They did a great job changing out my tires! Best prices I could find for tires, they did a great job and had it done fairly quickly

They sold me a faulty tire i should have know since i saw them put the tire on the rim than roll it to the back and made me wait an hour and helped others first im sureit was so they could see if the tire would hold air they must have known the tire had an issue but still decided to sell it to me it poped later that day while i was driving im sure it was due to the tire not holding air cuz i saw nothing else that would cause it to delflate the tire since it was saturday night i couldnt go back to them and im pretty sure theyre not gonna want to give me a refundOr replacementDont go here theyre not trust worthy and they have bad service

My first time going to martins tires was interesting to say the least. Martin himself was a very nice guy but his employee was extremely weird. The employee started changing my tires and he was looking at me so I did what any normal person would do ( I said hello how are you?) he responded by meowing at me like a cat and laughed at me for doing so. I thought to myself that s strange. So I just minded my own business. I watched as another customer arrived and he tried to speak to the same employee that I tried to say hello too. That same extremely wired employee responded to the customer by literally (meowing like a cat) this employee was definitely between the age of 30/40 years old and needs to be fired or grow up. So I over looked the weird condescending employee who literally meowed at anyone who tried to speak English to him but when the boss walked back into the work area he spoke perfect English and Spanish. So I immediately realized what kind of a person this guy was. On top of all of this he also scratched up two of my wheels when changing my tires. I even paid them $20 extra dollars for a tip hoping for a decent job and I got the opposite. I ended up with two scratched up rims that cost 250$ per wheel, two of the tires were unbalanced. Also there put 30 psi in my tires. The psi is literally is written on the side of the door and on the tire itself (50psi)This review is not towards martin, he seemed like a great guy. But the employee working that day needs to work in a butcher shop because that s what he is a butcher hacking up People rims all day and talking down to customers because they don t speak Spanish. Remember I was nice to you and your the one who isn t originally from the United States it could be the exact opposite and I could treat you like a outsider but I choose not to and tried to say hello. Just remember that and try to learn some manners. You look really foolish meowing like a cat when a customer try's to speak to you and be friendly. You Are in the wrong country if you think that s how your suppose to act. Trust me I want be back.

Let s start off by saying that Martin s Tires was the only local place with my Tire size instock! I was looking for a Used tire to match the rest on my car after a blow out, but wasn t expecting much from any tire place & to my surprise Martins Tires happened to have the exact model, size and brand I needed! They had great customer service from beginning to end, it does not have much curve appeal.. but the quality of service is unmatched. I d definitely recommend stopping by for any of your tire needs New or Used tires they will be prompt to help and get you on the road again!

My family & I were on our way back home from a road trip when the belt broke on one of our tires. What a blessing it was to find Martin s Tires. They re honest, fast, very reasonable, and the tire is practically brand new, definitely recommend:-)

Very nice guys! I m a lady and I don t understand cars but I popped my front passenger tire and came here on a donut. Martin himself helped me out of my car and his team gave me options for a new or used tire! and the option to just simply repair my old tire! Which is what I did, the tire lasted well over a year I hit another pothole in Union County and messed up a different tire; my rear tire, and definitely came back for the quick service and 5-Star customer service I believe it was no more than $40! Very affordable if you re on a college budget like me

I'm glad to have this place close to Marshville so I don't have to drive to Monroe but the wait here is always a little lengthy so be prepared.
