I just purchased my second Harley Davidson from Boneyard Harley Davidson and the customer service was outstanding! The care and length that Bobbie Krull and her team goes through to ensure you are buying the right bike that truly fits what style of riding you do, is refreshing.The no pressure approach, and her insight and knowledge, which allows her to really get to know you like a friend, is pure sincerity. She truly aspires to understand what you specifically are looking for in a motorcycle. She asks the questions to ensure her team knows how to fit you with the right bike that satisfies your needs, wants, and budget.She truly wants to know you personally as she wants your buying experience to be special. They treat you like you're a part of the family.From the first conversation to the consultation with parts and service too ensure you are customizing your bike the correct way, was handled with care and professionalism. Even during the price negotiation, everything was fair, honest, and mutually beneficial to both sides.Bobbie and her team are outstanding and I would recommend Boneyard Harley Davidson to anyone. If you're looking for quality sales and service, the right bike to fit your lifestyle, it's worth the drive/ride from anywhere to purchase from Bobbie and her team!

Absolutely, hands down, the all time best experience I have ever had with a big girl purchase! For a GM to open their store for you, on a normal closed day, just to make sure you get your bike ! She worked her magic and I am the proud owner of a 2021 Heritage Softtail! Thank you Bobbie and the guys that came in to help with the deal! If you are looking for your forever ride or your new starter bike, I would recommend Boneyard HD in Winterville! Call me and I will ride there with you! You won t be sorry and their level of professionalism gives it that home town touch, a True family atmosphere!!!!!

Best crew of people on the planet! They really did 120% to make sure I got a great bike. They also fed me and gave me beer. Honestly, 6 Stars is what they deserve.You want an amazing bike and great people to work with. Come here.Also, I'd like to add. That every Saturday is free food and beer... Tips are appreciated, of course. These guys always have great events going on.

This Harley Dealer was one of my favorites. We actually sat and talked to a sales member Rob for a long time about everything in life (highly recommend seeing him if you go there) and will more then likely buy our next harley from Boneyard. They have events every weekend and I can not wait to join in. They didn't have any dealer patches but they had the poker chips and more shirts to choose from then any other Harley shop around. 10 out of 10 without a doubt.

Service advisor appeared to be put out by having to wait on someone. When I went back to check on the motorcycle he had to unplug himself from whatever he was doing. Minimal help and communication. Service was done on time.

Best vehicle buying experience my wife and I have ever had. The entire staff there was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I had to keep reminding myself that we were there to make a purchase not just hang out with all of the super nice folks there. But they do hang out alot! Service guy was great. Courteous. Spot on. We bought 4 1& 1/4" Allen bolts with lock washers and nuts we needed to install luggage rack.Came to $2.60 something. It was closing and everyone in the store still spoke & said hello. First time I've been there since they took over Hometown. And BTW, we were blessed to get " recruited" for CMA ( Christian Motorcycle Association) we look forward to many functions there in the future. Thanx.

You will be treated with respect and kindness by the the very knowledgeable staff, and never pressured about anything. They will listen to your needs and thoughts, and help you to select the perfect bike for you. You will learn and laugh, and feel as if you are surrounded by family. Very unprofessional. I was closing on a specific motorcycle, and as the process was happening, final details they decided to sell it to someone else. Bunch of lies, and I have been asking to speak to management she won't call me. These people have no business ethics. Bobby, I'm still waiting on your call. I got my credit run everything approved to then, not even a courtesy call. Shame on management. Stay away they are not honest people.

Went here looking for a motorcycle and definitely recommend if your near greenville. Definitely talk with big Mike. He helped find some bikes that for me and not just try and sell a bike. Also took time to explain the different models and answered all my questions. Highly recommend

Boneyard Harley-Davidson has made a customer for life. John Haddock did an amazing job asking me questions to gain my knowledge of Harley-Davidson's. Then used that information to assist me on getting me my perfect first motorcycle. As soon as I walked in the door the entire staff was welcoming and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. I really felt like they just wanted me to fine the right bike for me. I will always recommend Boneyard to anyone that ask me where to go get the perfect bike. It doesn't matter which member of their staff you get they are all knowledgeable and ready to get you riding today.

Been doing business with them for a few years now. Always satisfied with their service. This past week, I was having some things done and there was some issues I wasn t happy with. I finally talked to the owner to voice my issues. Gotta say, he handled it right. He treated me right and did the right thing. I feel like he s redeemed hisself. First time I came here I was welcomed with smiles and friendly conversation. Everyone here is very nice and friendly, and loves bikes! I bought my Sporster 1200 from here and don't regret it. Boneyard has regular events and meetups and are great fun.

Organize your runs better. Sitting here in a line of cars a mile long waiting for the stragglers to get on their bikes and get out of the parking lot. We have an appointment you made us miss and I m sure we re not the only ones.

First let me say the people here are great. A couple minor issues with my paperwork that Dave is all over getting fixed. Great guy to work with. Awesome trade in on my Vrod and fast enjoyable experience.Luke sold me the bike and gave me a great test ride and tons of information.
