Could NOT be happier! They did an amazing job fixing my car after an accident. It s looks new again! They kept me up to date with what was going on and I did not have to worry about a thing. The inside even looked and smelled better than when I dropped it off. Will recommend them to everyone. I am beyond happy with my experience. They are very nice and professional. Crossroads auto body made my 2005 Mustang look brand new. The paint job is top notch, it really looks like it came from the showroom floor. Workmanship is top outstanding. I asked to have all the plastic moulding replaced, they were happy to accommodate with all OEM parts. These folks are very good to work with. I am Very Happy I chose Crossroads auto body to upgrade my hobby car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I gave them a 4 only because I didn't use their service yet. I only stopped by for some advice.They work by appointments, but the guy (Keziah) did come out and look my car over and gave me some recommendations. Very helpful and honest information.

Jason Keziah is super! Need body work done in order for car to pass inspection at end of July.He gave me precise details of all that needs repairing and sent quote to my email.Very honest and accommodating as to scheduling work due to your schedule.

First time using this company. Danny went to my mom s in Peachland and picked up her car and delivered it to Marshville. He was there when he said and made my mom feel at ease. She said great personality and all around nice family man. In my book he should get extra stars for bragging on his wife and kids! Will gladly recommend and use again in the future if needed! Thanks for taking care of my mom for me.

Jason and his staff never cease to amaze me. I have used him for years on all of mine and my family's vehicles and trust me it's been more than I care to be at the body shop. The process is always made very easy for me. Jason deals with my insurance agent, the adjuster and will have a rental car ready for me. He promises me a date for completion and follows through with that promise every single time. The work is quality work which is the most important! I give a complete 5 star rating to this business and highly recommend giving Crossroads Body Shop a call if you ever need body work done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Cannot beat the amazing work, quality, and quick job Crossroads Body Shop does, great people, extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Turn around time for a rough accident to my vehicle back in perfect condition was excellent as well. Will return for all of my repair work in the future for all my vehicles. Let s be honest.. no one wants their beloved car in a body shop! BUT, if it must go.. you need to take it to CrossRoads!!! Jason is the absolute best!!! Jason and Carla go above and beyond, and those words seem very understated for how well they take care of you (and your car)! They keep you up to date with everything going on and make the entire process a breeze!! Without a doubt, the nicest people you ll ever meet! I truly felt like part of the family! Jason and his team at Crossroads did an excellent job of repairing my Dodge Challenger after a rear-end collision. The metalwork and bodywork were excellent and the repairs (to both quarterpanels) were undetectable after they were finished. The paint was an extremely good match to the rest of the car and the vehicle was buffed and color-sanded to match and restore it to its former glory. They really took the time to do the job properly, which included doing battle with the insurance company to make sure new OEM parts were used, and all the work needed to make it "right" (and not just "good enough") was approved and covered. I am quite pleased with the quality of the work, the care taken, and communications about my repairs. I strongly recommend Crossroads if you really care about QUALITY repairs to your vehicle.Service: Painting

Danny was AWESOME! He came and got our truck from the highway where we had broken down after purchasing a 100 lb gas tank and gas. The tank was in the truck and he brought it home for us before taking our truck to the shop. He unloaded the tank for us because my husband couldn't lift it due to a recent surgery. We will always remember Danny's kindness and will use them for any future needs. Thanks Crossroads for such a wonderful driver!!!

I have used Crossroads for well into a decade & I keep Crossroads towing in my contacts. These people are ALWAYS so pleasant to work with, I have NEVER once felt like they were trying to hustle me, and they have ALWAYS looked out for my best intrests working with the insurance company. Danny with towing is AMAZING and has always been so responsive to wherever and whenever my adventures ends up taking me. He answers EVERY time and has never left me hanging - and if yall only knew HOW MUCH I had to call, you would know how impressive that is Having a business like this to turn to has been such a blessing since my dad's passing. Mr. Jeff from East Franklin Service Station referred me to CrossRoad Body Shop, and I am honestly pleased with the work that Jason and his team did on my Honda Civic. I recently hit a coyote back in May, and it damaged my front bumper and ac condenser pretty badly, but they fixed everything in a timely manner and they did an amazing job! I will definitely recommend CrossRoad Body Shop to all my friends, colleagues and relatives! Thank you again, and I look forward in doing business with you all again.

I got my truck and dump trailer stuck on a property and called Crossroads Body Shop. Danny(I believe that was his name) came to my rescue. Showed up in a timely manner. Got me out and going again. Highly recommend this towing company and will definitely use again should I need any towing or recovery services again in the future. Easy going, very friendly, reasonable and fast response. Thank you Danny!

Staff was friendly and great. I got my bumper back within a week at an extremely fair price compared to others. I highly highly highly recommend this shop. However they have moved locations,34.997581,-80.476868 should get you there. If not call them.This is the best bang for your buck on quality, customer service, and everything else.
