Auto Zoom consistently provides excellent customer service, knowledgeable technicians and reasonable prices. I had my yearly car inspection and oil change today and experienced friendliness and professionalism as I have come to expect. I highly recommend this thriving small business for all your automotive needs.

We live full time in our RV and tow our Chevy Colorado behind it. Came in for a tire sensor and a slow leak in one tire. Also the brakes were making noise. Discovered that all 4 tires had severe dry rot and the brakes needed to be replaced. The tire issue would most likely have caused a problem when the temperature got higher and the brakes were unsafe. They replaced the brakes and tires and got us back on the road safely and quickly. We will be back next time we need service. Also they gave us a ride from the shop to our hotel and back the next day. Awesome people!!

AutoZoom is incredible. Had a couple of other quotes and AutoZoom was almost half the price and they guarantee their parts and labor for two years instead of one like most others did. Will definitely use them again. Kevin is amazing to work with. Keep up the great work.

Great shop. Everybody is real helpful and nice. Their pricing is affordable. They won t try to talk you into paying for things you don t need. We have been going here for many years and refuse to go anywhere else! 10/10 recommend

Even though I do my own repairs, I rely on Auto Zoom for inspections, alignments, and tires. Tire prices, they cannot be beat.I have an old Honda Civic that I wanted to get aligned but Carter told me flat out, it could not be aligned with the condition that the parts were in. You know any other place would have kept your car for an hour and then called you back for the payday.I recommend Auto Zoom to anybody who drives a vehicle. All of my friends- well all two of them, any stranger that I see who potentially has a problem I try to get them on the road but I always mention Carter to shuttle business his way. If I didn't trust him I would never do this.In closing, if you have a problem with your vehicle, give Auto Zoom a call.

First time Auto zoom customer & I left there impressed! The guys were quick to respond to my emails & answered all of my questions. I purchased 4 new tires and they were professional and speedy getting everything done! Go check these guys out!

Auto Zoom takes care of our general maintenance-oil changes and tire rotations, periodic maintenance-timing belts, water pumps, belts, tires, etc., plus makes sure that all our vehicles are getting the safe, long lasting road miles we so appreciate and enjoy. I needed an oil change and tire rotation on short notice so I called to see if they could fit me in. Kevin was great on the phone and said they could get to me that morning. After dropping off car Kevin called back to advise me that my tires really needed replacing and it wouldn't really be worth rotating. I had not noticed but HE WAS RIGHT. So I save the cost of unnecessary rotation and will be back for tires and other services because I feel comfortable they are looking out for my safety and my budget. Highly recommend.

Went here for an inspection they said 30 minutes waited 1 hour and they never came out of the garage. Finally left. Not friendly and poor service and communication.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff and mechanics. Ownership seem to really want to treat all Customers the same. High price repair or lower cost repairs. Quick service at a fair price. They did my wife truck state inspection and oil service. Plus more repairs.I would recommend this Auto Repair shop. Quick stop to get estimate on my Mustang . I will be back to get the work done.

Took my car in for an oil leak. Being from out of town my Dad, who is a local, referred me to Auto Zoom. Got a call with a quote telling me some oil components needed changing. Told me the price and I agreed with it. The rest of the day passes and then almost the entire next day passes until I finally call them and hour before they close. My car is ready to be picked up. Perfect. I arrive, after my father, to find that they had charged an extra $70 for a part they "realized" needed to be replaced while the other pieces were out. Ok, but I never received the phone call telling me about that extra cost and it was not mentioned when I called inquiring about the car be ready. So nice little surprise charge. Hard to argue about after the fact. Get home and monitored my car for leaks. Still find small drops. Check my oil level and it is way too high. Call them and let them know that not only is there still a leak happening, maybe it is because I have just had too much oil in the car all along. Response was if I want to come in and get an oil change it would cost the same as if I was just any old customer who walked in off the street. A possible simple fix, out more money than originally quoted, and not willing to just simply give me an oil change at even a slightly discounted rate. Just any old customer off the street after spending a good amount of money with them. I know I don't live here but my family is a member of this community and this doesn't sit well with them. All I was asking for was an oil change to fix this obvious oversight. Not worth their time..

Warning, do not come to this place. You will get your car repaired so you think only to find out the original problem wasn t fixed and they try to charge you more money. Never again!

Purchased tires & alignment on today. Chris explained the different terminology to me concerning the alignment. I greatly appreciate his patience, help & knowledge that I received on today. Very friendly & compassionate as well. I would highly recommend you having your car serviced here!!

Went here to get an inspection done and fix a flat tire I brought in for my trailer. Was in and out in 15 minutes and the price was great. I had five star service and experience. Would highly recommend.

My father went to get my 2005 Honda Civic inspected and repaired to a good driving state. I have my permit, so we were going to go driving for practice. Or so I thought. About ten minutes into my driving, my car started acting up. I was very confused and concerned. As we turn left on Allen RD, my car erupts in smoke like Mount Vesuvius. I, being the anxious child I am. Assumed it was my fault and got horrified. My father went to check under the hood. And was baffled. Why were my radiator fans not turning on? OF COURSE! They did the $1300 repairs WITHOUT checking my radiator fluid levels. How amazing are they?! NOT. They could've put my life in danger if my car caught on fire. These people need to be MORE thorough with their "inspections"
