doing it myself, mainly because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of working on it in the cold weather. They told me it would only take an hour and a half to two hours, but I ended up waiting for a frustrating four hours in the lobby. And just when I thought I could finally leave, they started pushing me to buy new tires, even though the ones I have are barely three years old.

I have a fleet vehicle for work. I experienced a flat tire on Sunday. Most tire shops are closed on Sunday. My fleet maintenance program referred me to Firestone -Winterville. Not only did Jefferey take my vehicle in ASAP he realized the other 3 tires needed replacing. In less than 2 hours (on a Sunday afternoon) my vehicle had 4 brand new tires and I was back on the road. My safety inspection was due a few weeks later and I knew exactly where I was going for that service. Great experience both times.

Purchased a set of 4 tires and an alignment for my truck. The service was done quick and I received an excellent price on the Bridgestone revo 3 all terrains. Free rotations every 5,000 miles on any tire purchase. Received 6 months deferred interest with Firestone card so I also purchased a set of turanza quiet tracks for a second vehicle. Really changed the quality of my ride. The technicians reset the TPMS so the light was off when I left and put new caps on the stems.

The Firestone guys were great. I made two appointment's and I was late. Reid was so understanding, they were very busy, he went the out of his way to make sure my cars were serviced. His kindness will not be forgotten.

Desk attendant Jeffrey was rude from the moment I walked in the door. I brought a fleet vehicle in to have a headlight changed, that should be paid for by a wex card , and this is the 4th firestone location where the person at the desk was rude in an effort to (I assume) get me to leave so that they wouldn't need to deal with getting paid by the wex card. I've had this issue in both locations in Clayton,the location in Goldsboro, and now in Greenville as well. I don't like having to deal with the wex card any more than they do,but all these firestone service managers just love starting a conversation off on a bad foot. If firestone chooses to do business with wex,they should educate their staff on how to operate a wex card.

Brett Cotten was the man who took care of a flat tire for me. He gave me multiple options for a replacement tire as mine wasn't able to be patched. All were fair prices. It was done in under 30 minutes and I really appreciate the professionalism.

Quinten was so helpful. Got me in right away, & drove all the way to Kinston to make sure that I got the exact tires that I wanted. They had all four tires and an oil change done in two hours, even considering the drive. Best service ever!

Bad business practices. I scheduled an appointment 24 hours in advance to ensure I got my timing correct. I get a call 45 mins before asking if I can schedule for Monday dude to them being behind. Unprofessional

This is my go- to store for everything for my vehicles! Jeff has the best customer service, he makes you feel like you re the only person in the store. The repairs or maintenance I need done are always ready around my quoted time. Great work Jeff!!

got my vehicle's state inspection and oil change done by Brett, I was able to get a next day appointment when scheduling, and Brett was very quick and refilled my tires as well.
