A horrible day turned into a great experience. I was visiting a friend in NC when my vehicle started to overheat. I quickly pulled off the road and called AAA. Although it took several hours for the tow truck to arrive due to being in a rural location with limited AAA service providers available. The young gentleman that arrived was very helpful, well mannered and kind. Thanks for the assistance and the great conversation during our 2 hour ride to Richmond, VA.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible experience here. I have 2 flat tires and my car cannot move, obviously. AAA sent these guys out and they never showed up after we had even called them and confirmed with them multiple times they would be coming and what their eta was. I ve been home all day along with my mom who is visiting and they have not shown up. So we called and they INSISTED that no one was home so they canceled the call. They never called me to verify I was or wasn t home. Then they say they were here at 12:45 a.m, when everyone here was asleep and they still never called. If you want your car fixed in a timely manner, just avoid this place. Everyone here has been extremely rude, they have called us names, called us liars. We even spoke to the owner and she pretty much told us that this was not her problem and if we wanted our car fixed we should have been up at 1 a.m.

They picked my car up after we broke down. State Police had them take it before we could get it back. The fees where too much to afford had to sign the title over. Wasn't a lot of compassion or empathy. Making money off others hardships. Suggested I rip off the place I got my tires from. The most heartless ppl I've ever needed to show kindness, to show any kind of empathy. I was rude and once that happened they didn't care why or that it was projected from a place of disparity, no care for anything we where going through they ONLY cared how I made them feel. I don't think I've ever felt so meaningless.

My wife had a terrible wreck. They towed her car and because she wasn't from there dropped her off at gas station in the middle of nowhere. Then stole items and ate her chips and cookies. It wasn't Gerber Collison who took anything because she was there when her car arrived. When she called about her missing property with the insurance company on the line she was greeted with a nasty attitude.

I ask these people to fix my truck mr. Barnes said he call me with a estimate these scammers take like a month in the meantime him and wife filed paperwork to take my truck , I heard a couple months later 2200 , and he told me what wrong I bought my own parts, a week later I got a letter in the mail because I took the insurance off my truck and the wanted to know did I store the truck there I call cashie and he seem shock talking about that just make sure he gets his money and his wife Lisa, they are running a scam in Windsor don t go there they gave me my truck how I gave it to them not fixed cutting off and wanna charge 40.00 a day plus new charges to fix it .

Logan with Cashie was super great!!!! He made a horrible experience so much better- we were extremely lucky and felt very grateful to have such wonderful service. My sister and I got stranded on the side of the highway, hours from home in the snow and wind. A belt in our engine snapped while getting flooded at the coast. He towed us 1 1/2 hrs to a hotel at 1AM. He was cheerful, respectful and professional- helped us get out of a hard situation to be in.

They came to move my camper but it had just rained very hard. I knew they wouldn't be able to get it that day. The driver spoke to my worker that hadn't left yet. Took picture's and just left. I was told via phone I would need heavy equipment. When I regular dodge ram pulled my camper, as well as my 91 gmc vandura 2500 series conversion van. They're not a tow company.

I called and scheduled a 9 a.m. appointment. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and asked if I preferred morning or afternoon. I was a few minutes early and was told they were running about 15 minutes behind. I was getting an oil change. I didn't think an extra 15 minutes was unreasonable. The wait wasn't long and my car was ready fairly quickly.

Broke down 60 miles from home these people were a blessing! Wrecker responded quickly with a very friendly qualified driver Melvin.I couldn't have asked for any better service!! Good people!

Buyer beware if you are attempting to buy a salvage part for cosmetic purposes.Make sure you ask for appearance or color information about a salvage part if it matters to you.They do not haggle or barter for salvage parts if the color and texture does not match the vehicle.My cladding is texturized and grey, they brought me a black high gloss part. I was not told ahead of time, any details of the part's look from their other salvage yard.Considering the wait I went through for this part (Almost 2 weeks), they could have told me details about it's color and texture, they could have taken a photo at their other salvage yard and offered to send or show me the photo. Save them effort on moving it. Save them gas. Save them time and labor for their own employee.None of that occurred.This wasn't the experience I expected, and it took nearly two weeks for them to move the part from their Greens Cross location to the Windsor site. I was not obligated to make the purchase, and no one would be.The detail that matters in this area is just the lack of options, and my own impatience. I could drive to Raleigh, and get the same part, that matches my vehicle, same day, same color. I bit this bullet, to write this review, so that others considering cosmetic vehicle purchases, may remember to ask ahead of time.Cashie Service Center needs to evaluate how they handle a cosmetic salvage part transaction with their customers, if the part is not on site. Please resolve this by offering to send a customer a photograph of the part.For my purchase and purpose the verbal phrase "high gloss black" would have told me all I needed to hear. Their response may be that I didn't ask. Which is true, but as the person spending money here, why should that onus be on me?Some of the employees at the Windsor site saw my vehicle, days before this transaction. They saw the grey cladding.I bought the part even though it didn't match, out of respect for the individual employee that pulled and brought the part from the other site. As well as my own fault for not asking about appearance. This was not their fault, and I did not want their effort to be wasted.

Tow driver was friendly. I think his name was Jeff as I recall. There was 2 issues I had with him. He asked me for my key to unlock my door thats the key that starts to. That key has a chip. He lost my keys and towed my vehicle to Casey Chevrolet in Newport News Va when it was supposed to be towed at Casey Volkswagon. He cost me another key. That i had to get made which was 400.00 Dollars not to mention he broke my key off inside the ignition before i had it towed. I told him myself he couldnt force the ignition key. My problem is that I had to have a new ignition which i already knew. Now I think I should be reinburse for the key. I dont think i should pay 400.00 dollars to have another key made especially when it was broke inside my ignition. The key wasnt broke when I had the vehicle.at my house before I had it towed. Not to happy what happened and notvsure if I will use Cashies towing again after a key in my ignition and then losing my 400.00 dollar key in the first place.

I really didnt appreciate the temperament of the guy at the desk. Says basically the car is mine until the tow bill is paid. I'm like the insurance man will be here to cover that meanwhile I'm the one that paid 30k+ to purchase the car. FOH. WORDING CHECK PLZ!

They stole my car ...They never told me anything about a lot FeeHow is there a lot fee when my car was towed there and y'all asked me for 3,ooo to fix it when I lost my job for not having transportation when I simply said I would pay by the week I have clothes , shoes , toys and everything in that car they now say hey are the owners I'm sueing they didn't fix anything on my car YET and it's been a year now I need a oil change ,, new set of tires , inspection new license plate and all smh they are thieves

My vehicle has been sitting there for going to two months, the classic tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow. So unprofessional for this guy not to even respond to my messages. A good way to run a good business into the ground.

Went for inspection he tried to tell me the pipe was illegal which its not has a gas pack on it and that my wheel wont turn
