Had the best experience this morning. Needed something very simple (wipers) and Mr Donald L. went above and beyond to make sure he got me what I needed and that it was right fit. Without asking he put them on and then made sure they worked before I left. Great start to my day over something so simple. Thanks Donald L.

The manager of this store was Super helpful for me & Family ! I walked in needing a car battery & a few other items & got Awesome customer Service along with the battery install! They took the time to diagnose our issues & answered all questions. I highly recommend this Auto Zome. Thanks a million

They acted like they were doing me a favor after I had found what I was looking for on my own. Not that not I'm not somewhat familiar as to where Iook for it but still, no one offered. And then checking out it was like I was putting the clerk out to actually wait on me. Borderline road and the attitude needs to go away.

I would personally like to think William for a great experience at this store.... He was very kind, personable and knowledgeable. He was diligent in his patience and even in a very frustration time he was able to communicate well. Moving forward this will be the only store I shop for my auto needs and will also refer anyone to go see William and the staff there. Thanks!

you have to pay attention to your receipt they will add the the lil upsell when your not looking those lil break grease and spark plug grease even when you tell them you dont want it they will slip it in your bag and charge you for it

I m came in with a battery issue this afternoon a little flustered cause my truck had shut off on the school pick up line. Derwin immediately came out to test my battery and was very helpful in finding the replacement since my was bad. Now my heart sank when the car didn t start immediately but John and Williams promptly came to investigate and found the issue and proceeded to get me back on the road. Thank you and you gained a new forever customer today.

Excellent staff. I had to get new rotors for my car, and, unbeknownst to me, there was a special discount if I got certain pads as well. Who knew? The staff volunteered the information, an saved me a pretty penny . They certainly earned my future business

Rolled into Autozone with a completely dead battery; had to push her into a parking spot. Within 20 mins, they had us outfitted with a brand new battery. William Clemons installed for us; such a kind gentleman! I d give them 10 stars if I could! You rock, William!

Needed a battery, no clue what I was doing and as soon as I walked in was greeted and offered help by the STORE MANAGER. Did not expect that. She was so patient with me and helped me not by pushing a product on me but by helping me understand what I really needed. I did end up buying a few extra things she helped me find being that this is my first car and i was just so thankful for that.

Never shop anywhere else. Needed a battery for my 2019 auto. the one I needed was out of stock. The manager arranged for someone to drive to Kinston to get what I needed. All this on a Sunday afternoon. Customer service doesn t get any better than that.

We bought a key fob that the dealership would not accept. In a rare move I had not kept my receipt but the gentleman behind the counter worked with us until he figured it out and refunded our $140. Thank you Auto Zone!

Repeated customer here and happy to go and get my parts at autozone,no hassle and the employes always know what im talking about,kudos to the store manager she ensures to sugest if anything else i forget like a radiator cap or battery anticorrosive grease,antifrezee or miscelaneous stuff,thank you autozone and thanks winterville autozone employes for the dedication to customer satisfaction!

Came in needing an odd ball radiator hose. I figured it was a shot in the dark. The part numbers did not come up... But I would like to say thank you to the staff. They took the hoses and went in the back and matched them up to something that would work and got the vehicle back on the road. It's just what I would refer to as good ole customer service. Kudos the crew working Friday night.
