I ordered some parts for my trailer 3 weeks ago and they still haven't came in yet. I was told when I placed the order it would be in next week. Dave took my order and he can't find out when my parts will be in. He said they can't give me a refund or tell me when the parts will come in. I called pinnacle trailers and they have already sent me the parts. Don't waste your money ordering parts from these people.

Words can not begin to explain how grateful I am for this company. I am a hotshot trucker and had a failed bearing on my big tex trailer. Wilson trailer had every part I needed and was reasonably priced. I was having trouble installing the new parts on the side of the interstate. The owner happened to be driving home and noticed me working on the trailer. He stopped to lend a helping hand and together we got it up and running. I am so so grateful and can not thank you enough. These guys are top notch. Was having issues with my liftgate charging on the trailer. By process of elimination figured out the problem. Jason and the service manager Bud did a heck of a job getting to the root of the problem. I would highly recommend this shop for any trailer or liftgate repair.

I am 2600 miles from home shop and they got me in and out in record time. Diagnosted my abs on the trailer. Now ready for the 3 day DOT blitz. Thanks Wilson Trailer.

Top quality, new Wilson Trailers as well as a nice selection of used flatbeds, tankers, dry vans, and reefer units. They even have some road tractors for sale too.

If I could I would give this place a negative -10 ,paid them to fix a brake light and when I got in my truck to leave when I push my brake pedal the signal light lit up,went in told the service manager he said it was nothing he could do so I told him if you can't fix my light refund my money and he flat out said NO that he would lose money!This place is bad STAY AWAY!

They did some work on my trailer and left the level value unhook and messed up my air bags and I had to replace them myself
